One of the best decisions in regard to mice was to call One man and a lady bug!! The decision to ask them to come out and inspect our challenges with seasonal mice was a no brainer. Angela arrived on time and well-equipped to offer an estimate but also prepared to action a resolve if I decided to move forward. Their customer centricity, professional approach to explaining the pros and cons as well as their obvious intel, made the decision to proceed very easy. They were very thorough in assessing the property challenges and advising all options to which I chose one that I felt would best support our needs. The pricing was fair, their attention to detail second to none and their personable demeanour most appreciated! We had a huge hornets nest under our deck where our kids and dogs play daily so I contacted "One Man and a Ladybug" for service. They promptly arrived the same day and dealt quickly and efficiently with the removal and disposal of the large nest. The cost was reasonable to not have to deal with it myself and the ladies were professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them in the future for any pest removal services.

Black Aphids were destroying our poplars. We called One Man and a Ladybug and problem solved. The two gals that came to spray were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained how the aphids were attaching the trees, the process they would use, and that it would also stay in the tree to stop them coming back. They eliminated my wasp problem in one go! They also have extremely fair and reasonable prices. They guarantee the work they come for, so if the wasp problem wasn’t eliminated the first time, they would come back for free to spray again, luckily we didn’t need to call them to come back again! We used a larger company the year prior for a wasp issue, and that larger company was $52.50 more expensive, and they had to come back three times to eliminate the issue. One Man and a Ladybug, I felt, took a lot more time inspecting the issue, and took more time to carefully spray around the area. I really appreciated how they also took the time to explain to us what they were doing. They also called us a week after to check in, but I completely forgot to call back to respond to their voicemail, so hopefully they read this review!! Loved their great customer service, great service, and great prices!

We had a major wasp problem. They were all around our front step and people couldnt walk up to our front door without wasps buzzing around. I called One Man and a Ladybug and 2 beautifull girls came out and took care of the problem. They were prompt and reliable as they came when they said they would. They guarenteed their work but no need... the wasps were gone for good within 24 hours. My neighbor noticed wasps around her back porch so she asked the girls if they would come over and get rid of their wasps. They said sure. The wasps were gone within 24 hours. Call this company if you need to get rid of wasps. Thanks so much!!!!
