My wife just phoned them to remove a mouse from our house that is trapped in our HVAC return. The fellow was extremely rude on the phone, saying we have to have more than one mouse and that she didn't know what she was talking about without even listening to the situation. Saying he's done this since 1974 so don't dare question his authority and they'd have to spray the whole house for $400 when we know for a fact it's an isolated individual. Very very unprofessional, if you like being talked down to by condescending @$$holes then phone these guys. Edit: We had a different company come over and remove the ONE (live) mouse. The point is if you'd have just listened to the customer's actual concern, not forced a concern on us that the evidence didn't support then maybe we wouldn't have had a problem.

Excellent service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with pests. Very knowledgeable, with fast effective service and great to deal with. I had bed bugs that I brought home from a hotel stay and though that was a terrible experience and I wouldn't wish those things on anyone he very much helped us get through the problem. We were given directions on how to prepare for the treatment and what would be done to the house, as well as how to protect ourselves in the future. It has been about a year since the treatment and no signs of them coming back at all! Also, with the treatment On Guard uses you will be spared many unnecessary preparations such as removing base boards and plug in/light switch covers. Through humor, direct instructions, and extensive knowledge of bed bugs our tech worked with us to reassure us that though it's a overwhelming stressful time that we would get through it and it would not be an issue going forward after the treatment. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. It's never a nice call to make when you have an infestation of any kind, but if I ever had something invade my house in the future i would very much feel better knowing I could call On Guard to deal with it.

We had a nasty wasp nest in a void in an outer wall of our home. Tricky spot to get to. But Gene was thorough, stood 100% behind his guarantee, and was cheerful about doing so. On Guard may not be the cheapest in town, but they will come as many times as needed to eliminate the pests.

He even followed up to see how tje pesky ants were. They were better but still several live ones on the inside of the basement bedroom room, he came out Saturday evening to spray in the room. Gene Corcoran is beyond rude and extremely confrontational. Spoke to him in person regarding my problem a few times and he was very unhelpful. He even reviewed and rated his own business (see below) as “Great service.” Not. Goes to show the type of person he is. Stay away!
