I reached out to Northern Pest Control about birds in a bathroom vent, Joe came out right away to assess the job and give me a quote. He returned the next day and quickly had the problem taken care of. He said there was a small chance that a bird could have gotten through the exhaust hose and into the house. My husband and I heard chirping coming from the bathroom, shortly after Joe had left. We reached out to have someone come back, Joe returned within a few days and did not stop working until he was able to get the bird out. Thank you again Joe, I will recommend Northern Pest Control to all my family and friends.

We moved to a new house couple months ago and slowly realized there are some birds living in the kitchen fan vent. The chirping sound and wings flapping scared us especially after knowing that mites and other hazards can spread into our house. I called Joe because it was the first number I saw on the internet and I wanted someone fast. He answered right away. He was able to come same day for an assessment and explained everything to me. He was polite and very knowledgeable. It turned out to be an English Sparrow nest inside our vent. He then noticed that a bumble bee nest was also built inside our roof shingles and he explained that it was a good idea to get rid of it same time before it gets bigger. He quoted us a reasonable price and took care of it next day within an hour. He also sealed our vent with a mesh so that no birds will come in again. He also advised me about the ant colonies issue in our area and he was right because we noticed 3 in our yard since moving in. I definitely recommend Joe to anyone who has a problem with house pests and you will not be disappointed.

Wasps decided to make a home under my side door concrete landing. Gave the company a call and later that same day in the early evening the tech arrived and about an hour later the job was done. No more wasps. Did a great job.

Contacted Joe explained the problem I was having he said he would provide two visits,a on Wednesday and the price he would charge contacted him Tuesday night to find out what time he'd be arriving Wednesday. Turns out he booked another job for Wednesday in red deer informed me that he wouldn't be able to be there till 1. Contacted me at 12pm to get address I was informed then that he wouldn't be able to be here until 1:30 pm. Contacted me a half hour later and told me he wouldn't be able to do the job and that if he did the price was going to be different. I had three people take the day off today to assist Joe with moving furniture and whatever else he needed to do to get a good job and then he phones me a half hour before you supposed to be there it says he can't come and if he does the price is going to be different it's up to you but I wouldn't trust him to show up honor his price Jeff MacKenzie

I was strung twice in two weeks by wasps right near the back gate of my yard. I searched for a company to call when I discovered a wasp nest. I sent two online requests to be called and then found Northern Pest Control Edmonton and called them by telephone. Joe Woodcock answered my call late afternoon on Wednesday and said he could come out about 2 pm on Thursday. He kept his word, told me to stay inside and that he would do the job. In less than half an hour, he had suited up, sprayed the nest and removed it. All for a very reasonable price. I certainly was pleased with his service and would heartily recommend this company.
