It was so great to recieve help from Natural Pest Solutions! I respect and appreciate their knowledge and also the ease to talk to them about my problems. I had more than one pest problem. I really enjoyed their assertiveness and attention to listening to what my problems were; even though I initially mentioned I had one problem they were really respectful and listened carefully to what my additional problems were. They provided free tips on how I could try and resolve problems in my own. Brilliant! I did successfully resolve one problem. They helped me with my two other problems. Amazing!

All I can say about the guys at Natural Pest Solutions is Thank YOU, they truly are the Best Exterminators in Kelowna. They are quick, and i have not had an issue with those annoying Mice and Rats coming back. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of pests in and around there property.

I have had the worst experience with this company. Save yourself $350 by doing the pest control yourself (which is basically what we have ended up doing due to the poor service of Natural Pest Solutions) or else go with another company. We contracted Natural Pest Solutions in October to help us out with a mice problem we've been having and we still have a mouse problem in February. We have had them out several times and they seem to only do the bare minimum every time. The first guy that came out gave us the classic mouse trap ("snap" traps as they are called) as well as poison. The poison resulted in the mice going into the walls and dying. They told us this would be a non-issue, as mice decompose fast and had virtually no smell. I accepted this explanation and allowed them to set up poison traps in our house. The poison they gave us resulted in the mice dying, falling into our air vents, and causing a horrible smell. We ended up having to get our vents cleaned and sanitized which had a price tag of several hundred dollars, in order to deal with the issue. The snap traps have regularly been catching mice, but for the most part, I have been having to take away the dead bodies myself, as they can take several days before they send someone out to remove them for you and who wants to have a dead mouse hanging around in their house for several days? But hey, better than having them die in our air vents, right? Now 5 months into our 6 month "pest free guarantee" they are telling me that we didn't pay enough for them to keep giving us the classic snap traps and so they only want to give us poison from here on out, which I do not want to take in case it results in another air vent problem. As it stands, I have paid $350 for a service, still have a mouse problem 5 months later, dealt with virtually every dead mouse body myself, and now they are telling me that we have only paid enough for poison solutions. I am honestly dumbfounded as to what I paid them for. EDIT: Today they sent someone out who was wonderful and made a huge effort to find points of entry and provide non-poison traps. Had this been our technician the entire time, perhaps we wouldn't have had such a negative experience. I am hopeful that this specific technician will solve our mouse problem in the last 3 weeks of our warranty.

I really appreciated the professionalism of work dealing with the crew at Natural pest Solutions, they came and assessed any pest problems with the home i was purchasing with a pest inspection. They let me know of several things that i should watch out for and they were able to treat around the property for mice and ants. What really impressed me is they didnt just do the job and leave me on my own but they came back to check that the problem rodents and ants stayed away which really put me and my wife at ease . I highly recommend this company for pest control services in Calgary.

This is a Very Professional Pest Control Company. This has been a very good experience dealing with Natural Pest Solutions in Kamloops. They actually answer the phone and return phone calls and they kept there appointment. When they arrived at my home they did an inspection to determine where the problem i was having with Rodents entering my home and they were able to deal with the mice problem with only 2 visits which i only paid for initial visit but they came back to check and ensure the mice were not coming back. I am very happy with the Pest Control service that Natural Pest Solutions Provided, They were prompt and courteous and they really knew there stuff when it comes to annoying pests and how to get rid of them and keep them out. I had a problem with Ants and birds, I have not had any problem since the service and that was many months ago. I will certainly call on this extermination company in future.

I had a bad problem with ants and rodents in our cottage outside of Kamloops, thankfully i had the guys at natural pest solutions that were able to help out quickly and got rid of these unwanted pests for us. My wife also liked that there were no toxic chemicals used, as there treatments are all organic, so not harmful to dog or kids. I will certainly call them again in future is i have any other pest problems.

I had Natural Pest Solutions to do a Pre Home Pest inspection on my home in Westsyde area of Kamloops they were very thorough and identified a problem with Termites and rodents and they put together a proposal to mange the problem by exterminating them and to exclude them from getting into my home again. I am very happy with the results that Natural Pest Solutions was able to provide as far as the speed of there work and also the problem with ants in my home was able to be resolved quickly which gave me peace of mind. I would recommend this pest control company to anyone having issues with bugs.

First i must mention that i live in Chase, not Kamloops, they went out of there way to fit me into there tight schedule and helped mart to get rid of the termite and rodent problem around my house. I can now sleep easier knowing these pests have been exterminated. Its now been several weeks since the pest service and i am happy to say pest free. Save your nerves and give this company a call .
