I called Major Pest Control the other day and spoke to Jonathan, he was very professional and knowledgeable, hearing all of my concerns as I was worried about noises in my parents attic that was bothering us for the past few days!! He sent a crew member to our home the same day, his crew member was on time and punctual, I forget his name sorry! he was also very friendly and wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty when he went into out attic. Turns out it was a family of squirrels!! They showed me the evidence and quoted me on the spot and explained everything that they were going to do, what to expect and patience is the best thing with wildlife. I've lived in this house for almost 10 years and have never had mice problems. But last Fall I saw one scurry across the floor. So I called Major Pest Control in Edmonton and had them come over. On the first visit they inspected the house and laid out the bait traps. Then, over the next two visits, they inspected the traps to get an idea of the size of infestation (mine was small, luckily) and topped up the bait. On the fourth visit none of the traps had been touched, so they sealed up the hole that the mice had entered from (i.e. in my case, a hole on the side of my front step that led to a foundation crack underneath the concrete) and that was that. I am free to call back if needed. I am really happy with the service that was provided. The agent (I can't remember his name -- I'm sorry) I was assigned was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and discrete, and he explained the entire process every step of the way. And the price of the service was reasonable as well. I recommend Major Pest Control to anyone who finds themselves in a similar predicament.

I first contacted Major Pest Control in the fall of 2019 due to wasps that had moved in under my front porch. Jonathan was great to deal with for those little buggers. He explained the plan and even offered to come back in the spring of 2020 if they came back since it was in a difficult to reach place and towards the end of the season. We never saw another wasp under the porch. Fast forward to June of 2021 and my next door neighbor has some unwanted skunks move in under their foundation. Again, Jonathan to the rescue but this time with Cody in tow. Humanely trapping and relocating a mom and her litter over the last few days, with no major spraying incidents! I found a mouse in a panel in my wall. He was running around, getting into mischief and hassling me and my cats. I called Major Pest Control and they came out 3 times. First to put out bait stations around suspect areas and inspect the property. The second to check the bait stations for signs of eating and put out some others. And then the third to check the bait stations and inspect the back which was covered by the deck. They found the spot where they were coming in and took care of it for me. They had to take some boards off my deck and crawl under there to patch it up. Really impressed with the service! I also had them check for wasps nests which they found two of and sprayed for me. No wasps since! Arnell was my guy for all 3 visits and did an awesome job. So much so that if and when I need help again I'll be requesting him specifically. Thank you Arnell and Major Pest Control!

I would say the most professional, reliable, convenient and efficient service in the industry. A guarantee for 6 months (after the service is completed) is given). OUR EXPERIENCE: We were told that 3 visits are required (but 4 were required). The 1st one to locate the entry points. Two days after, we had to call them as the activity had increased after the 1st visit, so they came back to put more traps and they came with a nice attitude willing to help. After this visit, 2 weeks passed by and they came back to move the traps once again. This is necessary to see what needs to be done next or to see if they could now seal the entry points. Usually, after the 3rd visit they seal. A month has passed by, and we have seen a substantial decrease in the rodent activity. Unfortunately, it isn't completely eliminated yet. However, they have earned our trust, and I trust they will completely get rid of the problem. Unbeatable customer service provided by Ray and Jerry who showed expertise and earned our trust. They are patient and do care to listen carefully to the client's concerns. They made us feel safe and at peace and showed committment to getting rid of the problem. Prompt follow-up service was as good as day one. I am impressed and glad I used their services. Do not hesitate to get a quality service in a timely manner. I am a busy mom of 4 small kids but I just feel like I need to do this for the exemplary services I got today and hoping to help other people too when they faced with the same situation. So we are just moved-in in this house, it’s a very old house but we can say that the structure is really sturdy. As days goes by, we’ve seen cockroaches everywhere, most of them are small ones and we feel that it is everywhere. Sometimes, even in our sleeps. He provided me updates on his arrival. He was able to locate the nest and provide me a picture of what the nest looked like. Once he was able to identify what he was dealing with, he educated me in the process and what to expect. I was also curious so he advised me on the precautions while he was removing the nest. Recently had Cody from Major Pest Control at our home to deal with a nasty wasp/hornet problem in a tree close to our home. He quickly determined the wasps had not built a hive inside our tree, but were rather foraging the leaves of the tree for food. He used a spray to neutralize the wasps and our wasps were gone. I tried three times to contact this company for a bird issue I was having at one of my rental properties. I submitted an online form which received no response, I then called and spoke to an admin person and was told someone would contact me which never happened. I then called a second time and spoke to a manager and followed up with an email with my issue which again was met with no response. I just had Mark come out to the house today for wasps. He was so professional and made this horrible experience actually very pleasant. He took the time to explain everything and was able to tell me some things about wasps that I found very interesting. He did not leave until satisfied he had completed the task completely. Thank you so very much Mark!! I thought I may have had a problem with a pest. I emailed Major Pest and immediately received a text from Mainu. He looked at the insect and told me what it was…thank gosh not what I had thought. He was so professional and gave me great information for today and further. I can’t say enough about this company. Discovered a bunch of bees underneath our deck, called and asked how soon they could get here. Mainu told us his team was busy but that he’d personally come down and deal with it. Showed up quickly within a few hours, discovered a second bee hive, and he dealt with both of them within 20 minutes. Afterwards tells us if there’s still any problems within 6 months, they’ll come back free of charge. Kind people, and great service. 5 Stars.

Firstly, a belated 5 star review for the exceptional response when I called about problems with ants in my yard on June 29th. A technician came out the next day and was courteous, professional, & efficient. He told me to call back if I had any problems. I noticed some ants last week - they appeared due to the extreme heat, not ineffective pest control. I was skeptical about service for a return call since it wasn't new business. Cody came out today & I was immediately relieved of my worries. He was friendly & professional; he explained the process before & after the treatment. Overall he was very knowledgeable & seemed to care about helping people. I happened to turn away a persistent door to door salesperson from a competing company just this weekend. He wouldn't go away even after he was advised that we just got the house treated. He continued to offer deals for maintenance plans. I'm glad I stuck with Major Pest Control.

Major Pest Control is the best pest control solution we have ever used!! We have had two seperate unfortunate incidents with gross creepy crawlies and they have very understanding staff and customer service. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and the phone line is very pleasant to communicate with. We just had Jonathan come over to our house for a possible rodent problem in our garage, and we were significantly impressed by his politeness and knowledge of the situation. He was able to assess the issue and recommend a solution that was specific to our issue. Their prices appear higher than competitors at first but they offer a full solution at a set price vs many competitors who have tons of hidden fees and extra charges for future visits. In short they just make the problem really simple and easy to deal with. They provide great customer service and they are very professional and on time I've never written a review before but these guys definitely deserve all the praise and recognition.
