Called and the next day Major Pest Control came to inspect an area I was concerned a skunk was living in. They confirmed my visitor had left the area and gave me tips on how to secure the area so we wouldn’t get anymore unwanted visitors. Their fee was more than reasonable and will definitely use them again!

Cedric is the representative that finished my job and he was punctual, communicative, and thorough. Overall, my experience with the company generally was difficult: the person assigned to my home before Cedric often wrote down appointment times incorrectly and when I would call managers to try and rectify the situation they did not pick up the phone and did not call me back. I missed multiple days of work due to these difficult communications where the previous representative would not arrive until four or five hours past when we had booked appointments. I think this business could potentially use a different approach when assigning clients to individual abatement professionals as their current system negatively impacted the service I received prior to dealing with Cedric.

I called Major pest control and a very punctual and friendly agent named Jerry indicated that it was in fact voles. Told me the difference but I forgot. We had an issue with bedbugsfor months.Called company A for treatment .They did an inspection, gave us a quote and schedule the treatment .We've been told to move our furniture away from walls,so we did.Our apartment looked like we're moving out,and was a complete mess.The scheduled day came and Nobody showed up.I phone them and no one was answering ,I left a message and nobody responded.Good thing I did not pay yet I decided to call MAJOR PEST and their response wss unbelievably fast.Jerry and Cedric came by telling me that they would do 3 treatments.1 more treatment left for this tiny house , guest but I think they are gone .Well done guys .I highly recommended this company.

Discovered wasp nest in ceiling of house and wasps had created a hole and were in the house. Called 11 pest control outfits and Major was the only one who answered on a Sunday and could send someone that day. Cedric even moved our call up his schedule appreciating the urgency of the matter. I just noticed in the morning that there were wasps starting a nest. Between calling and the boys showing up and doing a FANTASTIC job it was 3 hours. They went up and beyond what I was expecting and were super friendly. Thank you again for making my home safe!! Edit: Aug 16, 2021. So the wasps decided to come back and I called up Major Pest Control and they were out in under 1 hour. Resprayed and sealed up the entry point and sprayed all around and made sure they were all dead before they left. Great service, very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that has problems with pests!! Oh and the respray they did for free!!! No other company would ever do that for a customer. Thanks again!!!!!
