I had a great experience with this business. I recently had a problem with carpenter ants, that Green Piper was able to fix, asap. The staff was knowledgeable, they were able to track down the source of the ants and kill them. No problems since, and the price was a lot less than what I had imagined it would be.

So very happy with the service we got last night at 8 pm. We had a yellow jacket nest under the front step. I am allergic to bee stings and our daughter,son-in-law and grandson, who live in the upper part of our duplex, could not get in and out of the front door as the bees were terrible. We got prompt and curteous service. Where as another place that we called first would not come till next week :s, yet they were a 24 hour service place too. Anyways, I highly recommend Green Piper Pest Control !!

Super fast response. We found bed bug on a Friday AM, Dan came in the evening and confirmed it. Sent us lists on how to prepare our trailer. He came in that Monday and started the procedure and told us how long to stay out. Was very stressful with a newborn baby but he took away some of the stress by working with us quickly to get rid of the issue. And he continues to work with us by coming to check up on the place every bit to confirm the population is dying out. 100% recommend and so glad I came across the business.

We used to use a different company back in 2010, and have them come spray every 2 years for our ants, and Dan was actually the guy who would come do it. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable and we were ALWAYS very happy with his work. We had moved out-of-province for 5 years, and returned a year ago. Same pest problem. I had called that same company to see if Dan could start spraying our property again. I was sad to hear that he was no longer with them but they could get their other guy to call us. It's been 2 months, with 3 calls to the company, and I still haven't heard from this 'other guy'. In frustration, I Googled, and called the first pest control company that had good reviews. He said he could come that night!! Who showed up at my door? That same Dan!! All smiles here. The stars aligned for us! So with 7 yrs added to his belt and now owning his own company ... that previous company has entirely lost our business. Dan is very professional, personable, and efficient. His pricing is very competitive, he works quick and is very thorough. Payment, invoicing, etc, is all very up to date and is done wireless at your door step. We won't be taking our business anywhere else!

I have had an ant problem for months and these guys have been amazing. I’m so glad I chose them. Dan has had to come back (FREE OF CHARGE!!) multiple times to lay more bait and each time, they’ve been so accommodating and speedy. He’s educated and has taken the time, each time he comes, to reassure me that the problem ants will be dealt with. They arrive to a stressed and panicked home, but they leave me feeling calm and confident. Absolutely great company

I spoke to Jen on a Saturday and she provided clear information about what I could expect from their services, answered all my questions and gave me a realistic time frame of when I could expect a visit to my home. When Dan came for the initial visit a few days later, he was thorough, professional, friendly and answered more questions! I am very happy with the service they provided and the reasonable price. We randomly picked this service from a google search not having had previous experience with a pest control service. They were very professional and respectful. We are a senior community and the rep practised all necessary covid protocols, was sensitive to the needs of the elder resident, and went so far as to return the affected area to it's original condition by resealing the protective wall barrier.
