Very pleased! I called them at 10 am one day and within a few hours Sunny and his partner came to the house to look at a wasp nest we had under the soffit. It cost $100 dollars and the nest is now dead. I tried doing it on my own, buying sprays that ere risky to get close enough to use and only killed a few at a time, so the price was far more valuable then me trying to do it myself. Very good company!

Would recommend this company for treatment of wasps. Staff answering phones very friendly and able to send someone the same day. First visit was not successful to eliminate all wasps but Sunny came ob 2nd visit and found entry point and resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend him. He took the time to answer all my questions and I felt much more confident that things were all taken care of. Wish I would have had him on the first visit but overall very happy.

Although the company is pleasant to deal with, they were completely ineffective. The tech reassured me everything was fine while the small mouse problem turned into an infestation. After I hired a second company months later, I found out what they should have been doing. For example, checking to make sure their treatment was working and using poison specific to the job (not what's cheapest). Good customer service isn't good enough. It's like being on a super comfortable flight to Toronto that never leaves the airport.

Called asking for help with a skunk under my front porch. They came out the same day and left a trap. The following Thursday I called to let them know the skunk was in the trap, they came and removed it right away. The next Wednesday I arrived home to find that someone had come and put a wire mesh alongside the porch to keep other animals from going under the porch. Thank you all for the great service. I would highly recommend Golden Arrow Pest Control. They are fast, efficient, and very friendly. Thank you to to the office staff who took my many calls and always answered with a cheerful " Hello Nancy, how are you today". Great fast service by this company . Came out in under an hour took care of the issue in are house promptly. Would highly recommend these folks for any pest control needs. On July 21 once again had to call Golden arrow pest control out to deal with a Bee Problem in are shed . Evan tho they where busy that day they where able to fit us in with fast friendly service . After being away for over a week, I came home to a terrible stench in my mobile home. I was convinced something had died underneath my mobile home. Not many places deal with dead animals so I was thankful to find one that did. I phoned Golden Pest in the afternoon and they quoted me a price and Sunny was out the next morning. He checked where I found the smell was the worst. Took a look underneath my trailer but there was no dead anything. He said he would've smelled it as soon as he got out of his vehicle. Because there wasn't anything found to cause the smell, I was only charged half of what I was quoted on the phone, which would have been equal to a service call. Sunny was knowledgeable and polite. I trust him to know what he's talking about. I would definitely recommend this company and would call them again. Great customer service from Pam.

A call centre rep was so helpful she explained everything that’s going to happen and possible follow-up options. Techs came 3hours later of my initial call, they set up 2 baits in my yard where I saw a mouse. They briefly checked inside as well for any evidence of an infestation at no charge. (There’s no signs of infestation luckily.) I paid $150, I think it’s quite reasonable for a dispatch and a service. Most of all, their quick response was a huge help as I don’t have to worry about running into pests again while other companies would come in next couple of days or a week. Thank you so much!

This week, our condo Property Manager arranged for Golden Pest Control to take on a squirrel that was setting up housekeeping in my attic. Sunny arrived Monday afternoon, armed with expertise and all required tools and equipment. He was very thorough, and quickly found where the squirrel's access point on the roof. Traps were set inside and out, and on Tuesday, Sunny removed one very unhappy squirrel in a cage. Once assured there were no more squirrels, Sunny removed the traps Wednesday afternoon and repaired the roof. I was very pleased with Sunny's courteous, pleasant, prompt and most helpful service. I would certainly use this company, and Sunny, again.

Six years ago we had a large infestation of carpenter ants and called Sonny. They got rid of the problem quickly. We had the ants return this year and we didn't hesitate to call Golden Arrow again. They came when they said they would and got rid of the carpenter ants. Sonny is very knowledgable and gave us some tips on how to prevent an infestation in the future. The price he charged was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again if we have an infestation of any kind.

All I can say is that the service provided by Sunny was a complete difference for our original visit from someone else. We chose this company based on its high reviews and after having Sunny here I now agree with the reviews. He is super knowledgeable & friendly. He makes the customer understand that this company really does put the customer first (which is getting more rare nowadays). I would call this company again, & I would definitely request Sunny. Thank you to the owner for clearing Sunny's morning and sending him out here to make sure we received good service. Horrible company. Chose this company because of its great reviews, but for $500 we got nothing. We have mice in the walls and they told us there is not much they could do. Placed a few poison traps around the house. A week later no change. I called and was told they would call back. It's been 8 weeks & still no call back & still have mice in the walls. Calling another company tomorrow. ***Called on August 16 like the owner asked and the woman on the phone said "Oh. I know who you are. Someone will call you back in 2 minutes." A few hours later they closed and I did not hear back. *** August 20 - my phone has never been switched off. It is a house number you are calling. No messages were left either. It's one thing to do a bad job & a complete other thing to start lying. I will call tomorrow morning and speak to someone and not be told that I'll get a call back again, so this can be cleared up once and for all.

I have a mixed review. We had Sunny come to our place to help remove squirrels from our roof. Sunny was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to be readily available at a quick text or call away. Sunny set up traps around and inside the house, with no success, but caught 3 squirrels on our roof after moving the traps. Soon thereafter, within a matter of days, he came over and sealed up holes in the roof. I expressed concerns that maybe there are more, but he was confident he got all of them. Within 2 weeks we had squirrels in the roof again, and upon contacting Sunny I did not get a reply. It would have been nice to have an all around follow up service to ensure the job was done. I ended up setting up my own traps afterwards. On two occasions during the job I texted Sunny to come by and pick up squirrels or adjust the traps, and he mistakenly went to a different clients place with the same name, and didn't queue in until I reached out again asking for an ETA. Once after our job was finished, he was at our place when he was supposed to be at someone else's place. I didn't put too much effort into thinking about it, other than thinking he must be busy and could maybe have been a bit better organized/communicative. Overall, friendly, speedy and knowledgeable until I paid, but a little lacking in follow up accountability and in organisation.

He showed up on time (in fact, a bit early), quickly diagnosed the problem (related to mice), gave a tutorial on how to prevent the problem in the future and then suggested a solution. Surprisingly, there were no sales pitch or scare tactics. He was frank that the solution did not necessarily require professional intervention. As it turns out, we decided to let him take care of the problem, and he provided excellent, efficient service. My wife is sleeping sound and I get credit for calling in an expert. Highly recommended.

Did me dirty. They knocked my painting off the wall and rather than picking it up and putting it somewhere safe they left it on the floor and sprayed it. Im lucky I framed it so my work isnt destroyed but the frame is ruined. Then ontop of that they left my toilet seat covered in urine..thanks

By far the best company to educate you to prevent any rodents or insect to enter your home . I was really impressed with their professionalism that they took their time to inspect surrond my home to make sure that before they could evaluate the situation that my house was safe from the outside before a problem occurred. Then they came inside check all the rooms Just to make sure that everything is ok Which was .
