I live near Camrose, AB and I had 2 large wasp nests to take care of and one was even16ft high. Another company told me they would spray and leave it and I would need to get rid of the nests 72 hours later. Since the whole reason I'm paying for this service is so I DON'T have to deal with it I cancelled-plus they quoted an inflated price just because the one nest was 16ft high (we provided the ladder anyway). Geo pest came the very next day, sprayed nests and took them with them! Simple over the phone payment and it's done and we can all move on with our lives wasp-free. I would recommend.

I thought I could diy-Rambo this nest but soon realized what a silly and dangerous outcome that could have when I saw the volume and size of the wasps. He gave us ideas on how to immediately deal with the problem and gave us numerous options and price points on how to solve the problem . He was out the day after I called, he was on time,clean, courteous and willing to go above and beyond. He described in great detail -what the product would look like -what to expect -how to deal with precautions about different products (seeing as how I have a child) - he helped move furniture (which no other company is willing to do) -when he was gone you would not have known he was in our house- no left over mess and all of his garbage he took with him. - he was able to suggest products we could get to help deter these pests from coming back. - he always called the day ahead to confirm the appointment - he is able to accept debit at the door If we ever need pest control again we will 100% call him again. I had much trepidation when I found two wasp nests by my home. The first nest was under the siding by the back door. The second nest was in a brick wall by the front walkway. Geo-Pest responded promptly to my request for an estimate. Malik came the following evening as promised. Malik was friendly, professional, meticulous when applying the insecticidal powder, and provided good explanation before and after his work. No more wasps the following day......yes!! I recently called Geo Pest Control Inc to take care of a wasp/hornet issue I was having at my home. I called in the morning for a quote and was informed they would be able to come that same day, between 3pm and 5pm to treat the problem. I was very happy with the early availability for service. Five o'clock came and passed and no one showed up and I didn't receive any communication letting me know if they were running late or wouldn't be able to come by, etc. Around 6pm I was about to call when there they were! They were professional and informative, and quickly got to work treating the area. The service was great and I would probably have given five stars if they had even just sent a text or called letting me know they were running behind. I didn't mind that they were late, would just have liked better communication. All in all it was a good experience!

I was totally disappointed with this company. I made 3 calls, and each time I was told they would call me back. It has been almost 2 weeks, and no one has called me back. There are lots of companies to choose from, so I am dealing now with one that actually has customer service. Don't waste your time calling this company. They have no customer service, and obviously do not want your business. Call one that will actually call you back. I will tell everyone, and anyone how bad this company is. DO NOT CALL THEM!! Waste of my time.

I called Geo Pest when I found mice in my house for the second time. I had another company seal their entry point 2 years ago but it turns out they used the wrong material and the mice ate their way back in. I was very impressed with the service received from Geo Pest. Malik and his assistant were at my house for 1.5 hours and checked everything top to bottom. He was extremely knowledgeable and left no stone unturned in making certain that the problem would be solved. He indicated to me every small crack and how I can go about sealing them to be sure that nothing can enter in the future. He also installed bait stations all around my house to act as a 'line of defense' against unwanted intruders, and made sure that I know the maintenance plan needed to ensure this doesn't happen again. I believe that the price was fair for the service received. I am not happy to be living with mice, but my experience with Geo Pest made me feel at ease that there will now be a long term solution. Malik (the owner or manager I presume) is a thorough professional. He is always willing to answer questions via email or when at the house. I contacted him after my neighbour recommended him. I had a very bad problem with mice in the house but he nevertheless took my call after hours and we quickly set up an appointment. He assured me the mice activity would disappear after 2-3 weeks and he was right. He also advised what needed to be done to reduce future problems. The service was excellent and the expertise top-notch. I will certainly use them again in the future if necessary and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Had a mouse or two lol, and after another company had come in and was unable to find point of entry, you came in and were so thorough in your inspection! You found two points of entry, where we had new natural gas line put in as well as underground sprinkler system. To find it you went above grade in basement, even moved insulation to find it!! Then, on top of that you guys helped us seal those areas up and left very good instructions on what to do and look for going forward. You have given us peace of mind. Thank you!
