We had tried everything to rid our house of the mice ourselves. From snap traps, ultrasonic devices, glue traps to bait pellets, you name it and we tried it. Turns out we were just feeding the mice snacks. After over a month with little results, it was time to call the professionals. This is a family run business and it shows in their pride of work. Tyler answered the phone and made me feel extremely comfortable talking about our rodent infestation. I told him the square footage of our home and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate and details about what the service would include. Chris, one of the owner/operators, called me in the day of the inspection and even offered to come early. He arrived, was friendly, professional and super helpful and informative. He spent over an hour thoughtfully inspecting and giving me tips and tricks. Like most women, I absolutely hate rodents and the evidence of their existence in our home is a personal affront to me. I'm now feeling confident that we are finally getting a handle on the situation. I will update in a couple of months to let you know the results!

They do a very thorough job going through to identify the source of the issues and take the time to educate you about why you may have an issue in the first place. This company has been upfront and honest servicing our clients for many years. The value is not only in the pricing and services but the indepth knowledge of all types of infestations and treatments are priceless . The company has polite courteous staff to take and book your treatments ,then professional staff to complete your treatments . I find they are willing to stand behind their work every time and even many times thru court proceedings . I also am able to say from personal knowledge that Edmonton Exterminators has on staff a qualified court expert in pest remediation in rental priorities I am writing this as I see unfounded complaints directed at the pest management company in regards to the gentleman complaining they only came once - you probably live in a rental as a few statements reflect, thus your complaint is with management . Pest company can go in and treat if the landlord has served entry /prep notice and it is fully complied with . Then pesticide company preforms its treatment and every treatment has timelines for effectiveness. The pesticide company outlines its findings and it RECOMMENDED plan to owner and management . THIS IS WHERE I SEE A BREAKDOWN IN MOST TREATMENTS ****EDUCATION**** All parties must know the the plan the objective and the process as all parties have a shared responsibility to remedying the problem. Any company that has been around over 40 years and services most of the provinces large end managememt companies and prominent buisness through out the city but still provides personal service deserve a 5 star rating

We used this company for the cockroaches but I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They promise that whenever you have any questions after the service to let them know and when you ask ,they charge you more money .in additional to that they spend less than 20min for the entire house

Will be contracted to work in your apartment, miss their appointment time, and then lie about having been there two hours earlier (even if you've been there literally all morning and know for a fact they haven't).

I never write reviews for anything but I had to voice my displeasure with their service. I purchased an older home and found out that there was a mouse problem when I moved in. I called to book an appointment for the exterminator and clearly stated that there appeared to be an ongoing issue. They told me on the phone that they would look around the house to find where the mice was coming from to prevent anymore mice from coming in. When the exterminator came, he did not provide the service I was expecting. All he did was place 10 poison traps around the house (which is something i could have easily done). I told him that this mice problem appears to be an ongoing issue, his response was that I should call back if I see more mice droppings and that it will only be $80 the next time I call. Furthermore, he was not very competent as he was saying that the cheap mouse traps don't really work. Apparently they do work because I caught a mouse with one the day before he came. I forced him anyways to look around my house to see if he could spot any places they could be coming from. He didn't really do much. I was extremely disappointed with their service and would NOT recommend them if you have any mouse problems in your house.

We have used Edmonton Exterminators for business location and for our home yard. They make sure that everything is taken care of and listen to all concerns and questions and suggest practical solutions. They provide peace of mind and for people that do not like mice, voles, etc. that is what we need!

I never really write anything. But buddy came to my house for like 10 mins and said could not find any .and left . So I trust him fken still got bites on me every night . Two days later find fken 20 bed bugs by my self . Still moving. I m not to sure if that guy spry pesticide or not . Well I guess that waste of money . And I call back to see what happen they say takes 3weeks to kill the bug . Well I just wanna everytone know this is the shitest company u can find in Edmonton and shitest service too. I hope everyone knows this company and go find a real pest control and got the right stuff to spray and got to qualify person on operate and the better person to pick up the phone . lol at the end U guys should no rip money of people anymore that's not how u do business for money fken work at McDonald's or somewhere u bunch of people has no skills

Like one of the other reviewers, I almost never write reviews but after my experience here I had to say something. I went to their office to buy some mouse poison. Had to unfortunately deal with a very rude staff member while doing this. I politely asked if they sold a certain type of poison and the woman responded condescendingly. I was really surprised by her tone and said OK while I thought to myself if I should leave and go somewhere else to buy this. I then caught her rolling her eyes at me. I won't be back.

I felt it necessary to respond to a few of these less than glowing reviews of my company. I'll start by saying that we have been in business for almost 40 years and have had a triple A rating with the Better Business Bureau ever since we joined them over 35 years ago. What i like about the BBB is that if someone has a complaint, you are notified and able to respond in an effort to try and make the customer happy. Unfortunately on here, anyone can say anything they like in total anonymity. I checked all our records and the one person that did leave their name, we had never done work for. I would only hope that in the future, anyone interested in using our services would perhaps dig a little deeper when researching us.

I needed a cat trap to help a neighbour get his cat back. The cat came to my place every night but would run off at any sign that someone was coming. I went to Edmonton Exterminators to rent a trap. The lady there was friendly and quickly provided me with a trap at a reasonable weekly rental rate. We caught the cat one the first night we baited the trap. Happy reunion.

I am very pleased with this company. I first met one of the gentleman who was conducting a remediation at my place of work. I spoke with him about an issue I was having on my property. He was patient, friendly, and professional. He took the time to educate me about how to solve the problem, never once pushing his company on me or making me think my only option was for them to come fix it. A different issue came up in my home. I had them come out to remedy the situation. I was aprehensive about how or what would entail fixing the problem. Again, the gentleman who came out was considerate, understanding and respectful of myself, the house, and my requests. I felt he was honest and upfront about what he was going to do, and set a realistic expectation for what would happen. The job was carried out to my satisfaction. Professional. Fairly priced. These guys know how to conduct good business. I work with tradesmen all day, every day. I wish more were like these guys. Thank you.
