EXCELLENT SERVICE! Very professional but also understanding. We had a huge mice infestation and within a couple weeks it was over. He also came and sanitized the area where they were living and did an excellent job. Cannot recommend this company highly enough - 6 stars!!!!

I had some voles in my yard so I contacted Savvy. They came to my home, gave me a free estimate (very reasonable) and provided the solution I needed to get rid of my unwanted guests. Additionally, they gave me a wealth of information on the behaviour of the voles and what to do to avoid them in the future. Very professional and excellent customer service. These people really know their business. I highly recommend them!

Poor communication from technician and billing department. Technician did the walk around for a rodent issue. Found zero holes, wants to cover some minor vents on the second floor but didn’t have the materials and won’t bill me till he returns on the second appointment. Then they billed me right away anyways. Poor value for just a walk around. Poor customer service when I called to inquiry about the mix up. Won’t use their service again and do not recommend.

I thought we had a gopher infestation. Turns out it was ground squirrels. DSA promptly and correctly identified what critter had created more than 50 burrowing holes on our commercial property. They quickly baited the holes and within a short period of time, the problem was rectified. The service was great and the price was very reasonable. They even followed up to make sure that all critter activity had ceased. I would use them again for any of the commercial properties that I look after. Good Job!

I give five star to DSA pest control. Both the customer service and the technician are very nice and professional. I have noticed there might be a mouse in my basement. and I called the number, the customer service asked my some questions, guided me through a check up and talked about the treatment plan. The technician came the next day and checked thoroughly in basement and kitchen. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.

If you want results, this should be your first call. After a 6 year mouse problem and 2 other companies, we finally found the right one. They not only deal with the problem at hand they deal with the exclusion part. Dave was professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. Don't go anywhere else if you want the job done right!
