I went to return a product that I ended up not using. They then charge us a restocking fee. So be careful because no where on there receipt does it say restocking fee... cost me $50 bucks for nothing.

They asked you prepare for spray and removed everything from kitchen and bed room closet. We did this 3rd time in a year and they are failed to eliminate. 3 days ago they sprayed in my apartment again and still cockroaches are everywhere. They are just making money. I will not recommend them to anyone.

We called cal-rid due to a mouse problem in our house. We have had a problem with mice every winter for several years. Mike took the time to get down on his hands ans knees outside and he found two holes on the exterior of the home and one in the garage which he closed up. He also left poison traps in the house. It has been just over two weeks since he has been here ans we have not seen any mice or any droppings. I am so thankful to Mike for the work he did! Fingers crossed this will not be a problem again!

I should have checked the google reviews on this company before I hired them. Bad service overall. I received an invoice today for a service that I already paid two months ago. When I called them about it, the office manager told me "if it shows outstanding on my side, it is not paid" She insisted that I send her proof of payment. When I called her back with payment information from my credit card statement, she didn't even apologize. She said she will now mark it paid. Horrible customer service!

We have used Cal-Rid over a few years, typically to get rid of the pesky voles that show up from time-to-time. They have been courteous, professional and prompt; and their service has met expectations every time. Jesse has come to our place twice over the years, ensured that the bait was correctly (and safely) placed - refilled our previously-purchased bait stations - and has offered helpful tips to reduce the menace. Cal-Rid has our recommendation; and while we hope that we do not have to use them too often, we would not hesitate to call them again.

Thank you Cal-Rid! I have used them for both mice and wasps now. For the mice they fixed a hole around my deck and put out some bait and I stopped seeing them after a couple of weeks. In the past they have treated for wasps and guaranteed the area. The people on the phones were great and the technician I dealt with for the mice was fantastic. I didn't see the fella that came for the wasps because I was at work but they had that job done the same day that I called. Great service, I would recommend them again and again.

We had a nest of wasps right in front of our front door under the porch. We called another company in June to come and have a look and the fellow said it was useless to try and get at the wasps because they were under our porch and would just come back. So this morning we had had enough of those stinging jerks and called Cal-Rid. 30 minutes letter the fellow was at our house blasting away at not one but three nests. We just went outside and not a wasp in sight. Well done Cal-Rid. You’ve just become our exterminator of choice.

I was very impressed with the technician who sprayed for ants this morning in my front, back and side yards. In addition to being very friendly, he was also very efficient and knowledgeable, and clearly enjoyed his work. I was particularly impressed when he asked me if I had any fish in my outdoor pond (which I didn't this year), as the spray can be harmful to aquatic life. The invoiced amount was as per the verbal estimate given previously by telephone. This is the third or fourth time that I have used the services of this company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has need for this type of work..

We had wasps setting up house WITHIN our fascia over our deck. Called Cal-Rid and they were out the next day. The wasps that were not within the fascia or flew away, returned with a vengeance and started building a nest outside the fascia right above our BBQ. Called Cal-Rid and they said to wait 5 days because some wasps in the new nest may have the powder on them that will kill the entire nest. That didn't happen and the nest was completed within the 5 days. Called Cal-Rid and they were out the following day. The gentleman who came was very thorough. He had the wasps and the entire nest gone within a very short timeframe and then came to the front door and told me he could still hear the wasps inside the fascia so he resprayed and powdered within the fascia again to ensure the wasps were completely taken care of. The second treatment was free which Cal-Rid offers all their customers. JOB WELL DONE! IMPRESSIVE. We'll definitely go back to Cal-Rid for any infestations we can't handle because no wasps came back after the second treatment.

I am satisfied with the service the technicians provided. I have screen shield setup on my house roof for blocking the pigeons coming over. I believed when my roof shingles was replaced, the roofer didn't put back the screen shield properly, causing pigeons problems for the past few years.

I had pigeon strips installed 3 years ago by Cal-Rid and some fell off. I called Cal-Rid to have reinstalled last fall and was quoted $150 to have them fixed. Initially, I spent $600.! Called again and they came out a day later to reinstall for no charge. I am so happy with the customer service I received by Alex in the office and the crew that came to fix them. Thanks again!

This company did a terrible inspection and caused a cockroach infestation to erupt in the building. Instead of offering a proper treatment plan, they spot-treated the building, collecting people's money fraudulently and actually spreading all the bugs around. Do not use this company if you actually want to get rid of an infestation. Terrible service.

if you’re looking for an extermination company for a mice problem this is the worst company I can suggest for you!! Save your money. When I originally called them there was no result and so I called back and they said they would charge us to come take a look at it. We agreed and paid them but now there is still no results??? And when I called they said they will charge us ANOTHER time and can give no guarantee that the services they provide will work... They told us the mice were coming from underneath our deck so we got rid of deck and hired a contractor to put cement. We spent over seven grand trying to fix this issue. Every time they come they say there’s a new problem. Just another money scamming company.

Last Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020, wasps came into the interior of my house. I spoke to Brie at 2:00 P.M. that day and luckily, Joseph was in the area. At 2:30 P.M., he was at my door. Joseph was friendly and explained what he was going to do. He sprayed the exterior wall near the gas meter pipe where they came in. He sprayed inside. I liked his confidence when he said he had no returns since he would take care of them the first time.. Joseph was right. The wasps were done. Brie was very professional and patient with me in answering my questions. Brie is very knowledgeable. I like the fact she took over the business from her father. Big shoes to fill and I know her father is proud of her. I highly recommend this company for any extermination needs. I will call in the spring of 2021 to get rid of ants.

Due to working many hours, I didn't have time to get rid of the few wasps on our deck. When I had a weekend off, the wasp problem had grown to the point of being frightening. I called a few companies that told me they couldn't get there til mid-week, and this was a Saturday. I was distressed, as my back yard was uninhabitable, and I had a guest over for the weekend. The lady at Cal Rid said she would try very hard to get someone out to us by the end of that day, but for sure by the Sunday. Well lo and behold, if I didn't receive a call that the exterminator was outside my home by about 4:30 that afternoon! A very polite and informative young gentleman named Harley explained what was going to happen and the time-line by the end of the evening they may be gone, but could take until the next day. He also told me that it was a seasonal guarantee and if I saw any more after a week to call them and he would come back at no charge. The service was a reasonable cost, and THOSE WASPS WERE GONE within a few hours! I could finally enjoy my back yard again because of the diligence of the folks at Cal Rid squeezing in this appointment for me. We are very grateful and the customer service shown by this company is commendable. I will suggest them to all my friends and family and will definitely call them again if I encounter any further pest issues.
