Scott is honest and straightforward person, We had voles in our front yard and Backyard as they made holes. Scott came in and baited all the holes and setup 2 bait stations as well. In One week we saw a reduction in voles activity. After we buried the vole holes 3/4 days later few more holes opened up and Scott came again to bait the holes and check the bait stations. Hopefully this will stop the voles activity for now. We would highly recommend Scott for pest control services and would seek his help if we need in future as well.

When I first learned that these little blood sucking vampire insects that we know as bed bugs had become a resident in my home. I called everyone and what a surprise answering services on all calls. I could not get a hold of anybody. The very first person to call me back was Randy and quite promptly I might add as well. Now I am not a jump at the first response kind of person so I eventually talked with everyone and carefully made a plan of how I was going to attack this problem. Randy has spent so much of his time talking to me and helping me with this issue. I only have one thing to this is the company you want to do business with. Randy cares and has a very indepth knowledge of these insects. If you do what he says and believe me this is a lot of work. The prep work and continued vigilance is part of the solution. We used several companies in past years, only to be disappointed in their service, or lack of. We heard about Assassin from others and gave them a try. The day they came out it unfortunately poured rain shortly after, but we still had no issues for nearly 2 months, probably because we were so impressed with the thorough spray he did. Then we started noticing some spider webs and so contacted Assassin. Scott came back within a few days of contact and re-sprayed with no additional fee. Will definitely use Assassin again next year as they are courteous, efficient, cost friendly, and stand behind their service. Super happy with Assassin!
