We have used Absolute for years past on our large acreage; we have since downsized and required a property inspection and rodent control measures. We called to arrange a site visit which happened within days of the call. Actions were taken immediately with followups included in the fee. Pricing was favorable compared to what our new neighbors are paying for a different service provider and we are happy to continue using Absolute who performed well on our larger property and responded promptly to our needs at this new property. Recommend.

This is the first time we've used Absolute and if we ever need services like this again, we are sure to come back! Tony was extremely friendly and knowledgable, taking the time to explain everything that was going on and what the best strategy was for dealing with our vole problem. After examining the yards and determining the extent of the problem, we even ended up with a discount for using Absolute on two adjacent properties, and because we didn't need as many traps. Top notch service!

I hired Absolute pest 3 years ago for a spider problem and my house was spider free for all of that time. I'm starting to see some webs this season and will get them back to spray but the guaranteed 3 months was actually 3 years.

I saw wasps flying in and out of the metal soffit and the bulk of the nest was inside the soffit (or attic?). I have dealt with nests outside but I was afraid if I sprayed, it would drive the wasps into the house. I had Tony's name and number from a FB recommendation. I sent a text, the text was answered within a couple of hours and the appointment was booked. In the meantime, I found a second issue at an older home I was house sitting and it had very poor access to do the work. Tony was able to add the 2nd house to the work order and took care of both problems the same day. Tony provided excellent response, communication and service. Thank you!!

Conrad is also very responsive to requests or queries - usually replying in less than a day. No results - say what you will they are nice people and show up on time etc but they have not got results for my vole problem for two years. No warranty or consideration and no results. Better off taking your chances with another company.

They helped with a mice problem in our RV and cared about fixing the problem. Conrad went over and above by coming to check on things without charging. I definitely recommend them!

Poor customer service! Called them after receiving an email bill that I was unable to open the attached bill. Called them about this said they would resend. Never received. They then call me asking for payment again I tell them I need a bill so I can pay them telling me how to pay. Again no bill ever comes. 2 more rounds of this all the while I call them back several times to tell them I have yet to receive a bill leaving voice mails asking them to call .. Never get returned phone calls. Untill you get a collection company on you! All the while the service never worked we still had a huge bee problem. Thanks absolute! ????

We "had" Pocket Squirrels on our acreage which resulted in unsightly mounds dirt and holes everywhere. A quick call to Absolute and they came out the next day. Problem solved! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absolute Pest Control to anyone with unwanted property guests! Friendly staff, efficient service and results oriented!

Prior to leaving our home the exterminator Asked for payment. I provided my credit card which which was an accepted form of payment. He proceeded to ask for a pen and then jotted down the number on a scrap piece of paper. This seemed unprofessional and quite odd. I asked some questions and he said it would be fine. I later noticed fraudulent charges to what appeared to be some foreign telephone company. I did not hear from them for quite some time and then all the sudden got an email stating I had to pay or they would send my info to a collection agency. They claimed they left voicemails to which I dont have and sent emails to which I have never received. As for the actual product. The guy showed up with what appeared to be the same mice traps and poison I got at home depot. When I showed him the produce I already had he stated that his poison was stronger. I should have stuck with home depot as this has turned into a much bigger pest problem.

We have used Absolute Pest Control for the past couple of years. Tony came and sprayed for spiders and ants but the ants were stubborn this year. I told him and he came back for a second spraying (at no charge) and got rid of them all. Two weeks have passed and not an ant in sight. I highly recommend this company. As a bonus, the price is a lot better than most other companies!

This company is a leach. They just suck money and do nothing. You can not believe but they have been sucking my money for the last 5 years and so far there is no improvement AT ALL (its a mice issue in my house). They are useless and you should never hire them and remember the word NEVER. They just bill you after putting their useless baits and keep charging you. AVOID THEM totally.

Last July 28, 2021 we phoned Absolute Pest Control Services in a panic because our house was being painted at that time and the painters found two wasps nest. The painters cannot continue the painting because of the wasps. Absolute Pest Control saved the day because Tony O'Neill the technician came to the rescue !! Tony came to our house within half an hour and sprayed the wasps nests and after 2hrs the painters were able to continue their painting. Tony made a special detour from where he was to help us. We appreciate Tony's effort, consideration and understanding of our urgent need. Thank you, Tony O'Neill you are the best!!
