As you know, we don't usually bother to place feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Park is included in the category of Park.
Nice view , and you could see Toronto downtown and Mississauga Downtown from here, in apple season you can find some.
The Pumpkin Fest is really fun, you should check it out!
Beautiful park with large walkways, great for a stroll on a summer night.
Huge urban park with some little hills, artificial lake, beautiful scenery.
It was a lovely day to visit the park.
Downsview Park is a good place to relax and create beautiful moments with your friends and family. It's more fun during summer. The water view from the hills gives it a more appealing look that people would love to take memorable photographs. When you're on the bridge and taking photographs with your phone, hold on to it tightly so it doesn't fall inside the water and be careful of other tiny belongings as well like keys etc because there are holes on the bridge over the water
Cute dog park! Downsview park has been more developed and very clean! I’ve been the the north area for the flea market or veld festival. Was blown away how much nicer the South Park was.
A work in progress, but developing nicely. Home to Downsview Market, but also the site of a large, urban park. Trails are in the process of being laid and upgraded (as of summer 2018). New playground, and trees being planted. Every season, the park looks a little different. Good for short hikes and family outings.
Great place to take a short walk, ride a bike or run with or without a love one.
Gorgeous and massive park space that is perfect for outdoor activities, safe socially distanced meetings and picnics with close friends and family. Porta-potties can be cleaner. Ice cream truck located near the parking lots closest to Sheppard and Keele. Please do note that if you do commute on the subway and arrive via Downsview Park station, it is quite a far walk from the actual park area depending on where you want to head to - it can be upwards of a 20 minute walk!
Decent artificial park. If you like paved paths and empty space you will love it but if you prefer forest type parks you better drive to Earl bales or the one at Dufferin and finch. There is free parking and washrooms which are not maintained in the winter.
You will enjoy if long, calm, quiet walks is your pleasure. Riding a bike will be enjoyable as well.
Was grateful to take the kids but was extremely crowded no covid guidelines.
Worst drivetest center. Went for G1 test at 2.30pm. Waited 4 hrs but still couldn't make it with just 26 people in front of me. They stopped allowing people by 6.30pm itself. Staff doesn't provide proper information to the people waiting outside. Person at the gate could simply inform people to leave, when they decided to stop by 6.30pm itself. Worth of 0 stars.
Loved visiting there! It's a must go for a long drive
Lots of activities here for kids and adults. Great flea market with great farmers market.
Nice park good place for people who like to walk on known paths...
Beautiful and scenic park! Great place to sit and relax your mind, free of noise and crowds of people.
Great park to be in. In winters one can go skiing here and it is superfun. This park also has a few trails.
Its a lovely place. i qent there for an event its was good. i walked to the market to meet up with new friends and old ones
Nice park for walking, running, or just watching the sunset/sunrise. Also if you want to use your longboard just do it! ????
Nice place to see wildlife, however there are quite a few photographers don't following bird watching rules.
Big Park, I went there in August for Veld Music Festival. Very crowded, nice atmosphere, I enjoyed the music it was fun. Neat place and huge! Very nice for Music Festivals! I would like to come back again, I noticed water stations were few. And too many people wanted to refill. Not very well organized. The VIP section was meh, glad I didn’t purchase it. Overall I enjoyed my first experience there. It was fun I would come back again next year!
Great place to stay at they have a big Lake with lots of benches laying around while other people can go to the park. Stayed over 4 hours until near midnight and took a lovely photo of the view.
Spacious, beautiful, farmers market, beautiful playground and trails. Fun for the whole family!
Very beautiful park. The main path is very wide and offers plenty of room to walk around. The stonework is also easy on the eyes. Lots of different types of flowers and other plants to gaze at during your walk. I even saw a few rabbits and other wild animals during my walk in the early morning! Lots of other attractions to see around the park, from art pieces to some other grounds, which I unfortunately did not explore.
Big park they have activities at an education center
It was a wonderful day for a walk. I went off trail and close to the lake or reservoir. Lots of people out and of coarse cyclists that don't use their bell aha dogs off leash but that is the new norm. Very nice place to walk
The kids play area if very unique and nice.. the uphill sunset is view just awesome.. many snails along the trail path, be careful not to step on them...
Great area for a picnic beautiful tree great walking trails
Had a wonderful experience watching a movie under the stars! Thank you guys for organizing such awesome events! See you next summer!
Went to get my vaccine here. It was too hot inside. They need better (and more) fans inside the hangar. Its summer and its uncomfortably hot.
Nice Nature area.
Beautiful park and perfect place for long nature walks and cycling in calm and pure nature. The view is so gorgeous from the top is just mesmerising. Usually it is crowded during weekend.
Haven't had a chance to fully explore the park yet, but aside from the hiking and cycling trails, they've also got businesses onsite, including a (flea) market that looks interesting.
It's beautiful here. Biking loop for continuous biking, beautiful scenery during fall and summer. You can also climb the hills to get a view of the park. Go there!! If you are here to see reviews and thinking whether to do or not to.
Downsview Park is a fantastic park to go through if you have a couple hours to really spend and fully appreciate the scenery. It was a dog park for both with dogs to give them a break and people who love dogs to be surrounded by them. Has a park for people with kids, and mini lake in the center for a nice scenic break to maybe eat lunch around. This place provides a great workout as it is a massive park with lots of hills and scenic points to relax from
Amazing view rely good place to go n watch the sun set or sun. Rise
One of Toronto's best parks to walk, run or to have nice days, live it so much although two security guys in a pickup truck approached me one evening while I was resting in my car and told me to leave the park! When I asked them why they told me that I am not aloud to stay in my car if I am not walking!. We argued a bit but I eventually left. That was creepy.
Beautiful place nice for a long walk or just enjoy the view
Beautiful place to run. Go trailing. Relax by there massive pond and feed the ducks. Or bike around there trails and paths. Also love this place because it's smack dab in the middle of North York and you feel that your not . Multiple places to visit so check it out .
My family and I visited for the first time. We walked along the trail and explored the park and it was beautiful. Wide spacious trials for pedestrians and bicycles. It was clean and had many different areas to sit and relax.
My daughter and I took her dog to the dog park. It's a great dog park, it's clean, has drinking water for the dogs, places for the humans to sit and wide open spaces for the dogs to run.
Went for friends bachelor. Was a lot of fun. Front counter staff was friendly. The guys on the track looked somewhat miserable. Overall was a good experience. Will go back.
Amazing place. Want some peace and quiet?? Go up on the hill and have a seat on those cottage chairs and enjoy the scenery. Great for reading books. Snapping pictures. Bike riding. Or just relaxing.
My nearby park. Very big and beautiful. It’s suitable for exercise, dog walk, and taking photos.
Great park to walk around, some nice trails and some larger open areas for kids to run around or enjoy the pond. Going back next time with a picnic.
Huge park with lots of developed sections, hills, geese, flowers, trails, historical interpretive sections, birds and picnic areas, what more can you ask from an urban park. Climb the hill on northeast end to get a view of downsview airport, subway and tracks. Lots of eateries on northwest end. Eastern end is bit more quieter, parking can be found on all other three sides of the park.
Pretty fun for my son to try gokarting
Lovely park with an amazing view of the sunset/rise There's a nice local farm we can buy fresh produce from. Lovely dog park with hills and a small&large dog space
Has many recreational facilities and leagues that use the buildings in this area. It's very big. Lots of parking. I suggest you wear sunscreen and bring water if you are going for a walk.
Who thought, a park this beautiful would be in the GTA??!!
Nice view, you can go for a walk on the as well
A beautiful, large, green space with lots of attraction sites and my favourite spot, a small hill with probably the widest landscape view in Toronto, and a planes route so very nice for plane spotting and following them to their landing at Pearson Airport. Also a beautiful pond and birdwatching.
Tuff feilds are still holding up, ball hockey rinks are still in fairly good condition, so a useable facility.
Had a great time with my Girlfriend and will visit again soon .
The most beautiful natural site near Toronto city. Period. This place is so underrated. It has bushy litle woods, swamps, narrow stream, wooden bridges, tree alley , meadows, hillock, peak, lake......go find yourself, you wouldn't regret. To checkout more go to my IG @therakibulhasan
Great place for a festival. Only slight issue is the lack of shadowy areas to sit under during a hot summer day. Don’t have any other experience with this park other then that.
This place is easy to find. Lots of parking space. The best about this place... it’s open on Saturday. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is quick. All the counters are usually open. We had been there for health card and car registration. Overall a good experience.
It's a really nice place to visit.. for hiking ????♂️ or recreation, Any season its beautiful here in Downsview Park
Went to the hanger for a vaccination clinic. It was very well run and efficient. The hanger itself looks to be a great sports facility.
This place is magical! I absolutely love the Scotiabank Pond! It is the perfect place to walk and clear your mind! There are picnic benches and other places to sit and relax.
Went here for the drive in movie experience. What a great activity for the whole family! Friendly staff, the movie was a great choice for kids and the screen was huge!!! Would definitely reccomend this for others and would do it again
Very nice park; huge and clean; good for groups; many trails; you can walk, have a picnic, nice to play with friends.
Excellent park! I would like to draw the attention for the people going to the park between March-August. Please walk only on the concrete paths. Do not choose the muddy trails as those trails are full of small cute little snails enjoying the summer! Especially in the rainy environment. I accidently took a muddy trail and it took me 25 minutes to get out of a 300 m trail, walking and trying to save the snails in the path. Grateful to god, no snails were harmed! ????
My first time visit with this place, so beautiful, well maintained. Hopefully, people who are visiting will keep the areas clean and not to destroy any properties. There was a red chair thrown at the water... what a person who did that... no soul. Don't deserve to be here in Canada.
Great place for a walk and riding bikes also good for rollerblading and a nice picnic, we watched the sun set a few times there and it was beautiful
We had an unlimited racing deal from Groupon for 4 hours on a Sunday evening but they could only squeeze 3 races in for us because it was so busy. Also the track was in repair so part of the track was coned off and that part was restricted from the racing section. There were only 6 karts available so our larger group had to be separated. Otherwise the karts were quite fun to drive, lots of torque from the electric motors, lots of tire squeeeling, lots of speed.
A developing park but not bike friendly when entering or leaving since there is limited/none bike trails accessible to outside of the park. For cyclists, it's nice to visit but it's all main roads, to exit and enter. Cars also drive fast around here.
I really enjoy this nice urban park. It is the perfect spot for a walk or for cycling and has a nice pond area where people can come to sit and watch the birds swim. While it isn't that big, it does have some slightly more secluded paths. Over the years, I have seen great improvements with the park and my one recommendation if possible would be to include a bit more seating and water refill stations. Other than that, it is great way to unwind right in the city!
Loved it as I am an outdoor person who love to stroll in the natural environment. If someone shares same nature as me should definitely visit this park. If you want to have a run or walk a trail this would be pleasant experience. I attended the pumpkin fest and enjoyed it a lot. Would visit next fest at downsview park for sure.....
Nice Park for family and friendsbonding, walking , running, biking to any exercises that you may want to do. Enjoy the huge place and scenery on top the hills.
Centennial college has done a great job of collecting aerospace hardware to teach new skills to their students and advance aerospace innovation in Canada
We've been here a few times for different events but most recently for their Ribfest. It was nice to do something with the family in the city during the long weekend that didn't include going to the busy EX. The entrance fee was only $5.00 …
smaller than Leslie Spit but with NATUREs help this too is becoming a real park LOTS of room to spread out wide open grassy hills lookout spots + forest trails large pond paved trails + lots of natural trails
I went there for birding and came back disappointed. The weather was hot and there weren't many trees here. A good spot for outdoor activities with friends and kids, but not an option for birding.
Amazing and beautiful park. For nice walk, sunset viewing or playing on the snow during winter time.
The park is large enough for a long hiking and biking. Not a lot of trees but enough green lands. It has free parking and a space for kids playing. Also there is an area allocated to pets. The most beautiful part was its artificial lake. I recommend it for spending a few hours individually or with family. Not a good place for BBQ.
Very spacious. More than one car park. Many places to sit and relax on a bench or near the small lake. Only bad thing is two cranes were kind of blocking the view. Overall would recommend going for a picnic/walk/bike ride
This is a large park, which is constantly being developed for the better. There is lots of green space for walking, a large lake and several smaller ponds, where ducks and geese live happily in a clean, well built environment. Around the lake and where the circuit walks are concerned, there are plenty of places to sit and rest and the walks themselves are user friendly to anyone walking, biking, in a wheelchair or skating etc. There are also 'off road' paths in the trees/scrub areas for those who want a slightly more rural walk. There is a new children's playground which looks really good, and a couple of hills that you can walk to the top of and even see the CNN tower from. It's a good place for picnics in the Summer. There is also decent parking on site - although I imagine it would fill up in the Summer quickly and in that case you would need to park in the nearby residential streets. Only one real drawback - there are no signs to direct you where to go - not even a map at the entrance to the grounds/at the car park! This is very poor compared with other parks in the GTA and I hope someone sorts this out in the near future. Visitors are left to either print a map out from the website or just try to figure out where to go. This is a shame because there are apparently other things to see and do, like a sports centre, where there are washrooms - the sign to which is another must if you are going to spend a couple of hours there or have children who might need to use them. I have seen people commenting on a farmers'-type market there, and I think I saw a little path leading to greenhouses which might have been it, but again, signposts are needed. Other than that, a lovely oasis in the middle of the GTA, just metres from Keele Street and well worth a visit.
Great track with fast cars...! ???? zoom zoom....
A true gem to be available to the public. Mondo track and artificial turf field. Beautifully nestled in a park
Excellent indoor beach volleyball. Sand is clean, equipment in great shape.
One of the greatest and well maintained parks in Toronto. A wonderful place to walk and bike. There is so much of beautiful nature to discover in this park. Beautiful small lake with fountains located in the centre. And wide biking trails and walkways. Beautiful views. It’s best to go there during summer.
Great place for jogging, biking, etc. Park is cleaned every day.
I worked and lived on the base, when it was a military base. It is totally unrecognizable to me now. But is beautiful. I'm glad that the government was able to make good use of the space. If you see concrete walkways leading up to nowhere, those walkways went to our our barracks, messes, the curling club, our work places. Please remember and respect that military people, veterans, worked and lived there.
What a beautiful urban greenspace! Full of trails and paths for people, bikes and scooters. I like the fact that the southern half is not accessible by cars making it more pedestrian friendly. Make sure you climb those hills to get some good views of the city. It's also great exercise for those who are able.
Good place to run and the dog park is really nice. Pretty good park for the area.
The dog park is the best place here. Apart from that, most of it is pretty raw with dense bushes
Amazing place and good for all ages. With dogs playing grounds as well. Nice for walking ????♂️... bicycling... Very green n clean...
Really good park to walk or have a picnic with a really amazing natural view
Park is getting better every year. Good place for different ways of spending your time: from bird watching to walking with children
Awesome place for jogging, walking , and any outdoor exercises.
Gorgeous Space. The trails are beautifully maintained. The pond is beautiful with lots of birds. There's tons of space for picnics and afternoon hangouts. Parking is a little tricky. Need to get here early! Fresh air and gorgeous landscape.
A great park for a walk and picnic. A picturesque pond adds to the beauty. Visited during the annual pumpkin fest and enjoyed thoroughly. The festivities and food was awesome. A must visit event!
Beautiful Park where I could participate of many festivals and events. A great place for familys.
Very big and picturesque location; green with lots of go Canadian Geese around.
Beautiful park to visit at sundown
Large urban outdoor park, wide pathways for running, jogging, biking, you name it! Plenty of trails to discover, and even a bee farm! Recently built a new dog park (aptly named "Dogsview Park"). Downsview Hills great for toboggan rides in the winter. It's home to a lovely scenic pond with fountains, and also the best locally grown organic and urban farm, Fresh City Farms. New developments in the pipeline, including a farm-to-table style market to serve the local community. Love it here.
Arriving early is a good idea but not on a cold day ???? About 2 hours waiting in line outside and almost 1 hour inside. And the services are inefficient.
We had a blast at Pumpkin Fest with my 2 year old. Great attractions for kids 1-12 or so. Good food trucks too. It was a great way to spend a few hours outside with family.
Beautiful makes you feel you are out of the city
A great interactive and learning Centre. A Sports hub, and a nature discovery Centre in one. Many events held here. Free learning opportunities, and big concert events.
This is one of my favorite park :)
Great park I use the track and soccer facilities. Only draw back it could be maintained a bit better... But with that being said, very happy for the opportunity to use the facilities.
Amazing park. Great for children and pets. Great trails
Nice park, they did a good job with the landscaping and the new design. Good for walks, cycling or if you just want to get away from the wife for a few moments.
I come here regularly for the dog park. There's a decent amount of space and it doesn't really get too busy which I like. Also a nice park to just go for a walk.
Relaxing walks variety of scenery! Lovely urban farm
A very good park...a lot of green space and lots of sunshine to relax and have a family gathering
Large spacious park, biking and walking trails
Nice place to visit on a weekend. Free parking for the season. Many trails for jogging and walks. Fresh air. Zero traffic noise. Good place for bird-watching. Have a small park for kids. Can watch flights too. Highly recommend this place to enjoy with your family/loved ones.
Nice quiet place to have a stroll and enjoy beautiful nature.
More and more you learn to appreciate Downsview Park. 2 seats at the peak of the highest hill so you and your partner can watch the sunset, a dog park, hiking and bike trails, outdoor playground and basketball court, pond, gardens, sculptures, art you name it. It's there.
Fun to bike around. Incredibly well thought out and the pond is nice. Great to bring kids to to watch the various birds. There are also some smaller trailer in the north of the park that are maintained and are fun to either walk or ride through ????
Great place to walk around and relax it really is beautiful and very quiet.
Nice park for a walk. Has a small dog park and some historic stops. There's a small man made lake along the south end of the park
This is one of the best dog parks I've been too. It is enclosed with log fencing, and grass and mulch Pathways... Amazing views of downsview.. Also a small dog pen and and large one..
Nature at its best. So peaceful. And loved the little city farm nestled in between.
excellent park has many trails for walking, biking or picnic
Slowly filling up with commercial developments and sub divisions. At least the designers and builders installed quality recreation areas for the subdivision. There is so much potential for this area to be a huge draw to surrounding cities and townships. With this much space in the middle of a metropolis, how nothing of any substance has been developed for the citizens is beyond my comprehension. This is a true test of the governments commitment to serving its constituents. Mid term review is not good ????
That's a large park which is ideal for a nice walk, jog or cycling. And yeah bringing a date is totally fine too:) every summer there're music and rib fests.
Great location for the whole family. Has a farmer's garden. Dog park. A trail and pond. And much more.
The park is very big, a nice location for family picnics
Nice and peaceful park, newly renovated and it looks great. Lots of parking and great scenery!
There is a few free parking and very nice place to walk with nice views.
Its a nice open space, well maintained with a few lakes and several walking trails. It has wide variety of landscapes and vantage points as well as a brand new dog park. It also boasts of an Orchard and flatlands providing wonderful bird watching opportunities
Great park with a lot of space for activities plus the biggest flea market is located on the side and can get anything in there from fruits to house hold items, electronics and more
It's perfect for a walk. During this pandemic time, it is very busy during sunset. But, not over crowded.
(Downsview Park Area )Large, spacious, well maintained, clean park with a playground, also has an off leash dog park , borders turf fields, lots of seating all over the area over looking the massive pond which has fountains, Farmers / flea market on the weekends, paved trails throughout the park that loop together, great place to spend a few hours
A nice , accessible urban park buzzing with activities specially summer time. Ideal for biking, with easy walking trails, and huge space for family or group picnics .The addition of children’s park is great. I hope they will consider adding more washrooms.
Perfect place to do a picnic, take a walk, or run. People are seen exercising as well.
Wow I was amazed at how they revitalized this park. It's beautiful with a large pond, lots of paths for walking, cycling and strollers! Some historical info on the site itself too!
Inside was clean and tables/seats were being wiped cleaned with disinfectant wet cloth towels. Outside umbrella tables inviting. Washroom clean and spotless. Food is great and employees are caring/professional.
Very relaxing place to hang out and go for a walk or ride. The pond view is super pretty in the evening time with the sun setting
My first and not my last will definitely come back its pretty view and relaxing
Downsview Park on Keele St. south of Sheppard Ave. is a secret natural refuge in the very heart of Toronto. Most Torontonians do not know it is the greatest Federal Park in the GTA, ahead of the Rouge Valley for potential to enjoy naturalist City walk. Try it and you will discover a new ecosystem, of trails and scenic beauty. But, there are 3 big problem issues: 1. First, its noisy near the transport trucks roaring up Keele, with sound amplified from the amphitheatre pond, so the further east you meander, the better. Noise barriers are hopefully being installed along Keele St. soon. 2. Second, most trails are not on the paved circuit, and you must make a spontaneous discovery walk off the pavement as if you are lost, to find the best natural locations, which are the park's ultimate reward. 3. Third, the 3 washrooms are spaced in the 3 corners, (SW, NW and at the East Soccer Field) so plan your route accordingly after a morning coffee. Here are four more things that bug me about the park. Over paid bureaucrat park administrators sitting at a desk in a far away must simply not get the following: A. It is also noteworthy that French Federal propaganda propagating outrage how the English settlers under paid Native Indians for their lands is on multiple prominent medal plaques throughout, which may politicise an otherwise tranquil stroll. B. Trails meander in illogical directions, making a circle of the main feature pond near impossible. Rocks and weeds, and absence of a paved trail on the south of the pond render jogging around the pond impossible, with barriers of mud and concrete. In fact only 25% of the beautiful pond has an accessible shoreline. C. Man-made hills seem completely out of place on a former air force runway, and should have some wind or sun shelters on top, creating an incentive for the hilly climb. D. The Downsview weekend flea market to the north east cannot be missed, for a full area experience. With all these flaws, you will rarely see more than a sparse 10 people in the entire Downsview park at any given weekday. Dowsview park is under utilized and under used. The many flaws noted will keep it that way, unspoiled. And realize that Dowsview park is likely much larger in area than Toronto's famous High Park, which draws many 1,000s of daily visitors. Visit Downsview Park at least 2 times, and explore the off path areas to get the full experience. Maybe you will see me, as a repeat park attendee, because the more i go there, the more i tolerate Downsview Park's many flaws. I now understand and celebrate the powers of "Nature," glass, trees, rocks, creeks, mud, and wild bush, dominating and defeating the flaws of inept man made designs of incompetent governmental park planners.
The Hangar is a great sports complex. Massive with sets of both indoor and outdoor astro turf fields.
Great place to spend time with office colleagues and family. Good experience.
Real nice park! Everything for everyone! From WW2 relics to team sports and much more! Definitely worth a visit!
Its great but be careful too many Yahoos breaking the traffic rules and speed limit in the parking lots Amazing
Great place to come for a walk. The park is really big, has a small pond and has small hill tops where you can go and watch sunsets/sunrises!
Very nice park, the forest part is so pretty
Got my "G" license here. Book your test in the morning. You can get in and out and have the rest of your day for other things. Some of the staff, not all is quite obnoxious. But if you tune them out it should be quick and painless.
Park's pretty clean, well maintained. It has washrooms. Great for picnics, skating, jogging, biking, or fishinf. You can also see the CN tower a bit from top of the hill. No workout area but hopefully they will make one in the future like pull up bars and dip bars.
Spacious, though it used to be much bigger before it was developed into housing.
Great park for walks. Nice lake, plenty of seating. If you're more adventurous, there are many hills to climb up with wonderful views of Toronto and the GTA. Bring your dog if you have one, the dog park is separated between large dog and smaller dog, with plenty of space to run. If you get there at around 7pm you will be met with plenty of dogs and kind owners. The park offers a few small trails and plenty of fun! There's also a Dairy Queen very close by if you like ice cream. Parking can be an issue.
Downsview park is a great massive escape from the go go go city life that is Toronto. It's a real hidden gem. Wildlife, scenery, a massive expanse to walk in nature. It's a really great place to go, and you never know what you'll see. Possibilities are Hawks, Owls, Shrikes, Kestrels, Coyotes, and who knows what else might show up. It's worth the visit.
It's really good place to be - alone or with kids or whole family . A lot of activities, animals, etc
Went to The Hangar....decided to take TTC instead of driving but either would have been fine..lots of parking and bus great. Great area for sports and once everything can open..great venue!
The soccer field is in great condition. The grass, the goals, and the lighting. Two things suck: having to follow the ball everytime it goes outside and the lines are misleading because the white lines don't mark out of bounds (yellow lines do). Maybe having a small fence around the field could help with following the balls
Downsview Park is well organized place with lots of room for walking on asphalt and natural trails, going up and down hills, and even buying some local vegies from farmers market within the park area. Natural terrain with wild flowers makes this beautiful place very pleasant. Even in early November we could see these wild flowers. Enjoy!
Veld music festival. Awesome. Never disappoints. Get vip tickets however.
I love this park it's the first places that I visited when arrived toronto..
I really liked the park. For the most part people were friendly. Of course being Toronto there were a few not so friendly faces but nothing unexpected. I don't remember seemed too much garbage which was nice. If you like parks within the city is definitely one I would recommend checking out this one.
Surprised to see surcurity guard First time in 2 years. Park is clean not over crowded and vegetable garden and sales looks great
A beautiful place for an afternoon walk or bike ride. The park is manicured and has paved walkways, there are also small trails in between that take you through the nice rolling hills. Lots of birds all over, and at points the park makes you feel like you're not in the city.
Great outdoor with wonderful weather. Lots of people & unbelievable amount of vehicles. Cars parked everywhere.
This is a nice park but now too many people come here.
Good place to spend evenings. Away from the city, in city.
Huge flea market and farmers market with in the premises. Wide variety of collections in flea market and fruits n vegetables in farmers market
Beautiful grounds a great paths very well kept!!
My kids enjoyed their afternoon here on a cold day. Lots to do & see. Tall hills, playground, dog park, pond, nature walk & plenty of parking.
This is the Flea Market on The weekend 10.30 - 5.30 pm no issues
It’s such a beautiful park. Lots of nature but I think there’s so much unused space. It can really be a centrepiece of Toronto if utilized better.
Not many trees at this park. Filled with beautiful meadows. A larger off-leash dog park could make this place much nicer. Very accessible for people living in the northern regions of Toronto. Surrounded by many other businesses. Also close to military operations.
Really nice place, good for walks, biking or enjoying the scenery
Beautiful park, I have seen the transformation throughout about 15 years. It has been getting better and better. The hiking trail is cute, but being honest, looks very man made. But that can be expected since it is man made.
The flea market still appears closed. I wonder if it will ever re-open?
Inner park roads are well kept, re: snow free. Sunset scene is striking over the background of snow
Great park for a bike ride or nice walk. This picture is from one of the hills near pond. Lots of fruit trees on the South West side of park. Also has large enclosed dog park.
I came here for Velds music festival for the past 2 years! Really open outdoor space and enough parkings. There's a flee merchant market and a nearby subway station around the corner.
I love this park. The thing is they're building so many new buildings now ???? and they could really use a playground and pool area for the kids. I've literally seen kids swimming with the ducks... Lol
It's good for walking, biking and skateboarding! Plenty of green space to explore and fresh air to breathe in! ????????????????
So beautiful, especially at night. The fountains light up and the trails do too. It was a gorgeous evening.
Love this place and the walking trails.....really enjoyed their orchard party
Its massive, which makes it an ideal hit with so many people I'm sure. I love the pond, the ducks and geese around it. Love the tracks. I've always found it clean and peaceful. You can have a picnic or even skate!
Oh my gosh it is worth it to climb one of the hills to sit and read in one of their Muskoka chairs. What a peaceful and spectacular view.
My biggest problem with this park is the lack of signage. If, like me, you drive to it, there are no signs to direct you to parking. And you better make sure you enter at the right entrance or you could be driving around unmarked buildings with cryptic names for a long time. Once, you find the main path and start walking along, none of the sidepaths have signs so you have no idea where they lead and whether you might want to follow them.
Been there for drive in movies...good affordable fun. They even have an ice cream truck to purchase snacks etc. The movie doesn't starting time though.
We all do are exercising there and play its. So FUN WHEN YOU GET THERE YOUR EYE'S OPEN AND THE FRESH AIR ALL AROUND ..BEAUTIFUL..Thank You...????????????Mary Christmas
Parc Downsview Park 10 minutes walking to metro station. The line was long. I stayed outside for about 2 hours. After 2 hours you could get the number of another line and you have to stay for an hour later. Emotionally everybody have to prepare for this latency. Officers was helpful and kind and they do their works well. The place was clean and a little crowded inside. The exam was not hard and you can pass it by completely reading.
Good location, very nice territory, light, modern landscape. We are really like to walk in this park.
Beautiful well maintained park with long walking trails and surrounding a huge water feature. Great for nature lovers and a picnic spot for active families. The best part I liked was the forest trails cut out within the park. Had an awesome time there and will visit again !!
Ok..need to wait longer times in the queue for G1 written test
The kids can play and you can bring your dog to play.....
An interesting setup of trails, lush greenery culminating in circular areas with intriguing murals. While treading those trails, one feels they are done, the park throws a surprise with open green slops, that nestle close to a large expanse …
Cool park that's has the Hanger, Go karts, Hoopdome, Monkey vault (parkour gym) and lots of fun activities!
A little confusing to navigate but once you get the hang of it, it's one of the only places to play in the winter.
Great park not too many people using this park at this moment so take advantage of the trails
Lots of chairs, pathways, views, and hills, can see downsview airport, a nice lake, plenty of shops nearby, easy access to ttc, and lots of parking
Nice little park located just north of the 401 on keele st. Lots of walking paths that are well maintained and cleaned regularly.
pretty small, a few hills. parking lot available. in winter birders could see owls.
Easy to get to and there's plenty of parking if you go during off-peak hours. The park is fairly large with lots of open space so I often switch up my walking routes. Expect to see families, pets, and cyclists.
Took one of their organized walks and it was great. First time exploring this park. It is a peaceful oasis in the city
I love the view from the top of the hill! You can see the CN tower and the city scape is breathtaking especially at night, you can even see a couple stars since there's less light pollution. The fenced in dog park is nifty and the path around the park is a good approximate 2.5km for jogging with varied elevations.
Good times for pumpkinfest my 9 year old had a great time
It was a very clean and beautiful park.Very nice for taking pictures by the water or flowers.
Beautiful park with active community organizing green and entertainment events throughout the year, an ideal place for family, couples or individuals to relax and unwind. Plenty of parking spots and easily accessible.
Big park, quiet at times, concerts are usually held here. The Hanger is on site for indoor activites.
Nice park with a lot of trails. Scarce parking spots during nice days on the weekends so recommend going early or later at night.
Lovely place to take walks you could have picnics and sit by the lake and relax. You see people from all different cultures, and it gives me a sense of belonging it's my only way of downtime. I love the outdoors.
