Growing up Mic-mac park was always the place to be especially with the water slides and a pool along with all the baseball games soccer games that go in there during the summer. It's tiny water park always be busysince when you get that amount of sports games going on in one place you're going to have people who want to go use the full and or water slides but disappointingly detour the water slides down a few years back now I find knick knacks just to be good for amount of baseball diamonds soccer fields. Micmac park does still offer your everyday jungle gym for the young children and I believe they just stalled new equipment on the matche road side of the park. That being said Micmac park just seems to be good for sports teams practice and our play the only concession stand there is over by the bigger baseball diamonds I'm not sure if the one by that pull over on the other end is open anymore but again those concession stands even the ones I mentioned are not always open all the time and the fact that they removed the slides it turned a big Mac park into your normal everyday neighborhood playground besides all the baseball and soccer games that go on at the park itself other than that I don't find anything really to special about mic mac park.for the younger ones that has to follow the parents to the baseball games of the older siblings there's nothing for those young children to do anymorebut of course that makes sense because the city of Windsor for some reason has a history I've removing more and more things I guess you could say to keep the children occupied. This park is probably one of my favorites because its a really nice area, has several play structures and swings, a splash pad, and a pool. Its a great community area with incredible diversity and culture. I would absolutely suggest everyone go here if they have an hour to enjoy.

This is a great Park. We have a splash Park. Jungle Gyms. Public washrooms with wheel chair access. Therevis a huge swimming pool. Literally wheel chairs can go all over the place here. Lots of Charcoal B. B. Q. Areas. Pavilions. Soccer fields. Baseball Diamonds. A Football field. Swings. Picnic tables. Bleachers. Very well kept greenery with lots of trees. Non smoking. Definitely one of Windsors most resilient parks. A Championship Dream ground.

I live near this park and have my whole life. Its pretty muchbthe largest or one of in the city. It is well maintained and busy during the summer months with family gatherings and bbqs, soccer, baseball ect. Great for dog walking but dont forget to scoop your poop

The park is great. A small pavilion near the playground is nice. Several picnic tables scattered around under trees were delightful. The playground has the best slides in Windsor. It had had a music theme with some instruments (major scale only) and drums. Kids (aged 3,6 and 9) never wanted to leave. It also has a small splash pad which is extremely simple and a bit boring, but it would cool you off on a hot day. This is a huge park and this review is about the section near the entrance off Matchette road.

Wonderful! 2 parks to choose from! Safe and fields to run,play and/or bbq or a picnic. Gazeebo area with picnic tables, bbq pits, benches for spectators. Lg washrooms,room to fly kites. The smaller playground is dinosaur themed and has a rubber floor, while the larger has sand. My 3 year old grandaughter loves it. Also has a variety of swings. I also notice the large playground pictured in reviews here so yes, there are actually 3 playgrounds and 2 water splash pads. I will try to show in pics!

Mic-Mac Park has always been great for family get-togethers and barebeques, and is a perfect venue for local/community events. It is also a hub for many outdoors sports like soccer, baseball/softball, and American football. The surrounding neighborhoods get a bad wrap but I've yet to hear of any sketchiness during the day at least. Like any park in Windsor, try to avoid visiting in the later hours of the night.

Nice well maintained ball diamonds, lots of parking, and shaded areas the players benches are good. It could be a great tournament facility, however there are some issues. #1 is the backstops, they need improvement to reduce the constant foul balls from entering the other nearby diamonds and spectating areas. A fenced pitching warmup area by each diamond and at least a few batting cages would be a great improvement. Several times this weekend a team was warming up being into their net and a ball missed the net and came into the spectator area The stands could be increased, but more importantly they need better staffing on the washrooms and garbages (or just more garbage cans). Adding a food/drink truck area would be welcomed. Windsor, some of these are a safety and liability issue. The cost of improvements is a lot less than the lawsuit if a spectator gets seriously injured with a ball due to lacking fencing.

This park is very big and safe, there are different playgrounds, a very good splash pad and a public pool (restrictions apply for the pool due to covid). There are public restrooms available and tables and barbecue if you want to have a picnic and so on. There are baseball diamonds, football field... It is a great park.

Always enjoy coming here. There are two fantastic playgrounds here to enjoy at either end of the park. Plus a giant splash pad at the 'Dinosaur Park' end of the park, and a small spray pad at the 'Tall Slides Jung Gym' side of the park. Easily spend 5+ hours here on a nice day if you bring lots of snacks and drinks!!

The new play equipment here is very well designed and has a bit of everything for all ages. My 6 y/o son absolutely had a blast. The main equipment is high, but it is enclosed so no worries about safety. We'll go back for sure.

Fun place, splash pad is clean and 2 parks to play. However, the bees made us go home really fast after arriving, it's a bit much.....ok slot much. Just to many bees cant even eat a snack

Went for the annual puzzle piece for Autism Awareness. Disappointed that washrooms were not unlocked as expected. Over 400 people, luckily able to get to McDonald's on Huron Church Line before anybody had an accident.

Nice big sports complex. Baseball soccer and softball. Lots of convenient parking and huge shaded picnic area for team lunches. Baseball diamonds are top notch.

Splash pad is actually dangerous here for your kids. The drain is clogged and the water is pooling and collecting algae making is very slippery for your children. my kid ran out there to play and fell within the first 5 minutes of getting there!!!
