Great quite time outdoors

This has been one of the coolest parks around since I been born. Its been over 40 years since I been coming here and I have never seen this place looking more better than I have today in my life time. It is a good safe spot for a picnic, a day with the kids, and a place to fly a kite. The area has a very beautiful view over looking the Detroit SkyLine. There is a Castle Park for the kids to play in and around.

Took my son here, and he loved it! The slides are lots of fun for kids and the soft ground can put parents to ease.

The park has lots of shade and tables. They are close enough to the playground to watch the kids. They have a few bbqs available. The park had some people but not over crowded. It also has some nice areas to walk and a small water park. Washrooms are located close by and are opened.

This park has been upgraded in the past few years. Never to busy for an awesome play time with the kids or a stroll around the park on the paved track. Also has a baseball diamond.

The swings were a little low but overall a great park which include ping pong table, good baseball diamond and right next to the water.

Great park but the lack of a washroom of any sort hurts. They even added a ping pong table this year. Kids love the lighthouse themed play equipment.

New park, ping pong table, AND A POKEMON GYM AND STOP! What else is there not to like? I sure hope the cops don't pull me over and ask me if I'm doing any sketchy activity :( there's a 3rd generation starter nest there!

This park is close to my home and It's always my " go to" park when my grandkids come over, they range in age from 3 yrs old to 8yrs old and they all love the playground equipment there.

This was a quaint spot for adults and children. There were mature trees for shade and tables that you could enjoy a picnic. There were no public restrooms or portable ones, this was disappointing because when you needed to go you had to leave the park.

Nice park with a walk around walkway plenty of parking just across the street from the Riverside beautiful view lots of trees shaded areas picnic tables benches even a barbecue setup. Needs washroom facilities nearby.

Beautiful park which our kids call the lighthouse park. Nice playground with soft rubber ground. Across the street is the detroit river with a open field you can look at it from. Separate swing set, park benchs and picnic tables, large walking track and baseball diamond. Good size parking lot and nice garbage pails.
