I can't Beleive I've lived in Lasalle 20 years and only started visiting this park recently. Perhaps Covid got me out seeing more, but this trail is very nice, as are all the trails I find in Lasalle.

If you like nature and long walks this ome of the best parks you could find. Not much crowd here and if you are lucky you could see deer herds. Family photoshoots on fall season, car parking and rest area availble here. Surrounded by nice community.

Beautiful park year-round, especially in the fall! Definitely worth a visit, and if you wear the right shoes, go off the paved path by going down the trail to the left of the main pathway, close to the parking lot which leads to a shorter path (to the left) and a longer one. Very peaceful and when people don't litter (how they could do such a thing, especially in such a beautiful place is past me), you can truly enjoy nature here. ????????????????

Fantastic park to go to! Whether you choose to bring your dog, your friends or go on a date, you will have a fantastic time. The park falls right into the LaSalle/south Windsor, it is quite large with many winding trails, a hill in the middle of the field, which is perfect for tobogganing in winter. The best time to go is mid spring, or early autumn, as the summer bugs can be quite a hassle, the native fauna isn't very well maintained either in some parts. This park also has a small pond, and a stream where three different flows of water intersect. From there you are able to cross with the help of some stones and logs to a different part of the park which is a lot less maintained. You can find animals like rabbit, deers and coyotes if you look hard enough! If you cross the stream and keep walking southeast you will reach some private property (farm land that grows soy) and beyond that another set of woods, more farmland and more woodlots.

On a Sunday Eve, me and my friends were thinking to visit someplace new. Even though I have been living here for two years, I never visited the park.Such a serene area for you and your friends to spend some time together having a nice walk and to catch some breath of fresh air. You can always have some good laugh in the middle of a tiny park if you have the right friends. It's a refreshingly good experience altogether with the walk through the trails and with the small forest in the middle of LaSalle town.

Beautiful well maintained community park with stunning natural trails and wildlife. The trails are excellent for cycling, running, dog walking and many other outdoor activities. The clearing provides a wonderful place to picnic or just run around with the children. Excellent place to take pictures as well.

Really enjoyed my visit here- lovely dirt trails along the creek. There's a beautiful green hill that's a real focal point from the parking lot. Great place to walk your dog. There's a sign to watch out for snakes in the woods so keep your eyes open.
