A very small, basic, but nice park. Is good enough to bring small children to play. Be aware; this park in on a hill, and so does the park - is not flat-. The park is located on a corner. It has 2 bench to sit down and read. This is a small land converted into a park. Is not wheelchair accessible. There are a few steps at the entrance of park. It is well maintained by the city.

Nice park with 2 benches. Good view of ocean on sunny days, but park is on a steep hill. A child or elderly resident could roll down the hill into oncoming traffic, killing them instantly. Enjoy the view, but be careful and stay vigilant.
