All parking is paid and expensive. No other transportation options to get here (there is technically a bus, but it's a joke of an option). All street parking is permit parking only. Paid for parking? Be prepared to be back at your car before your time is up - bylaw enforcement here is unreal. Skip it, and go to Crescent beach instead. This place is a dying spot. Oh, dogs are allowed on the beachfront but not on the promenade or on the pier. The beach is federal jurisdiction and there are signs that state on-leash dogs are allowed.

Small and usually crowded, next to busy Marine Drive. Great view and a bit of shade. Concrete picnic benches, rubbish bins and convenient (but expensive) parking lots. Has its own bus stop with shelter.

The Memorial Park in White Rock Marine Dr. This is a lovely area to spend the day or evening, just going for a walk. It was recently rebuilt. It encompasses several seating areas (colosseum style ), also it has a very nice green area; here your children can play, and relax. Bring your blanket or towels. On the central area. the Spanish steps leads to the pier and walkway. And to the left the great mirador. Were you can view the ocean and the sunset. On the cement area, there is a fountain. The water springs a delightful pressure from the ground up. Children love to play in it. They don't know when the water will change course and the anticipation intrigues them...they seem to have a lot of fun. Is very safe for everyone. Also at night there are some ground light in various colours. Toddlers have a lot of fun with them. Recently the city of White Rock put a few picnic tables for family to be in their on cluster enjoying the park and the beach. Last year. During the summer there were free concerts. People were dancing. No too crowded, seems like a lot of fun. During Christmas time, the local business bring their Christmas trees all very well decorated. Overall your visit to the park is going to be very pleasant. Wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible Pay Parking. Be fully aware: here is PAY PARKING.

Nice place in White Rock. Beach is clean, water is clear. We spent an hour playing frisbee here. It's quiet though, no loud music reads the posted sign.

Some of this park is closed and fenced because of the railways, safe crossing constrution project and due to be completed near the end of May. No work being done this weekday, but hopefully the city is on top of this and getting everything completed.....

It was a small little corner away from crowd to chill out. It's not too big so finding right spot to sit is upto your luck. I guess if 20people are there it would feel crowded. I don't know why it's called park. It should be called chill corner. With 2-3 trees and grass. And he sea view was very great

Not really a park but right on the beach. I'm not certain but I believe there's a picnic table or 2 and there's a few benches right on the grass above the beach. No playground or trails. Very small.
