It's perfect for senior citizens like us to just sit down on the bench and simply pass time away while the kids play. It's more of a kid's park. It's a pocket park in the midst of bustling residential area in the White Rock/ South Surrey area. In addition, there's a community hall for rent in the park.

Been going to this park since I was a kid when it was called the shark park because it had a huge pirate ship and a shark painted on it ???? My kids love this park to this day I find some cars go too fast on this street but its been better lately

Walking from the hospital area towards the DQ area, this is the only place where you can reduce the distance by cutting diagonally across the park and onto the (dead) end of 19th Avenue. Also takes you to Baselines pub :)

Great little neighbourhood park. We attended Canada day festivities put on by Peace Portal church and thought the bathrooms were very nicely kept and there was a lot of green space as well as lots for the kids to do. Lovely quiet area as well. We will go back!

What a great Park. A terrific playground for the kids. And a very well irrigated soccer field. Also a nice paved pathway 4 scooters or little bikes. However it doesn't look like there is much irrigation on other parts of the park besides the field as it is very dry and dead in the summer

Large open soccer field and kids playground. There a couple if picnic benches and some small baseball diamonds in the park. Its a good place to fly a kite or kick a ball around. There are also washrooms that are usually open.

This is listed as a dog park on Google but it's not officially a dog park. The park is lovely for families but there is no fenced run area for dogs.

Beautiful little park in the city. The playground is good for toddlers as well as older kids, and also has those awesome sand diggers. Unfortunately it's one of those newer playgrounds with bark mulch, which makes no sense to me and I hate hate hate it. I'm constantly picking little slivers out of my son's hands. It's a nice place to spend the afternoon though.

Great outdoor park for the kids. Huge green space for soccer practice, trees to climb, including a storage box for public use of some toys such as frisbees and balls. No splash park here, though. Parking lot and street parking are available

What I like about this park is that it seems useful for all kinds of stuff. There is room for people to make picnic, children to play on their playground, people to play some sports like baseball or soccer or walk dogs. I only wish it's a bit bigger. There is also an issue of safety late at night but I guess that's the issue with most parks. What it needs is a section for seniors to meet and perhaps play some games and a bit more space for dogs as they are not allowed on the play-field. White Rock needs more of these parks.

My go-to park when in White Rock/ South Surrey area. This park is perfect for all ages. There's paved walkways and is accessible for people with mobility issues. There are mornings when residents living nearby do taichi and exercises and it is so inspiring to watch them getting fit. Some dog owners also go there for their 4-legged exercise routine. A decent portion of the park is dedicated for kids where they can enjoy swing, monkey bars, see-saw, and slides. Tables and benches are also available for picnics. In the corner of 154 and 18th, there's an amenity hall for rent for special occasions or events.

This playground is great! There is so much for my kids - varying ages - to do together and enjoy. They even have a recreation box that has extra sports equipment and toys for the kids to play with. My boys really loved it, and we even had a lovely little walk at the end. It offers paved pathways and a paved parking lot along with street parking.

I come here for the jam session on Sunday afternoons. It's a great little park in South Surrey with a few picnic tables, a great play area for the kids. There is lots of open space to enjoy just being alive. There are some areas with great shade trees for a quiet time, maybe a little snack and a beverage.

This Park is not a Dog Park, with no enforcement of off-leash and scoop-after requirements. The green grassy areas for baseball diamonds, a soccer field for kids and saw a family picnicking on the grass, today. This is becoming a poop park thanks to the locals that have little respect for the main use of this kids park and seeing pictures of, off-leash Harley and Friends, makes a strong statement for the new name, Poop Park. Good job ....

Very Parky. Very VERY Parky. People were parked in the parking lot and were parking their bottoms in chairs. Needs more benches as parking my bottom couldn't happen as most other benches were benchmarked to other bottoms to be parked. Otherwise it was a parking good place to be!!!

Great place to meet friends for walks and chats. Or just find a picnic table, bring your own chair too. Lots of room for social distancing. Many people of every age meet here for outdoor visiting. Well kept and inviting for all.

Love it. It hase a nice field for kids to run around, play socker and have fun. What I dislike is people lack of respect for it. Field is not supposed to be used for dogs, but no onencares about this. So when these dogs leave their remains behind them kids can get in touch with it and get dirty. Apart from that this park is very nice.

Lots of things for the kids to do and so much space to run around - my little ones like to play in the surrounding bushes while the bigger kids play on the equipment. 2 baby swings for the little and 4 for the big kids so everyone can swing at the same time. Perfect ♡
