Divya Kansal

I went there to attend the art harmony festival it was really good.

Ritika Taneja

Been one of the best places in snow! So pretty, and such beautiful christmas trees in rows! ????

There is a seawall here that is sandwiched between the ocean on one side and the town of Dundarave on the other. There is a dog run behind a chain linked fence so your dog can walk beside the seawall but not on it . There are park benches that overlook the ocean scenery spotted along the several Kilometers of meandering walkway . The park itself at Dundarave has a small grass area but the beauty of the place is in the clean sandy beach and pier that you can walk to the end of . There are clean restrooms here which is a lovely bonus.

Mehrdad Arastoo

Beautiful ocean side Park with Sandy Beach.

ASK APHRODITI

My daily place to go to enjoy beauty of nature and relax. Absolutely the best spot to watch the sunset.

Linh Tran

This was a very awful year... so we wanted to see light, hoping that it will blow our mind! It didn't, it was a total let down... The trees were well decorated but that's it. There were about 15 - 20 trees in a small round-about... Driving = 1.5hrs. Looking at lights = 3 seconds

Jonathan Bridges

A fabulous, and beautiful walk along the waterfront. We can hardly wait until summer to take it all in again.

Ricardo Santiago

Very nice, very well preserved. Only the men's restroom needed cleaning...

Syed Anwar Ali

Almost the north most ocean beach park of the Pacific Northwest. You may be disheartened if you like to walk your dog at the park... But, it is the most favorite place to hang out for the people without dogs. Check the pictures I have added here to confirm what is not permitted here. You are bound to have a very relaxing experience here.

Beautiful ocean view at a lovely beach with great playground. The seawall is nice but the gardens need weeding desperately! Come on West Vancouver Municipality - you can do better. Lots of property tax $$. The locals and visitors deserve it.

Ali Mehrizi

Beautiful small park. Connected to the sea wall and of course the Beach House restaurant. It has beautiful views of sunset, West Vancouver, and Stanley park, and even UBC. A nice gate away not too far from downtown!

Viny Kurniawan

A good place to walk along the seawall at North Vancouver.. but have to be careful with the waves splash at certain spots.

jinky TravelDiaries

Super nice for exercise and hangout with friends. Best place to relax. Sunset view is the best ❤️❤️

Leo Augusto

It's near the city centre, so you can grab a coffee at a local coffee shop and enjoy the nice views. Great place for families to seat by the beach or walk along the sea wall

Michael Henderson

I remember going there as young lad with my mother. The seawall is awesome. If you're lucky you might catch a glimpse of a whale or seal. Lots of otters swim by.

Plan to visit this breathtaking waterfront park when you are in West Vancouver, situated at the quaint little Village of Dundarave, the park offers you a relaxing stroll along the beach front. If you are here during Christmas Season, make sure you check out their Christmas Tree display, all decorated trees are sponsored by families, local businesses and corporations for charitable causes! View of the Lion's Gate Bridge, downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park & UBC all stretched out in front of you! Bring your binoculars and a picnic and you will have your day set!! Free Public Parking available, make sure you check the signs for allowable time!

Al Kix

Beautiful views. Nice row of XMas trees set up by different community groups. Great place to visit or just hang out.

Haig Sakouyan

Fantastic small beach and park area. Great for a day out with the family. Parking can be a challenge to find.

Victoria Heard

Great beach tucked in West Van. Its small, not a lot of parking so it's nice, not too busy. The sea walk from Dundarave beach to Ambleside is great.

David Little

Nice quiet little park, with beach access near Dundarave village. Beautiful view from the pier of UBC and Vancouver Island.

John Busswood

A pier with tremendous views on your seawall walk.

Omar Al-Allaf

Very nice place for family! Clean and neat! Amazing ocean view Easy to access There is also very nice seawall to walk The Sunset view is magnificent! I love that place

Paul Croes

Always a lovy area. It did take.me about 1.5 hours to get to the second narrows Bridge to pick up a friend. Remind me to not move.to the North Shore. Love the North shore but the. Traffic is too stressful.

Michael H

Great little beach. Sandy play area for the kids, ocean to swim in with life guarded area. No motorized vessels allowed within 200m of the beach. Has a concession with typical beach fare (fish and chips, burgers, hot dogs, fries).

Ember N

It was a nice stroll. Almost as good as Stanley but not as big. Not a lot for trees of course so prepared to be burned by the water + sun. There's a playground for kids. Areas to hangout and sit. Along the walk way there are areas to sit as well. Some areas you can try to sit near the water but the rocks are sometimes loose. Dogs can go but have to be leased and some areas dogs aren't allowed. -1 star cz LOTS OF POOP of the geeses + seagulls. They are mainly on the food area cz people feed them. So don't feed them or leave your food unattended.

Nick Harris

Small but stunning park.

Krysti Humphryes

Great little waterfront park! Clean and peaceful. Plenty of near by parking.

Nick fararis

It was great early morning I had great time With my friend

Tazim Damji

The beach area here is mostly rocky, but you can walk along the seawall all the way to Park Royal Mall. It is peaceful here, not as busy as Ambleside Park/beach and there is a restaurant and normally a little kiosk for food and drinks. The playground area is large and there are plenty of picnic tables here.

Tapan Shatapathy

Nice park to walk around and relax. Sometimes , they have events over the weekend which is fun!

Cameron Stewart

Always a great spot to watch the ocean or play with the kids in the sand.

Nice walk along the water. Some beach and a picnic area.

A lovely beach with clean toilets. It is the entrance to a pleasant seawall walk that will take you to Ambleside beach.

Mike M

Good beach, quiet.. lots of families...

Da Fol

Fantastic location - great park and seawalk - good facilities - nice and clean areas!

Lynda Marie Neilson

Lovely seaside park and level pathway for a walk/roll! We parked near the Beach House and walked along the Seawall for about a mile towards the Lion's Gate bridge. Then we walked back.

Ravikumar Gunturi

Great views overall. Good families as well as small groups of friends. Enough things to play for small kids. There are not enough tables for setting up your picnic. But, you can always get your own mats to sit and enjoy the green grass.

Natalia Saxvik

Great place to go go for a walk with friends or alone to forget the daily stress. The ocean is the best healer.

Michael Arnold

my favourite park/beach on the North Shore a combination of romantic, chilled, photogenic, take the kids, be alone, wth your girl kinda place nice little wharf to look out from, cool palms, walks, observers, kids on the swings, a really great vibe, been going here as a kid, Ill keep coming back North Shore gem

K Z

A romantic place, every time I visit, it surprises me. The beach house besides it is a wonderful place to enjoy afternoon happy hour when sunshine.

Katherine Au-Yeung

Enjoy the sunshine and seashore walk, you can find different kinds of beautiful flowers along the shore. People just relax under the sun or shade watching the kids playing around. There's picnic tables for your convenience.

Carol Price

Lovely playground and beach. The playground equipment needs some sprucing up however.

Peter Rabbit

I love Dundrave Park. It's the home of the Christmas tree parade, has a sandy area to to sit in the sun and they've recently added palm trees

David S

Awesome park, right next to an awesome restaurant the Beach House great food, park is usually not that busy and is right on the water with magnificent views of Stanley Park and the Lionsgate Bridge, sunsets their are unforgettable

Dan Gray

Beautiful seawall walk with great views. I really enjoy getting a coffee around John Lawson park and walking the seawall to Dundarave Park and back. Its approximately 3km round trip. It can get busy on the weekends as its a popular spot.

R Jamal

I enjoyed all the little unique tree decorations.

Frank Callaghan

Maps showed this park when i searched "dog park"... several "no dogs" signs with the red circle with a line through an image of a dog?!? Beach is too rocky for my little dog's paws (chihuahua/pug). The restaurant smells delicious though. Hope this helps save you some time

Thiago Eltz

Was cool, not too crowded and clean

Rebecca Lam

Beautiful park with spectacular scenic sea view!

Allan Grant

Love this park, would have scored a full 5 stars if the signage regarding the dog rules was a bit better defined. Took my dog here and wasn't sure if I was actually allowed to or not due to the confusing signs. I saw others with their pups, so I'm assuming it is ok.

ed naiki

It is a nice walk along side the beach in west Vancouver. Very quiet and clean. Gorgeous greens and flowers on one side and the ocean on the other side. Loved it

milad stanley

Best all season park in Vancouver with best beach and ocean View . I hope more cafés, Restaurants and bars open to have these great view and help people of West Vancouver dine and stay in West Vancouver instead of driving in these traffic all the way to Downtown Vancouver to grab coffee or a glass of wine

Pinky Bdg2017

Went from dog beach area to the one and only restaurant on the west side and back. This is an all-in-one beach where you can go for a picnic on the grass or beach and path for about 2 km one way. Children playground ducks pond, everything is there. It was busy at around 5 pm tho ao maybe better to go early in the morning or after 8 pm.

jiang gu

Beautiful ocean view when you walk along the sea walk.

mehdi motevaselan

Good for walking around on sunny day and watching all ships on English bay and west side of Vancouver up to UBC.
