Nice dog friendly park

This is a really great local ball park. It has a home and away set of bleachers for the cheering crowds, a concession which is run by team parents when Gordon Head is having a home game and clean washrooms for public use. There is also a kid’s playground for the siblings who don’t want to watch the game! Or I suppose any kids that just want to play at the park. We also enjoy the fact that there is a tennis courts on location as well and it’s a great way to stay busy while waiting for the game to start. There are walking paths all around the park, lots of garbage cans and Saanich keeps the grounds so nice and groomed. We like the fact that this ball park is really easy to get to as it isn’t far off the central road of Shelbourne. Saanich has big clear signs directing traffic all along once you enter the neighborhood area which is a really great touch. The parking lot is definitely a little small, when there is a ball game it easily fills up and many parents have to double park. All in all a great ball park and we enjoy going there for girls fastball games!

pretty sure this park gets used by all who live in the neighborhood on a regular basis as it always appears busy. New playground which has a bit of everything for the younger kids. Picnic table and seating areas to be able to watch, eat or rest. Tennis court which gets used a lot. Public washrooms which are opened and locked daily.Great Family Place

Majestic is a Saanich park located just off Majestic Drive in Gordon Head. It features an attractive children`s playground, a picnic area, a well-developed fastball field and a tennis court lined for pickleball. Majestic also has washroom facilities located adjacent to the parking lot. During summer months, Majestic is a venue for Saanich`s `music in the park`series. These events attract good crowds an create a community fair atmosphere. As a pickleball player, I often play at Majestic. A great place to go with the kids, or to play pickleball or tennis.

Nice clean park. Has a sandbox with the hand operated excavator type arm and scoop which I haven't seen in a long time. My son loved it. There are also full bathrooms.

A mid sized play ground. Public washrooms available. The equipment has a little to offer for toddlers but its better for ages 4 and up.

Great playground with equipment for all ages. Some novel items separate this playground from others. The field space is expansive, and provides a nice mix of shady and summy locations. Check it out for music in the park in the summer months. Well worth a visit. Very accessible, complete with washrooms.

This is the best park in my neighborhood. With a newly updated playground, field, baseball diamond and tennis court, this place is jammed with all the fum for the family and friends! Also a great place for drone flying.

The playground was upgraded and improved a few years ago. There are some trees around the edges providing a little shade during the hot parts of the summer. There is a fence to keep children contained but it's not fully enclosed. The softball field is often open and the tennis court is sometimes busy.

A new favorite park, never too busy, clean toilets, nice play structures for 0-12yrs and a secret awesome climbing tree nearby. Has great green space and a tennis court too

Me and my son played some baseball on this field. I felt some sadness to see the pitcher's mound gone. It appears the field is now a softball diamond rather than baseball. Mind you, that didn't stop us from having fun playing on it.
