The building is conveniently located in the West End, and there have been many improvements. Very friendly staff.

Brutal management. The company that owns this building cuts every corner and the on site manager is completed useless. To get assistance you need to write countless emails, endless phone calls with no answer, voicemails with no response, then nothing gets done. All this while charging premium rent. If you move here you will regret it.

Couldn't go lower to call this an apartment is a joke only move here If you like not sleeping half the building is broken and they don't care to fix the important stuff the buzzer has been broken for a month with them still not even working on it the pool has been broken for years now but even tho everything is broken they Over charge you and increase rent every year the Manger is anything but helpfull overall don't bother with this dump
