Relatively small Inner city dog park. Sharp stones only as a ground covering. Excellent fence

Use at your dog's own risk! There is a reason this park is seldom used: the terrain consists of sharp stones! A quick play session left my poor pup's with bleeding paw pads - and neighbours have said their dogs experienced similar injuries when visiting the park. Such a shame. It would be a good space if it had proper surface material. We'd love to take advantage of it if were dog-friendly and safe.

Has anyone else's dog gotten sick after visiting this park? I took mine there twice and both times right after, my dog threw up and got sick. So now I know it must be something to do with this park. Maybe the tennis balls are laced or something, not sure. If anyone else had similar experience let me know. Its really too bad as it would be a decent place to let your dog off leash if you live nearby.

Gravel Park with a bench. Not very busy so not very many dog interactions. Good place to throw a ball.

This space is great for rainy days, dogs can play without getting dirty. We like the East portion of the park best, it has smaller gravel. The middle portion where white spot used to be has larger gravel and our dog doesn't like it as much, we can see he does not run as fast here.
