DO NOT EVER PARK HERE!! the app took 10 min more on processing my payment for extend my time, and they charge me $70 violation ticket for this 10 min "unpaid" stay, after appeal to it they reply "they were unable to verify the paid for the time uncovered" YES YOU ARE!! I PAID 1 HOUR($6)AND A FULL DAY JUST AFTER($12) FOR A 3 HOURS STAY, I PAID YOU MORE THAN THOSE 10 "UNCOVERED"MIN. Security is horrible, people arround your car or sleeping inside the building at any hour, broken glass on the floor that seems like people break into cars everyday. You will be worried about your car more than if you just park on the street, because this company can issue you a $70 steal ticket for their app failure. DO NOT PARK HERE

My truck was broken into at this lot. I was parked on the top floor near the entrance to the gated parking area. Security staff has helpful and friendly, although I thought it was a tad suspicious that the security staff had a 'break-in' kit ready to vacuum up the broken glass and tape the broken window. You've been warned!

Convenient location but kind of sketchy area and crazy construction going on here, looks like the place is on the verge of collapse. Also they machines were down and the only way to pay was their app, but they posted the wrong location information.

Worst place to deal with. Im actually trying to pay a parking tickey but their garbage website never recognizes the # and even after several emails trying to fix it (pay them) they send me to collections. They work 6 hours a day and anyone with a real job can even contact their office. Avoid parking anywjere easy park if possible. Good luck if you do.

EasyPark has an unworkable payment system. You apparently can't pay for parking for longer than a 24-hour period. Or if you can, it's not obvious how to do that. The cutoff is at 6am, so you have to be awake and buy more time immediately, or else they'll come by and write you a ticket at 6:07.

I've been parking here for years. Everytime I go downtown its my go-to lot. Easy in, easy out. Decently sized spots, convenient location (disclaimer: I do like to walk. A lot. And far. If you're looking to be super close to the shopping & entertainment districts, or the beach, it's probably not for you). Can't speak to weekday pricing, but full day weekend pricing is some of the best in the city.

Never thought I’d need to read reviews for a parking garage, but wish I did. I stayed in a nearby hostel and paid for parking until 6am. I went back at 5:50am to move my car, and my window was smashed. Nothing was stolen, maybe because an alarm was triggered? But no security was around for at least an hour before the glass was cleaned up and it was noticed (I didn’t move it right away because there was glass on my seat and I had to find an open glass shop to tow it.) I DID have stuff in my car, so don’t be like me and DO NOT leave anything in your car.

AVOID AT ALL COST !! Parked EVO car park as directed. Lot “full” because they had roped off at higher levels on Sept.22/19 during the Elton John concert. Parked car and barely touched yellow line and was given a $60 (+gst) citation. EVO reimbursed their $20 charge, but EasyPatk wants to make EasyMoney. Clean the parking stalls/spaces and stairwells from hypodermic needles, garbage and urine and stop ripping people off.

I wouldn’t recommend leaving your vehicle here over night, our rental was broken into and a lot of our stuff taken. Easy park security will come clean up the mess but offer little more. Even though it’s $24 a night, stay away any lot in vicinity of Hastings.

WARNING!!! NEVER park at EASY PARK. they will write you ticket for nothing by mistake and you will have huge headache just to correct their mistake. There is no customer service number which works. The number they have for customer service does not work. It says appeal the ticket online they will response in 10 days. Month later they just increasing fee no response. nothing. AVOID PARKING AT EASY PARK BEST IDEA. Scamming company. Class action suit should be taken against them. I had to go to court and when court send them letter to resolve issue than they tried again to make me pay half. its ridicules how annoying this company is. No one should pay them tickets as comparing to city of Vancouver you will win in court. Argument to Court: How the city of Van can provide great customer service and they do not regarding parking. Just send them appeal and make evidence. record calls from customer service that you called and there is no response. It is intentionally done to make money. AVOID AVOID PARKING at their locations is BEST OPTION.

Gave me a $68.50 ticket 7 minutes after my ticket expired after paying $8 for 2 hours. I would have paid for an extra hour but did not have my phone and was stuck inside a museum. Tried to appeal but they rejected it because "I could have paid it with my phone" WHICH I DID NOT HAVE WITH ME. AVOID EASY PARK AT ALL COST. The parking lot rates are fine and with the app it is easy to use. But still park here at your own risk. The area is not that great at night and my vehicle was broken into. I strongly recommend not parking here over night.

The worst service ever. They apps do not work, the integration with paypal do not work, the option to "Pay by Phone" application do not work. And after this frustration, if you decide to step out of the car for 5 min and do what you get to do at the nearby location, you'll get fined 70$.

I often park here when I am in the downtown core. I never have any issues with parking, attendants or anything else associated with the lot. Today however I parked here probably for an hour. I somehow lost my parking stub which I recall putting in my pocket. Somehow I lost the ticket while at the mall. I realized this during my visit to the mall. I then made sure to go through the manned cashier when leaving the parking lot. Upon arriving at the booth the cashier was extremely rude and acted as though he was disgusted with me when I told him that I lost the ticket. I was apologetic and asked him what the procedure was. He did not answer or look at me instead he took my plate number and charged 12 dollars and some change which I had no problem paying however his behaviour was disgusting. Maybe he had a bad day or something before I left I did tell him to acknowledge the customer to which he responded rudely. Easy park should make sure they hire the right people for the right roles....

Ongoing bad experiences with this company. The most recent at the parking lot at Cordova Street - got incorrect instruction by the parking lot attendant to pay when leaving - which would be correct would I be in the Waterstreet section, which I was not - and the guy was standing beside my car, so no confusion on where I actually park. I trusted him. Guess who came back to a violation ticket - and of course parking lot attendant no where to be found and violation dispute coming back as rejected. Btw. there are people around who do not have smart phones, so not having a functioning parking station option and expecting people to download an app to be able to pay is very distriminatory to the part of population who can't afford or just does not embrace this type of technology. It can't be expected from your customers to posses a smart phone in order to be able to park. I will be asking my company, who is renting one of our lots to EasyPark to change to an alternative provider. @easypark - thank you for your reaction. It really speaks to the way you think about people using your services. If I can allow myself a feedback - you might want to use your answer to provide training to your staff and maybe also check if your equipment is working correctly prior to a reply like this.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! We parked here overnight and our car was stolen. When we recovered the vehicle it was full of needles with significant damage to our vehicle. We were not even refunded for the full day we paid for. When we contacted easypark to report the incident they victim blamed and tried to insinuate we had "misplaced" our vehicle or parked somewhere else!!

stayed at the Victorian hotel - they recommended this parking lot. I paid for parking overnight, they gave me a violation and towed my car. my car was also broken into. DO NOT park here, let alone park in this area over night!

This is one of my go-to parkades in downtown when I'm in this area. Have never had any problems here. You pay under your license plate so you don't need to walk back to your car to put the receipt on your dash.

Very convenient parking location. It's $2 per half hour with a day maximum of $10 and an evening maximum of $9. Motorcycles get 50% off with pay-by-phone. Please note there is no security at this lot.

Can I give this place a 0? I believe they run a scam, as my car was broken into and 'courtesy towed' to the lot. Nothing was inside my car, and they made a quick $200 because they 'had to tow it, didn't want an open car in the lot'. My car was broken into on Sunday night, woke up Monday morning at 6am to pay for parking until I could get to my car, which wasn't there, and they wouldn't refund my money that I paid for a parked car that wasn't there, and was towed away at my expense. The security staff was moronic, and when I said my car wasn't there all he said was 'are you sure you parked here' and 'did you pay'. Maybe have a morning briefing of a car that was towed away so when that person comes looking for it, you know what is happening.

Parked here number of times and this time around I went over my time limit. I came back and received a ticket. However, before parking I usually pay an extra hour to be safe just in case time goes over. I tried clicking the two hour option and it kept directing me back to one hour. So after number of times I gave up and was like okay, whatever, I’ll just do the hour and see what happens. While at my appointment I was trying to use the easy park app to add more time and like always this app doesn’t even work half the time. I have made a appeal and mentioned this all to them and they said your appeals been denied. Appeals been denied for something that wasn’t even my fault ?Your app not working and meter not working is somehow my fault ? I have parked here so many times that they can look up my plate history and see the amount of times I’ve parked at this location and have paid at all times and that this isn’t just an excuse appeal that I am making.

Ticketed me because I chose the wrong plate in my parking app, this is understandable. This was on a Friday night then kept their appeal line closed until Monday when the ticket was $90 instead of $68. UPDATE: email sent to info@easypark.ca with appeal info, awaiting follow-up, thanks. UPDATE: I got through to their customer service line and they waived the ticket once they confirmed I had paid. Thanks Easypark!

Received a letter from EasyPark demanding payment for a parking violation for a vehicle that is not registered to me and when I reviewed the picture of the vehicle it was clearly not mine. I attempted 4 times to appeal this violation on their website and it timed out every time. I tried calling the customer service number and main number and each time received a message saying no one was not available and to call again, there was no recording to leave a message. I believe I have done my due diligence trying to resolve their mistake, so I am not wasting anymore time on their problem.. Absolutely negligent customer service.

Don't park here. Their parking app system is either severely dysfunctional or they program it to make it so that no matter how much you pay it only covers one hour of parking and you will get a ticket. They will not even look at your appeal information via the website or through email. You will end up losing out in both overpaying for parking and paying for a violation. On February 26 we parked at this lot at 3:50 pm. We were going to a two hour movie so we chose the option on the honk mobile app which said 'pay until next day (until 6 am tomorrow)' which is 24.90$. one hour parking is six dollars and two hours is 12$. We go to the movie and return to the car 6:20pm and we had a ticket printed at 5:37pm. Upon closer inspection the app showed us as having only paid for an hours worth of time even though we paid 24.90 for overnight or at least four hours worth of time. We appealed attaching photos of the payment screenshot. The reply was that we should download the apps and should have extended our session. Which obviously they didn't even look at our message because we paid the amount to park till 6am (over 12 hours worth of time)and stated we used honk mobile. Then we emailed the address they post in responses to other people's complaints here on Google review. We attached screenshots of the parking fees screen and the screenshot of how much we paid and how much time it actually gave us. They again must not have looked at our attachments because they said there was no evidence to support our claim. We also emailed honk mobile to notify them of the system error. Tech support told us that honk mobile just provides the platform but that easypark is who is setting the rates on the backend. I don't know about you but this all sounds extremely suspect. Do Not Park Here.

Easy park is a scamming company. I tried to pay with there app parking the app is not working. it just giving errors and I realized they using it to intentionally make you receive violation ticket, so they can collect more money from people. I read nothing than bad reviews about them. They also using COVID19 as excuse to not to have a phone line where you can call so to make you pay ticket or if you appeal they do not answer the email it just scamming company. I will proceed with legal action against them, because covid 19 is not excuse for not having phone line. people can work from home but that is exactly how someone trying to get advantage because of covid and use situation in bad faith. They will be sued by class action law suit and ombdusman fairness to people as right now they are doing business in bad faith. There is no space here to put all frustration with this company. PLEASE NEVER PARK AT EASYPARK SO YOU AVOID GOING TROUGH NIGHTMARE....

Don't park here! Car vandalism in Vancouver is so frequent and if you think your car is safe, think again because it could easily happen to you. I was parked in this lot overnight and came back early in the morning to see a smashed rear window, which was broken for an open bag of chips and nothing else.. There was nothing visible in my vehicle but the half eaten bag of chips so that shows you they will break in for anything. Park somewhere that is guarded or at least has security cameras to deter thieves even a little bit more than this terrible lot.

I parked my vehicle right in front of the parking patrol car in the empty section of the parking lot. Walked to the meter to buy token. There is already a ticket on the wind shield when I walked back to the vehicle. I confronted the patrol. He outright lied about my vehicle being there before him and he didn't see anyone at the meter.

Pretty safe spot to park. Lock ur car obviously, as I have seen sketchy people going from car-to-car checking for unlocked ones. If you lock your car, they won't waste time smashing your window since there's so many people that leave their car doors unlocked!

Paid for three hours clearly shown on Receipt. Ticketed after just over 2 hours for "Payment not made for parking". Love their pressure tactic too by boosting the original ticket amount three time over the next two weeks to double from $70-$140. People there warned me pay parking along West Blvd at 44th Ave in Vancouver was highly monitored but this is nuts. How can they even defend this!!! I'd give them zero stars but that is not an option.

This Parking company is big scam. Ripping off people for nothing. I was standing at parking meter in the lot and there was line up to pay parking as they have only one machine at that location. It is a park full of tourists which are probably very likely also ripped off. Not good impression for our city. 8 people in front of me and 4 behind me. I bought ticket and turning around I am watching the guy issuing me a ticket. I told him are you do not seeing me standing in the line and paying for parking in the same minute as he giving me ticket. Parking meter was in the lot corner 25 ft from my car. I took names from people in the lineup as witnesses to witness that I was standing in the line and he said to me sorry about that, they will reduce you to 20 $. What a Joke. I said are you really joking with me>? Just called them because I can not take it back here. I said ok. I thought is easy to contact them. when i tried to call no number is working... its just the scam system to make you pay the ticket. It took me few hours to get trough in few days. They just kept increasing fine. It is a scam system and I do have disability. I am seriously thinking to take them to Human Rights Tribunal. I agree should be class action low suit taken against them. Will avoid them too.... Finally as I told them I will go to court and I will submit witnesses names to court they said ok 40$. I paid because I have excellent credit and they abuse that because they trying to submit to collections. Also you wasting hours on to try to speak with someone but now after I paid I will take actions to be compensated for suffering as person with physical and mental disability.

I mistakenly double paid at a parking lot (Lot 16) on September 25 and contacted EZ Park. They approved my refund for the extra payment, but have made it impossible to collect. I have tried phoning, only to be on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. Repeatedly. I arranged a phone appointment and had to wait 2 weeks - and they never called me. It appears impossible to contact them so I suppose a complaint to the BBB will be my next move. Very disappointed in the complete lack of customer service and respect.

I got a ticket at queen Elisabeth park for parking time that I paid using PaybyPhone app at location 11017 for 2hours.. they gave me a ticket at 3:56pm while I paid till 4:22pm.. I appealed with photos of my paybyphone app payment history, they emailed me saying they can not verify the payment and denied my appeal.. please get your act together and fix your system.. this is a day time rubbery.. they don’t even answer a phone call Shame on you it seems a common practice for your corporation

I had used this lot as monthly parking for about 8 months, then switched to daily as I no longer drove everyday. Forgot to pay for parking one day (my bad), but didn't receive a ticket. One month later receive a ticket in the mail for $119. Look at the ticket online, it now say $140. Can't phone anyone to talk about the price change to appeal, email them, they disregard everything I say and say I have to pay the amount on the ticket, which is $119.
