Please, please, PLEASE! be careful while parking here. I live VERY close in the neighborhood, and see people broken into daily in this parking lot. In the past year they switched this parking lot from gated monthly parking on all 3 levels, to open parking on the 1st floor and gated on the lower 2. The theft has exploded, and they are not adequately adapting to this threat on property. They do not have cameras, or any responsibility for your vehicle protection. A block away there is another easy park that has a staff on, and offers a bit more deterrent to thieves. Be smart and accept you may be needing to pay a deductable for a broken window if you park here -- DONT leave anything in your car, they will bust out windows to take phone charging chords bc they can be sold a couple of blocks away for cash. :) Good luck parkers!

It takes time to download the app and well if you’re in an underground parking, how do you want me to get signal? They issued us a violation because we paid for parking a few minutes after. These folks are crooks! Horrible way to do business! I’m never using their lots again!!!

Had my side window smashed and a folded up jacket stolen from my vehicle. Security was not on site and took 15 minutes to arrive. There are no security cameras in the lot, stairs or the elevator. Park here at your own risk! I had gated monthly parking here for a few months in the winter with no incident, but can't recommend parking here as it isn't safe.

DO NOT PARK HERE! We parked for dinner in Gastown and returned to our rental vehicle to find all of our luggage stolen. EasyPark refused to investigate the incident as it “happens all the time”. They even have an employee who’s only job is to sweep up broken glass and tape up windows from vehicle break-ins in their garages; Company is run by crooks! We tracked several of our personal belongings to East Hastings St indicating our property was stolen by junkies looking to make a quick buck. Please stay away!!

Easy park??? Hahahahaha what a joke. So complicated. There's no meters. You have to either call in, which doesn't work because after taking forever to sign up for a mandatory account, you need a 5 digit code, and this lot only had a 4 digit code. Or the other option is needing data to download an app or go on a website. So ridiculous. I will never come back here again.

Do NOT park here. Very common location for vehicle theft and vandalism while you enjoy downtown. Our car windows were smashed and property stolen. No cameras available. Safety a significant concern. Unfortunate too as we would like to support the local businesses when travelling here.
