Car Burgled on first night Parked there because it was right across from our hotel, Soliel, which has no parking garage of its own (only expensive valet). Should have known to avoid the place, as we had to step around a puddle of urine in the stairwell on the walk down from the fourth floor (all the lower floors are taken by two different car rental services). To their credit, that was mopped up the next day. Came back next morning, front doors were ajar, vehicle had been ransacked, small change, sunglasses, candy, and a blanket had been stolen. Told attendant, he replied that 10 vehicles had been burglarized last night and to file a report with the police. He didn't seem surprised at all. We paid for valet parking the rest of our stay, totally worth it. Note I was billed for parking lot 4119 not 4116, but we definitely parked on this one on Hornby St.

DO NOT PARK HERE. EVER. I was one of multiple break ins in the same day. Parking attendant was polite about it but also told me they get WEEKLY BREAK-INS now. They also charge more than what they advertise.

misleading advertising. the advertise a weekend rate of $6.00 which actually turns into a charge of $7.62 after mysterious taxes of 27%. when other parking lots advertise $6.00, the charge is really $6.00 including taxes. i recommend you go down the street where $6.00 is really what you will pay for the weekend day parking.

Broken glass on every level from break ins. I parked on a high level and hoped that no one would want to climb up there to my car to break into it. On my way back to my car I went into the staircase and on the 3rd level found a homely man laying in the staircase and I was scared so I walked back down to the main level and had to walk up the driving ramps to level 6. I reached my car 4 minutes passed what I paid for and had a ticket already on my dash. Unbelievable. Not impressed. Not recommended. Better to park on the street and safer too.

Do NOT park here! Unlike every other parking lot, the parking taxes and GST are not included in the advertised price! You will need to pay over $20 even if it says parking is $16. The lot is dark and insecure too. And u can smell urine everywhere... you can find a much more decent place for the same amount of money...

$6 on weekend and holidays $7.62 including taxes (don't understand why 25% tax!). But guess what? You will end up losing more if you park here. I took a risk to save few dollars but got my car window smashed and things got stolen. There is no security guard. No camera (which is useless when homeless person does this how are you gonna get your money back? Personally cameras are not useful at all. Should be a security guard). Company is very well aware of this but doesn't care.

You get what you pay for! Got my car broken into on the 4th level. There is security cameras & it is patrolled apparently but not worth the risk pay more money & park somewhere safer.

One of the sketchiest places to park in all of Vancouver. The first 3-4 levels are for Car2Go and Evo parking only. The elevator only works during the weekdays. The stairwells smell like piss and barf and someone can easily hide in them and rob you if they wanted. It's not worth the cheap price.

The staff at this lot was very helpful towards helping me jump start my car. The manager Alan made a special trip back to the lot after getting off work when the other staff on duty helped me reach out to him for help. He arrived in minutes as promised and was happy to rescue me. Thank you so much Alan. This lot may seem a little sketchy, but no damaged was caused to me when I parked there. Have to say it’s definitely a cheaper alternative to PC. It’s only a block away from the mall

I made the mistake of parking here last night. The first 3 floors are now “car to go” only parking for some reason. Then floors 4 and above are reserved for junkies smashing your windows to get spare change! Every spot has little cubes of smashed glass from prior break ins. I actually parked here overnight because I’m a cheap moron and hotels gouge you everywhere nearby. Diamond is cheap because they don’t spend money on proper lighting or any sort of security (makes me wonder if the shady staff take a cut of the thefts to look the other way). Parking there was NOT WORTH THE STRESS, I literally had a dream that my car was broken into. When I came back this morning, I was dreading coming back to a smashed window. Miraculously my car was unscathed! But the mini van beside us had a smashed window and probably looked slightly more attractive to the junkie who broke it. I will NEVER park at this sleazy lot again. This place should be torn down befor it falls down, it’s a complete dump and not safe.

I parked at the shoppers parking, shopped at shoppers and got $75 ticket?!!! why do you call it the "shoppers parking" if Im supposed to pay for the parking? Worst company, dishonest, unreliable, lairs!!!! When you call, the call center is rude and simply useless. If I had more time in my hand I would sue you big time..

Do not park here! Arrived late and didn’t think to read the reviews online. Passenger side window was smashed during an overnight park, not 30 minutes before I went to collect it early morning.

one of the worst parking lots you could use, they will say you never paid for the spot leave no ticket and send you a letter in the mail months later asking for 125 dollars, customer service is useless its like talking to a brickwall id rather park my car in abby and walk to van

Will give you a ticket cause they want your money. Got fine 125$ oh and they dont put a violation ticket on your car. They will send you an physical letter 1 month later so you can pay the fees.

This place does have security survailance. Two cars were broken into same day including mine. The impark next to maybe a 2 or 3 buck extra but ur car will be under survailance.

Car was damaged on lot and team can’t do anything about it. Indra the manager is complete unhelpful. They have no cameras. Pricing sucks and they don’t take responsibility for the things that happen on the lot.

PAY TO PARK ELSEWHERE. I have an aversion to saving a few bucks to park in cheap lots. From the moment I left my car I had a feeling it would get broken into, but I had a bus to catch. Don't make the same mistake I did. I now have two broken windows to deal with. The extra dollars are worth your peace of mind.

I ran my credit card thru their machine and had no reason to think it didn't register then they gave me a $60 ticket. I tried to appeal on their website and it looked like they wiped the ticket clean...now they want $120 for being late..there is no phone number. Such a frustrating experience.

No safety or security in this parkade. No security guard or anyone at the booth. This is a junkies paradise to shop by breaking into everyone's car. Literally crumbled glass in many parking stalls... I should've seen this and not park here!

DO NOT PARK HERE. I left my car overnight and returned to a smashed window. Fortunately I didn't leave anything valuable, so nothing was stolen, but the burglar opened everything and removed my passport, insurance, and car registration. I paid $78 CAD for this.

DON'T PARK HERE. Parked over night by camera and well lit area, doesn't matter, the druggies do more patrolling in this parkade than the security company. No contact information posted to call for any assistance with incidents. Pay the extra $10-$15 and get into a secure facility.

Two nights = TWO BROKEN WINDOWS. The truck next to me was also broken into. DO NOT park here. The amount you save will merely go towards replacement costs. There is no attempt at "security" and whole place is easily accessible by everyone. Should have read these reviews before...

Do not park here. Multiple car break ins happens every week. Mine included as of last night. Not monitored. Attendant is nice but unhelpful since he is looking after multiple locations. They said they are aware of the situation but it doesn't look like they're changing anything of their routines or looking to solve the issue. Please don't park here. Very high risk of having your windows smashed.
