This Park is included in the category of Tourist attraction.
Well worth a visit. A great way to check out the nearest rainforest and learn all about them. Beautiful and neat set up. Not too crowded. Find a sunny day and this’ll be a retreat. You get a $5 discount if you rent a bike at Spokes near Stanley Park. Also, take the free shuttle from 4 convenient locations downtown. Saves you time and money.
Very much enjoyed the experience. Toured while it was sunny, had a lovely meal, and toured again in the dark. Pet friendly! Although my pup was rather uneasy at first, he became a pro at crossing the bridge.
Very good experience! The canyon lights are a must see
This park is worth the admission price - even in the rain. We had intended to visit during the late afternoon and early evening to see the Holiday lights, but the park had closed the previous day due to high winds, so we went the morning - shortly after opening - of the following day. Parking in the morning wasn't a problem although as the park gets busy the parking is limited - would recommend taking a bus during busy times. Plan on spending at least two hours to walk the trails and visit the shops. There is also a restaurant on site, which we didn't visit. The trails and bridges are incredible. It's like walking into another world. In addition to the suspension bridge there are a set of bridges suspended about 100 feet off the ground between giant redwoods. There is a hanging trail along a cliff face that provides amazing view. All the trails are clearly marked and well maintained. A lot of educational material about the forest is also set up along the trails. A great place for adults and kids alike. Not recommended for those that have mobility issues and strollers.
Great place for the family. We all loved the experience. Getting there early is recommended as it got really busy around lunch.
The view is spectacular! The shuttle is easy to board and the route is amazing. Deducted one star cuz the attraction is super crowded and there’s lines among all three attractions; treetop, cliff walk and suspension bridge itself :/
Amazing experience, good lighting, an hour long trip.
A very cool place to see and experience, especially with the Xmas lights display. The only thing is, it's crazy busy. With all the people there, it makes it hard to actually see some of the bridges in full view when walking on them. The lineups to cross the bridge are very long. The parking situation is horrible and driving there takes forever because of the traffic jam from the parking lots. Would recommend visiting with the lights but going just before it gets dark so you can see the bottom of the canyon and surrounding rock faces, etc.
Nice attraction but waaayyyy too busy. We booked a time slot but it was really overcrowded it involved alot of lining up to walk across the bridges not much fun when you have young kids
I hadn't been to Capilano Suspension Bridge since 1977, and what a delightful surprise to find it in such a well cared-for, sensitively developed state! For many of the folks we talked to, this provided a great introduction to coastal BC. It had all the elements of the things that are important to the coast - indigenous peoples, salmon life cycle, forest life cycle, water. All without having to leave the city. It could whet the appetite for more exploration, or cover the bases, depending on the varies interests. Beautiful and tastefully done timber framing throughout the 0ark, in addition to feats of engineering to marvel at. Well worth the visit, and great for kids! The staff throughout have been well-trained, are very helpful and polite.
The lights at capilano were so magical. Absolutely loved the display. It was coveted in snow on the day of our visit and that made it extra beautiful and heavenly. A must go place during Christmas season. The cliff walk should be done during day time so enjoy the depth of what it looks like
Beautiful setting for a peaceful walk on a sunny day! The lights were amazing! Brought back a warm feeling associated with this time of year. Truly needed during these trying times!
Had a blast visiting Capilano bridge. The beauty of BC's nature is just outstanding! Highly recommend to go on a date here. Fun for all ages. Also the staff members are so welcoming, and make sure to find May there. She is extremely knowledgeable and entertaining with her charismatic/bubbly personality! Thank you again May for the wonderful experience!
Such a fun place to visit! It's great for kids and offers so many amazing views! As of the end of July, masks were mandatory on the bridge and recommended in others areas throughout the attraction. BC residents, be sure to upgrade your pass to a yearly pass for free. You also get discounts in the gift shop and on food items. Young kids get in for free. Don't forget to bring your camera!
The dramatic and dream-like Capilano Suspension Bridges are located in the Northern part of Vancouver, and are easily reachable by bus from downtown. After a pleasant 20 minute bus ride, which as an added plus is a great way to get an overview of Vancouver, you can easily spend 2 hours running around the various suspension bridges. Great gift shop on-site for souvenir shopping an added bonus.
Nice place to take a stroll around the park to see Christmas lights.
So pretty and fun! I would highly recommend going if you are visiting Vancouver! They also have a cute little cafe with really tasty hot apple cider!

This was a great escape for the day, leaving behind a concrete jungle for an actual jungle. The suspension bridges and trails are relaxing and fun and my family enjoyed our time at the park. They have since added the cliff walk wich is really neat. There is restaurants and food stations, a gift shop and more. We will definitely be back.
It’s close to downtown Vancouver ~ Not that quite big yet you can still enjoy the fresh air and beautiful view here! Staffs are really kind. And if you are in certain groups, you may enter for free! I personally would like to come here time after time~! It’s gonna be a perfect place to take a hike, have a date. Or take your children to spend half of a day, no matter how old they are!
Amazing place you have to visit it totally worth the money and visit it around down its amazing with all the lights Different type of adventure Parking is smooth across the street Try to book in advance to reserve your turn Respectful staff On the way out don’t forget to ask for a certificate that you made it and crossed the bridge it’s nice souvenir costs 35$ though
Great experience.. The bridge is really long and fun.. The tree tops are also good as well as the cliff walk. There is also a restaurant inside for a quick bite. With an annualpass (which costs almost similar to one time pass) you can visit any time during the year
We went to Capilano Bridge for the Love Lights available form Feb 14th to Feb 28th, and it was so amazingly beautiful with all the red and white theme lights!!!! Lights were even on during the day, but it is more magical at night. Bridge park parking is across the street from entrance, was $6 for 3hrs and need to pay when you park and no receipt is generated and that is absolutely fine. Went around 4pm so we could experience the lights during the day and night sky. It was a weekend, it was very busy and quite difficult to get photo's without other people in background. Totally worth it go to especially if you're a BC resident so you get an annual pass for the price of one visit. This was my 3rd visit with the BC pass(1st visit- Christmas, 2nd visit-New year). You get 10% discount on (Valentine theme)food and drinks and at the gift store. They close by 7pm and 3 hrs is good to see the entire park.

One of the best places to visit during any season of the year . Best place for local travels but comes with an admission fees. Local BC residents can get an annual pass for whole year with one time entry fees. Just see the administration at the front and ask for more details.
I hadn’t been here since I was a kid, and was interested keen to go again. I thought… oh a long bridge that will be neat. But wow! It’s so much more, they have tree top bridges, birds of prey and some very cool walks! I really enjoyed our visit and will likely go back with some friends.
Enjoyable experience and nice walking paths. Just watch out for all the people wanting to take pictures, They sometimes take over a whole area where people are trying to get by and block the paths. Just say excuse me, then it should be fine though. This is however pretty usual in touristy areas. Other than that small pet peeve of mine, its a place I will want to visit over and over again, the lights are also a great touch.
Absolutely worth the visit, a little pricey but for BC residents it’s essentially a year pass. Gorgeous views. Parts of the attraction may be a little scary for people who are afraid of heights, but you should visit nonetheless.
Great views, beautiful walk, informative. Overall it was a great day. I enjoyed it immensely. Do not recommend if you are afraid of heights. The bridge sways a lot when there are many people on it.
I always visit this place on Christmas time when the whole place is filled with lights . however wear warm cloths as the temp goes in minus at night.
Amazing experience at Capilano suspension bridge. It’s great there are free bud services to the bridge. Avoid freaks who try to sway the bridge, when we were there, bunch of them were behind! Walked around for about 2.5hrs, I would say admission fee is worth it. Make sure you go to cliff walk, which we missed because I believe it’s on the other side (not the side where all the attractions are)of the bridge!
Super awesome place to bring the family. Lots of nice views and the staff is super friendly. Make sure to take tones of pictures, this place is awesome!
It was a wet day today with the rain but the experience was still pretty great. The views from the suspension bridge and cliff walk was breathtaking. It's an activity that can be enjoyed by the whole family.. if you're not afraid of heights.
We went there when there was a lot of snow and it was pretty cool. Lots of new attractions added since the last time I went which was many years ago. Pretty expensive family outing though.
Canyon Lights was awesome! I think going there in the later afternoon is the way to go.
We reserved tickets to see the lights on 26 December 2021 last evening. It was a winter wonderland with the snowfall. It was beautiful.
Great day out! It was way better than I expected. We went during Covid and they had it very well organized for social distancing. Parking was easy and the gift shop was pretty good. Buying an annual pass so we can go again.
Stunning beautiful lights. I came there around 4pm a day before Xmas Eve, spent nearly 2 hours walking across the bridge, then tree top and cliff walk. All have unique decorared lights that i was really enjoy and taking a lot of good pictures.
It was fun. Took hour and a half to go through everything, also kind of pricey, but then you can go all year....I would say worth it. Highly suggest to be on mushroom.....
so so amazing. I got amazing pictures to add to my collection, yes although it is a little on the pricey side it is more than I could've ever expected. The bridge was amazing, I got some great pictures and the view was amazing. You wouldn't think that you're in a city at all. It has such a calming tone. It's very quiet nearly no chatter, the cliffwalk was my personal favorite though. It had such an amazing feel. Really did feel like a cliff walk AHA. Most of these pictures were actually taken from there! Please come here if you have time. More than worthy of the price, a nice stop from your normally city life just to really get a feel for nature! ????????
Me and my husban visited the park in October 2021. At first I was a bit skeptical about the ticket price which is ~50 CAD. But after entering the park I totally think it was worth it. I had never seen a rain forest before, and it was misty and magical with the rain. The suspension bridge is a charm. I really appreciate the hard work behind maintenance and decoration of the park.
$55 a person for a bridge? There are other suspension bridges which are for free in the nearby areas. The totems and treetop trekking were fun add ons but not for $55 a pop. Plus it was SUPER crowdy. Lots of fun activities for kids though.
A winter wonderland! I guess we got lucky for it to snow to see the magical place and the Christmas lights!! Amazing for a date night or a proposal during this Holiday session!!! Highly recommended sight to visit if you’re in Vancouver!
This place is amazing! My favorite part was the Treetops Adventure. You get to go up in the trees and touch 100+ year old trees. I really liked the Cliff Walk too. Wish I would have gone through multiple times but kind of hard with a toddler on tow. The suspension bridge was fun but super crowded and hard to get a good picture. The shops there had really good fudge and other treats but all the souvenirs were very expensive.
Our first time here, we were recommended to go by friends. We were in complete awe over the entire experience!! Came at the perfect time with the Lights! Although it was pouring rain we didn't care...spent hours amazed at the beautiful grounds, the quality of every structure and attention to detail. Came at 3pm which was perfect to see things w daylight and then as it got dark, the full experience of lights...it's completely amazing how much intricate work was put into the lights everywhere! Then after the unbelievable 'cliff walk' and beautiful trails you end at the Cliffhouse restaurant that looks like a fairy tale cabin with huge woodbuning fireplace...we warmed up and had a delicious dinner!! (Recommend eating here for sure!) Crossed the bridge again and got a hot mocha at the coffee shop for the ride home. So much fun! Well worth the money! We want to go again ❤️
I was lucky enough to experience the Christmas lights, I have never quite experienced something so beautiful in my life. This was the best experience of my life.
Lots of fun exploring the rainforest. Come visit in the afternoon and stay still sunset to see the lights. Treetop bridges offer astounding views.
Beautiful place with tons of lights for Christmas, incredible setup and wonderful place to spend and evening with the family.
Prices too high. Typical overpriced tourist trap which locals avoid.
highly recommend. be sure to stretch your legs before going as it can be a bit of a workout. there is a free shuttle that takes you from Canada place (where we got on) to the bridge and back. will take 2 hours to go thru the the whole park. BC residents can get a free pass for the whole year of they pay for the admission fee.
In one word, MAGICAL! We started at the Cliff Walk and had a surmptous seafood chowder at the cafe before we took off to the Caplinao Bridge. It was crazy cool! DON"T MISS IT! *hot tip-Free shuttle at Canada Place
It is what it is. A bridge that feels very unstable to walk across. It's fun. They've continued to build upon the walk which is good to see that the price of admission is going somewhere. There are a few lookouts and overall a beautiful scene.

Very beautiful place. A must go in Vancouver. The forest is so enchanting and all facilities are in sink with nature. We enjoyed the bridge, the tree from tree mini-bridges, the walk, the views and how informative the visit was. Everything was perfect! There’s even a shuttle you can take from the city to there (the bus ride was also fun and informative). I would definitely recommend going there for a visit!
Very nice and relaxing. Good choice of activity if it’s too hot downtown
The admission price was steep, but was worth it. The staff there were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The engineering of the cliff walk was stunning. Christmas lights were beautiful. Overall, I would recommend this place if this is your first time in Vancouver, or if you’re looking for a fun family outing. I felt like it was more of a theme park for kids rather than a place to appreciate the rainforest. Tip: Go during weekdays. Weekends are packed with tour buses and families, and makes it less enjoyable
First suspension bridge experience and I did not regret it at all. It was both scary and exciting at the same time! The walk through the area is pretty quick so definitely take your time. There’s some cool huts that have souvenirs and food/drinks in the area as well. No complaints.

An amazing place that involves you into the wild life, fresh air and tall trees makes you feel in peace, if you are a BC resident or a temporary resident stating up to 6 months you can get the annual pass for free, price of the ticket is just 48 dllrs, the best time to go is before sunset so that you can enjoy the artificial lights.
Very beautiful place and great for families or couples on retreat. I definitely do not recommend coming here on rainy days since it does make the bridge a bit slippery, so be careful and plan well! Very picturesque, there's definitely a lot of choices to take a selfie or group photo on whether you want a pond side view with the trees or a silly pic of what bird wing span you are. I had the ice cream there which was refreshing but melted quickly. I did the treetop adventure with my little sister. We gave up doing the activity but instead enjoyed the view. Great for first-timers but can be a but boring for people that have been here already.
It is expensive but worth it. We went on a cool day, no rain and not too many tourists with us. It was easier to enjoy nature with a small crowd. The cliff walk was great as was the tree walk. Food choices looked good although we did not eat. Lots of parking, price was reasonable.
Super amazing place! Lots of views to enjoy. I will recommend to come early and wait until night inside coz during dark time it has a long que in the entrance. It's better to come early than stock in the entrance. Weekend is busy day so plan your trip ahead. Entrance for annual is just $50+ for a year pass. There is free shuttle to go there to and comeback. The drop off and take off is at front of Canada place downtown. When your done you can take the same shuttle. It better to know to save your trip. Lots of parking space in the area. Have fun with your kids and friends. It's more beautiful when you see it in person.
Went there on a rainy day and i enjoyed myself and nature. When you walk in you have the front desk and the lady there was nice and asked us where we were visiting from. Do not forget to pay for parking, you can also pay at the front desk when you buy your tickets. You have guides a little bit everywhere that are willing to give you direction or any other type of information. There's places to eat and also washrooms all around which is great. The park is clean and the scenery is beautiful. The only thing is it is not worth the price.
Enjoyed our experience, the cliff walk was our favourite. Everything is well done and looks well taken care of. However, I’m not sure the price is worth it, especially if you plan to go do some hikes or spend time outdoors elsewhere in BC. This is essentially a mini nature experience in the city. It makes most sense as an outing from down town Vancouver if your trip is city based. It’s not a place I would bring small children.
Lovely place. Went on a week day to avoid crowd. Had an amazing time in the wild nature.

It was an amazing experience visiting Capilano. Booking is very easy, we took the free shuttle from Canada Place, everything was very convenient. The staff is super friendly. Must go for everyone. The food at the restaurant was delicious.
The biggest downside is the price, it's quite expensive. If you're on a budget, just go to Lynn Valley Suspension Bridge instead for free. It's still a cool spot though. I finally went because I had a friend visiting and the Lynn Valley bridge was closed. The bridges really fit in nicely with the temperate rainforest of Vancouver. If you're a BC resident you get an annual pass for no extra. Use it to visit in the summer and then again around Christmas when the lights are up. The light displays are pretty impressive.
Amazing!!! So much more than just the bridge. The treetop adventure, and the cliff walk are incredible!!! They have put together a truly excellent experience, and the staff are all just top notch and very friendly. A definite must stop experience for any west coast adventure tourist ????????????
A great place to go with the family! In Christmas time is totally a diferent experience.
I've been here before, during Labour day, twice during the festival of lights and my birthday two years ago. Going to see the Christmas lights this afternoon. I love it during this time of the year and now because there's snow. Smell of the pine trees also helps with the christmassy feeling.
Great scenery, but very pricey. I haven’t been to capilano in about 13 years and it was nice seeing all the new updates!
Weekend
2021 December Canyon Lights Go. Go at night. It's magical. Any photo you see doesn't do it justice. Parking can be a bit of a gong show if you can't get into the main parking lot. If you can't you have to drive around and find street parking, which is free but you may have to walk a bit. So alot time for that. There is a gift shop with good quality touristy things. There is a grill with fire side outdoor and covered seating. We didn't try the food but they were busy and looked popular. The bridge. It's a little bouncy and if you are a little skittish of heights or motion just take a deep breath and go. On the other side is a small Cafe with snacks and hot drinks. Again didn't try it but looked good. Once on the for side that's where the real lights are. It's magical. My girlfriend and I were mesmerized. Lots of selfies. There is a tree top adventure which is all lit up and puts you high in the trees and going over about 5 more suspension bridges, albeit much shorter. It's pricey but imo you get what you pay for, a real experience to remember. If you are a BC resident then you can get a 1 year pass for the price of a single entry ticket. Just do it even if you think you might not come back. Since i have a season pass, I will go back. $$$
Our local jewel. The lights were magical even in all the rain.
The park is amazing. Lots of interesting nature beauty with large and old trees. Some trees exceed 500 years old. Do not buy $140 tourist package. It is a rip off. Take the free shuttle at 999 Canada Place and pay only admission to the park which saves you almost $100 a pop. Enjoy.
I lived in Lower Mainland for a while and always found that this attraction was overpriced. Not until the canyon lights were on and I found that the pond of many moon was very well done. $115 for two having a special night wasn't bad at all. I would suggest the owner waive the $6 parking.
I love this place! It is so beautifully set up and it's great they offer annual passes to BC residents. Their Christmas light decorations are incredible.
A wonderful experience! Definitely need to go at night though to get the full extent of the displays! Great place for all ages. But sometimes the walkways can get slippery, so if mobility is an issue keep that in mind. You have to buy your tickets online first and it's a timed entry! So make sure to plan accordingly! And parking can be an issue sometimes. They do have a parking pass and a shuttle to and from a local mall if the lots get full.
Went for the Xmas lights display which was very good. With Covid going on the place was so jammed it was like the management did nothing to limit numbers. There was no social distancing and took forever to get across the bridge, I was being squished by people.......Huge cash grab, and in my opinion a disgrace. They should have been fined for this.
Had a great time! If you love the wilderness and walking you will love Capilano! Worth every penny!!!
Worth every penny. Visited during Love Lights and it was dumping rain, which was unfortunately cold and uncomfortable but fortunately very, very scenic. Loved all the different attractions, and it was easy enough to move between mask-on and mask-off depending on the requirements. The hiker's hot chocolate at the Cabin was super yummy. Probably spent a good two hours there. I do think they should offer free parking since the ticket prices are already more than enough and they aren't exactly sharing their parking lot with any competing activities...
Really good fun place to visit - so much nature there. The bridge is not as scary as it might seem - it does swing a bit. There are lots of other walks there including the cliff walk.
Amazing adventure, friendly staff and good for family. Although it is not that high, however, if you are not comfortable with heights please avoid it. After the bridge, there are many to discover including similar but smaller connected bridges, the rain forest with freaking tall trees and steep walking tails. We get in for c$ 79 (2 adults + 3 kids below 5)
We brought the ticket online so we can skip the line at the entrance! It’s very good to go with family and children! We get to experience the rainforest and see owl and falcon!
So pretty and fun! I would highly recommend going if you are visiting Vancouver! They also have a cute little cafe with really tasty hot apple cider!
Really nice place to go. The bridge and cliff walk are really impressive. Unexpectedly, the gift shop was full of little treasures!
Very bad experience. Paid for tickets just to arrive there and not to have a place to park the car. One parking lot was closed and one full. We've been asked to find parking in the neighborhood..no luck as everything was just for residents. Such a waste of time... we had a baby and a little kid with us. They should improve their organization. Now we have to wait for the refund.
This was the first time I went here as an adult and I loved it! Went to see the winter holiday set up they had with lights. It was so pretty and well put together. All the walkways were nice. I went on a rainy day but that didn’t stop me from fully enjoying this place! The lights we beautiful. I loved the part around the bottom by the pond with all those ornament style lights, the lights were all over the pond, it looked magical.. The pictures turned out great as well. The little coffee shop was good, I got their earl grey tea and my friend got a coffee. They had little gingerbread treats which was cute. Staff were kind and helpful. They all had to just stand in the rain the whole time, so they were patience despite all that. This is for sure a place I would like to check out again in the summer! The best part is for locals you pay once to go in and at the end before leaving you can sign up for a free year pass! Sl worth the price! Cant believe I didn't come here until now and its so close to home.
If you are a Bc resident, don't forget to bring your bc ID. Your one day pass can turn into a Annual one!
No wait
If im buying ticket (not cheap) with arrival time, I expect to get parking spot, not driving around the neighborhood for half an hour and park 20min walk away. I apologize to girls by entry in snapped on, I know its not your fault. Its very beautiful, but you can not really enjoy because of bad organization. Half of the time you spend waiting in a long lines. Not going back and wont recommend anyone. For that price can have more fun anywhere else.
Knowing nothing about the park, at first my husband and I thought that the price of admission was pretty steep. But heck...we were here, we are tourists, so lets do the tourist thing. But by the time we got to the blasts of poetry along the …
Beautiful rain forest park in the pacific side of the province. Relax, walk and enjoy the beauty of century old trees and vegetation. Cliff boardwalk was a nice addition. December will be a treat when they have the display of lights. Upside to BC residents is that you get a free one year pass with your single day ticket purchase, just ask for the upgrade as you exit the park.
Awesome experience a must visit during canyon lights are on ..it's was mesmerizing
6/10 daytime : I feel its too much of a Canadian cliché. Very family oriented and they are overdoing the wood theme. …
Worth a visit while in Vancouver. Go in the afternoon for a lunch in the restaurant’s terrace while enjoying live music and the beautiful views.
Went last night for the lights and it was superb! Beautifully decorated and well-organised.
Very well maintained park with the suspension bridge as a main attraction. The park is on the touristy side but still great to visit. It's nicely arranged, well staffed and has lots of interesting information to read along the paths in the park. It's possible to spot many different kinds of local wildlife. The prices are a bit high for non-residents but it's worth a visit nevertheless.
Very nice and very pricey. The park hosts the Capilano Suspension Bridge, cliff walks, tree top walk and loads of beautiful nature. Unfortunately it is very crowded and you have to be early to enjoy the benefits of this place. It gives a deep insight into tempered rain forests and it's animal. Huge amount of Infos on totem poles and culture of First Nation people. Admission is quite high with 57$. There is a free shuttle from Canada place.
Went to the lights event and it was mind blowing, it felt like a full on fantasy world with all the beautiful lighting.
Really exciting experience - somewhat terrifying but very fun!
This is a must go thing if you visit Vancouver. The price were high but they have reduced them for a more reasonable price. The staff are okay. The food is amazing, especially their famous hot dog. The lights season is the best one between the others. Ticket lines are reasonable for a place of this magnitude.

Absolute must see while in Vancouver, it's so easy to get to (although I don't get the additional parking fee). More than the bridge I loved the nature walk and trek in the trees. Such a beautiful way to surround yourself with nature. Highly recommend!
I have visited Capilano Suspension Bridge twice now, once in the summer and once in the winter. Both times, I had an amazing experience to remember! This time around, everything was decorated with Christmas lights and all which gave a very beautiful, magical vibe! We enjoyed it very much. The staff at Capilano are always kind and welcoming, give them a visit!
It's a bit pricey but it's one of those "do it once and never have to do it again" type of things. You can enjoy the entire area within 2 hrs-2 and a half hours. This bridge definitely swings so if you're nervous about that, this may not be for you. Although it isn't the longest suspension bridge in Canada, it's definitely still long enough where you can take your time to cross. Lots of different viewpoints in the area. We took the free shuttle from the Hyatt Regency Hotel downtown and it was very quick! You also get a free shuttle back to downtown.
Really nice time to spend with the young and old. We were there with my brother's family. It was a hot day but the forest canopy made it cool. Lots of places to go wandering. The bridge is cool if you're not afraid of heights. Don't forget to stop by the burger place. It was surprisingly decent.
A great walk that isn't too difficult even if you're not in shape that offers a lot of education. However, it is VERY expensive to get into and to buy anything there. They try to fix that for locals by offering BC residents a year long pass into the park with the purchase of the initial ticket, which is something I appreciated.
Lovely lights but once was enough, much too crowded to the point that you couldn't really enjoy it (weren't allowed to stop moving to take it all in etc as there were SO many people) and way too expensive for what it is. Felt bad for the families with curious little kids who wanted to stop & enjoy it all but were being shouted at to keep moving & not stop. For what you pay for, you should be allowed to stop & take it all in without either being shouted at or causing a massive traffic jam!
Great place to visit when snowing. The night lights are beautiful. Demand for this place is hight right now and I can only imagine how it's going to be once tourist can come in from abroad.

Did not expect a lot but thoroughly enjoyed it & would highly recommend a visit. The kids also enjoyed the bridge, the raised walk ways & the steps & walk way around the cliff face. Enjoyed it so much was tempted to stop off on the way back from Grouse Mtn but everyone was tired after a bid day. Great place to visit.

It's been many years since I first visited this place. I hate heights but I managed to make it across the bridge. Plus the treetop canopy walks, outlook area and paths made for a nice day to spend a couple of hours at. I'm happy we went early as by the time we left, it was busy and you want to respect the social distancing. However, all the visitors were great and I had fun. We also came across two ladies that gave a little talk about the birds that they had with them. It was so neat to see them up close. Bonus is that if you take your ticket to guest services, you can get a one year pass to use for the next time as far as discounts and such.
Amazing park, love the canyon lights event, when I visited last week they were already working on putting the lights up for this year! Expensive tickets but worth every cent of it. If you’re a BC resident don’t forget to get your year pass card on your way out
Not the cheapest attraction but it was worth it, we were lucky to go a day with out huge crowds
This is a bit on the expensive side but I assume most of the money goes to maintenance and other logistical fees since this place is big. I really enjoying the lights and walking on the suspension bridges on the tree tops. The bridge itself is very pretty too but crowded so not a lot of time to take pictures. It was nice they gave our free ponchos since it was raining the whole time. This time of year it’s better than Christmas time and even though it was a Monday and rainy, there were still a lot of people.
The ideal place for all nature lovers! A magnificent suspended bridge leading to treetop adventures and cliff walks! A must visit in Vancouver. The perfect time to visit would be when the lights are on, which is usually from December to January or February. The light duration is always mentioned in the website.
Alots of lights, good tourist attractions. Have food and shopping there. Only thing that i didn't like was over priced things, i understand its tourist place but still price is bit over.
Was terrified but had a great time. The bridge is sturdy but bounces and sways, as someone who is scared of heights it definitely challenged me. Thanks Capilano suspension bridge for getting me out of my comfort zone.
**About $50 USD per adult** I decided to make the price of the place my opening line just because I was not aware of the high entrance prices of the park upon going. However, even with the high entrance fees, this place is extremely beautiful and worth it. Just be prepared for large crowds at the main bridge. The crowds are large, but still easy to get to any photos you want to take.
Must see place. Long trail in the woods. Don’t go on the bridge if you get sea sick ;-)
Wonderful experience.. Well planned and maintained. We had a great time! There are several bridges, don't give up on any of them! Loved the top trees round
Don't miss the canyon light experience. And the view are just really mesmerizing to watch from the bridge.

One of my favorite spots for walk, especially during Christmas. If you manage to go during the rare white Christmas, you will not regret it. Snow amplifies all the lights and makes it that much better.
Yes it's all very beautiful and impressive. If you're coming to Vancouver you might as well do it to check off a box on seeing some of the natural beauty around here. But couldn't they have made it a nice even $50 ?!?! But in no, they have to put that little extra in to make it $54.95. Actually $40 would be a more fair since you can see it all comfortably without rushing in about 2 hours (3 if you want to eat at the food truck restaurant or shop at the store).
Went here recently on a Tuesday to see their light display. Parking is limited, so I had to drive a few blocks down before I could find somewhere to park and then walked back. This place was packed, and that was on a weekday, so expect crowds, at least during the busy holiday The displays themselves are really cool to see - not quite as technically impressive as other displays I've seen (such as in Vancouver's Van Dusen), but they do well highlighting the park's natural beauty, such as how they light up the waterfalls. To walk through the various paths took me and my partner roughly 2 hours, and that was including the slow moving crossing of the bridge, the treetop walk, and the cliffside walk. All in all, a bit busy for my taste, but a cool place to see, particularly in winter with the lights. Would also be a cool spot to see when the weather is nice.
This is bound to be a redundant review but wow, so glad we took the time to visit here, especially with the Christmas lights. We walked the whole thing during the day and then again once the sun set and the lights really popped. It's like two different parks. Such a worthwhile adventure
Amazing. If you are visiting in a chill day come prepared with gloves and a good jacket. The festival of lights during Dec and Jan is fantastic.
It's an OK experience. The pro: - walking in the nature surrounded by lots of old tree - a little adventurous yet safe for children to walk in the nature surrounded by tree and lots of bridges - there is a game for children to keep an eye for and make the experience more interesting - lots of information provided, the guide are very nice and helpful, there's a falcon and hawk in the middle of the way that kids are very thrill to see them. Contra: - PRICE! It's too expensive. Almost $50/person and $30 something for children. - Too crowded. I can just walk in the nature myself without need to pay. I might visit once in a blue moon.

Very cool and unique experience. Be aware, it isn't cheap. 7.50 for parking. And 30-50 ! Person!!! We were able to use our student discount and their twilight (after 5pm) discount and was able to pay 51.00 for two people. Still it was very pretty and a good way to spend a few hours.
Amazing place to visit! Incredible views and holiday lights. Ut definitely qualifies as a unique experience and I'd say it's worth the entrance fee... especially when getting the family pass. We went at dark during light rain, but I'd like to go back again on a bright summer day to experience in both seasons :)
It's nice that the Suspension Bridge attraction also includes a shuttle to and from downtown Vancouver. It is a bit pricy though for the view if it's just a rainy day.
Always a great experience to have with the whole family. Enjoy the Ice Cream. And don't forget your anual pass.

Such a beautiful place. That bridge is a wonder considering it was made when there weren't that many machines available. The other activities in the park are very amusing as well. The cliff walk and Tree tops activity in particular was spectacular!

Canyon lights were so beautiful ♥️ It’s a must visit !
The lights were beautiful and the snow made everything so much more spectacular. Would recommend visiting when the park is illuminated (Nov-Jan).
Knowing nothing about the park, at first my husband and I thought that the price of admission was pretty steep. But heck...we were here, we are tourists, so lets do the tourist thing. But by the time we got to the blasts of poetry along the Nature Walk, we were completely and utterly won over by the beauty and careful cultivated experience. We loved seeing the children learn about the trees and all aspects of the forest environment. The spectacular Cliff Walk was the final icing on the cake. It was not very busy when we visited, so that probably added a lot to our experience. So I recommend trying to choose a non-peak time. Give yourself at least 3 hours to breathe in the fresh aire and to take it all in. This is one of the most enjoyable tourist spots I've ever been to!
Not sure
Way too expensive for what it is. Specially when there's Lynn Canyon Park suspension bridge so close from there and FREE. There's no point to pay this price to visit this place. It is a tourist trap. You should take the FREE shuttle bus to go hike the Capilano trails and go see the Cleveland Dam then return downtown for free with the shuttle bus. That would be worthed and FREE. I don't recommend to pay 55$+tx for Capilano suspension bridge because it is not worth the price at all. Use their free shuttle to reach the Capilano trail and go see the Cleveland dam instead!
This is a must visit place, if you are in Vancouver you cannot miss this place. The whole experience is absolutely amazing, especially because I love to be in nature and so the walk on the bridge, nature's boardwalk, tree house, canopy walk. There's so much to learn at each place, may it be the raptor ridge or the events like totem talk, nature talk and places like story center. Also, there's team available at different location to engage with. Don't miss Cliffwalk, the experience is totally worth it. Loved it so much

A great place to go with the family! In Christmas time is totally a diferent experience.
This place is a must do, even if it's slightly out of the way from wherever you're staying. Entry price is crazy expensive though, but to be fair the place offers a lot, so it is worth it. The only downside is that Raptor Ridge was closed when I was there. :( Just gives me an excuse to come back! lol The bridge itself is really cool though, the Cliffwalk and Treetop areas are definitely musts, and the trading post has some excellent gifts and souvenirs. All in all, worth the price in my mind, as high as it may be.
It is realy fun. You ride the suspension bridges between the very high trees and you walk on the trials ride at the edge of the cliffs. Be carefull no to drop mobile while you're talking pictures
Very beautiful place with amazing high views. Booked a 5 day trip in Vancouver and this was one of the most recommended attractions although I do find it a bit expensive for what it is. You can see and experience everything in 20 minutes. This place is something you have to experience but only once.
It was a wonderful experience. Been there a couple of times now and the staff is amazing and the scenery is mesmerizing. Parking is quite a hassle.
Great experience! When I went they really over sold tickets so we had to find street parking and park 15 minutes away. The line ups for food and hog chocolate were also outrageous but that was due to over selling tickets. If you have an 8pm or later slot I suggest get there about 20 minutes early to find parking and don't go through it too slow. I was unable to do the sky walk attraction because everything was closed at 10pm.
In my subjective opinion, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is the best entertainment in Vancouver. Connecting the 2 banks of the Capilano River, a 137-meter bridge (slightly swaying when moving) was built in a unique rainforest ecosystem. The level of biodiversity is simply amazing. Douglas fir????, thuja, western hemlock, maple????, alder, relict fern, moss grow here. In addition to the Capilano Suspension Bridge, the entertainment complex includes Treetops Adventure and Cliffwalk. Treetops Adventure is a series of suspension bridges attached to Douglas firs. I was very surprised when I found out that the construction of bridges doesn't have nails or bolts penetrating Douglas firs, and is also designed for the growth of the trees. Being in the forest, there's a feeling of contact with the centuries-old wildlife, something unique and real. The purity of the air is amazing!!! Part of the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park Cliffwalk seems more dangerous. Wooden paths are attached to the granite rock by cables. And to tread on such a path, especially if it is wet, is scary. You can finish the walk in Cliff House, Loggers'Grill restaurants, Bridge House Cafe, as well as in The Trading Post shop where you can buy souvenirs and local unique food. Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is not only an introduction to the excellent engineering structures, flora and fauna of the rainforest, but also immersion in the traditions of the indigenous peoples of British Columbia thanks to totem poles???? in the park. I was completely delighted!!!
Touristy but quite good just before closing and you get a year long pass as BC residents

Nice place to visit. Pros : Amazing experience especially with the Canyon lights event. Very well indicated and easy for a family. Cons : A bit expensive for what it is. You also gotta pay for the parking on top of that.
So much fun to see the Canyon Lights! I felt so amazing being out amongst the trees with all the magical light displays. Pro tip: go for ramen after to warm ya up ????
Really beautiful area to enjoy a walk through old growth forest, the bridge and river are nice and once you cross over it, the woods beyond are well worth the visit.

It’s a great activity and activity to do if you are visiting Vancouver. It was great experience and fun adventure. Loved the tree activities. Also got banana chocolate bread and hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream from treat corner. What a great feeling to have a hot beverage in cooler weather ????
Excellent attraction. Suspension bridge is fun to walk, topped with walking around the treetops. The sights are amazing and a good way to see the temperate rain forest that is Vancouver. Added beauty to walk at night around christmas time as christmas lights are hung and make the walk magical. Would recommend.
Weekend
Definitely a must go place specially during Christmas season. Lighting is so nice. They have good friendly staff that make sure everyone is following Covid SOP. Parking can be busy during busy season and they provide shuttle service starting from a near by underground parking lot so if you park there you can use shuttle to to to the park.
We are from New Brunswick and thought this place was INCREDIBLE! We saw the park all lit up for Christmas. I LOVE trees and nature in general so I was totally in heaven. Almost has a Disney feel to it. The park is extremely well maintained. The food to buy is pretty pricy and we didn't buy anything. I thought the bridge was fun and found it similar to walking around on a boat in waves. The park is just incredible! Thanks for a great experience!
We went here for the Lights and it was fantastic. Even though it's a bit pricey, as a BC resident, I received an annual pass, so I can go throughout the year and next December for the lights again. They do a great job of setting up lights for the different areas. The other side of the bridge is my favourite by the pond, and crossing the bridge is always fun. There is a tunnel of lights that was great to walk through on the cliffwalk as well.
This was a beautiful park! And very clean! Easy to walk through, didn't stay too long. I would definitely get food here next time and the ice cream was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend the ice cream. The main bridge does get congested so make sure you go at a good time if you're wanting to concentrate on pictures.
Beautiful spot to spend a few hours the attractions are fun and there is lots to do and see. Great spot to take the family. It's a bit pricey but worth it to see it at least once.
Cool experience, well organized, perfectly maintained, clean park. See my review for Treetops Adventure Vancouver (same park)
Fun spot to visit while Visiting Vancouver. Definitely a family oriented place with lots of kids running around but a cool and unique Spot to check out!
I visited Capilano Suspension Bridge at the end of the day, with visitors from another province. I promise to come back with more time for a full experience; I transformed the day pass into a one year free entrance card.
Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is the magical and mesmerizing amalgamation of all amazing things, both natural and man-made ???? Yesterday was a bright day and there was not a drop of rain for a change, so to get some respite from hectic work and ongoing packing for an upcoming move, we visited Capilano Suspension Bridge Park in North Vancouver. With the return of Canyon Lights, the beautiful park is decked up with many amazing lights of different colors (and oh-so-perfectly done, kudos to the staff!)! We spent a better part of 3 hours there yet couldn't cover all the amazing attractions, and we had a constant twinkle in our eyes throughout and after our visit!???? Can't recommend the place enough, and there's a lot on offer for everyone, young and old! The less I say about the attractions the better because each one is different and there's so much joy in discovering their magic for yourself. There are ample food and drinks options if you get hungry (though the queues might be long on busy days), and we enjoyed Southern Style Poutine with yummy Bailey's Hot Chocolate while warming ourselves up by the firepits as Christmas carols were being sung live by a talented staff member. A huge shout out to the friendly and helpful staff across the attractions who ensure that us visitors have a fantastic and memorable experience! ❤️ Parking is aplenty right across the street from the entrance, and every nominal pricing too at CAD 6 for 3 hours. But it's strange that the maximum amount of time that you can book a parking slot for is 3 hours without any option to extend it. Icing on this very yummy cake - BC residents such as us receive a complimentary annual pass when purchasing a regular priced ticket, so now we can go back there any number of times till next November! Hurray! In Arnie's words from Terminator, "I'll be back" ???? Pro tips: Booking the tickets online will save you some time by not having to wait in the entry queue, thus ensuring that the check in process will be a breeze. Also, using the PayByPhone app to pay for parking (lot #4536) from the comfort of your car soon after your drive in is recommended to save you a few more precious minutes. Finally, make sure to carry ample water and some snacks to keep yourself hydrated and nourished, something that can be forgotten very easily in the exciting environment.
Beautiful Christmas Lights! Great winter attraction indeed. Highly recommend visiting ???? ????
The bridge was super cool and exciting! Yet, it wasn't too extreme. Even my friend, who is really scared of heights went on it. The wooden path through the rainforest was so beautiful - especially with the Christmas lights! The hot chocolate was great, just kinda expensive for my feeling. The area might be a little bit annoying if it's crowded because on the bridge and the cliff walk is not much space. However, I went during the late morning in a December week and there weren't many people. So, we had the bridge for ourselves and even the cliff walk. Was definitely a good investment!
The suspension bridge is cool, but the Treetops Adventure and the Cliffwalk are amazing! Reserve at least three hours to see everything this place has to offer. Tip: Park admission tickets give you free access to the shuttle service.
Really nice place for those who like nature and walking. Be warned, there is a lot of climbing stairs, but not mandatory, only if you want see everything. I recommend it. I didn't see animals btw. It has a seal hunt, which you can put on your map of the place and get a braggin right certificate of the place. It has lots of information to read about the history of the place and the environment.
Nice place with a fantastic scenary. A place where families can spend their whole day there :)
With three thrilling walk , the Cliffwalk, the Suspension Bridge, and the Tree top walk, your visit and effort to come more than triple the worth. This is a place ideal for families with children to enjoy nature and the awesome creations of man
Beautiful place! So much more than just a bridge! We weren’t expecting to spend so much time here. So much fun with so much to learn throughout the trees. Staff was very informative and attentive.
True gem of West/North Vancouver, we’ve visited during both seasons, and the park doesn’t cease to surprise every time! Particularly enjoy how there is always something interesting happening, and can’t wait to come back. Cool fact: you’re allowed to bring dogs (in the winter at least!)!!!
Very adventurous place to visit. You need at least 2 hours to explore. Very good and different place, was lots of fun. Really enjoyed huge and tall trees almost 150 years old. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as lots of walking. Mask was mandatory on bridge due to Covid but others areas it’s not mandatory. They have very good ice cream which I really enjoyed in hot day. Gift shop seems to be overpriced. They also have snacks to buy. Awesome place to go.
Ok for instagram photo on the main bridge, otherwise not much of an experience, one of my kids (5 y/o) got bored from the get go. Almost forgot tickets are crazy expensive! The ice cream inside was very good though :)
The lights, decor and vibe are great. The only downer I'd say is the crowd. The place was just way too crowded when we were there. Not sure is they were managing the inflow of people based on the reservation times booked. There is no distancing. So be careful when picking your time of visit. The area itself is beautifully done.
Vancouver is a place with lots of greenery, ancient trees and nature so this is one of the many places you can visit. I came here after going to Whistler, hiking to Lake Garibaldi and somehow this looked really commercialised after that. The ticket to get in is really pricey for non residents and basically the main attraction is the suspension bridge. I understand that the cost of maintenance and staff required to run the place is not cheap but it's a little too costly for me. In addition, they do allow quite a lot of people to visit at one go even though it's a pandemic so I cannot imagine a non pandemic scenario, it should be jam packed. There is hardly any social distancing and when someone stops to take photos at every tree stop, it holds up the crowd (I do understand that influencers need to post a lot of stuff but do be considerate and take it quickly so that you don't hold the flow of the crowd. There are little ponds here and there but it's murky and muddy (unlike the lakes at Whistler). Despite signs of no vandalism, there seem to still have folks who scratch their names with their partners and some other stuff so it kind of spoils the efforts of the staff. All in all, this is a nice place to bring your children for a nature walk with some nice activities to do along the way, but the crowd is quite scary considering this is a pandemic situation and some folks do not wear their masks properly.
Visited with 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Was good visit, but lost their attention after about an hour. Interesting walk atound the forest, but I preferred grouse mountain.

It's like a winter wonderland with the Canyon Lights! Free shuttle from downtown Vancouver is very convenient and it runs frequently. The park with the suspension bridge is a nice tourist attraction, however, the Canyon Lights display definitely makes it special during the holidays for tourists and locals alike.
The world-famous bridge is lit, end to end, with a multi-colour changing display, adding to the magic of crossing the canyon above the illuminated Capilano River. Journey into the rainforest and walk high above the forest floor between the eight tallest Christmas trees in the world on Treetops Adventure. The mesmerizing “Arc de Lumina” light tunnel wraps its way along a portion of Cliffwalk.
While I'm sure the natural beauty of this bridge would have also received a 5-star rating, we went during the light-up spectacle event and were NOT disappointed. Walking on the bridge was quite an experience in and of itself, but the surrounding sights and activities made it even more memorable! I'll have to come back during the daytime as I'm sure that's a separate but equally exciting experience.
Great place to see during Christmas time with all the canyon being lit up with lights. Haven't been there since they took down the lights but it's definitely worth the money as you can use the pass throughout the year. Rules are different at different times and it all depends on the service members you get, because we went with our friends and one of my friend was asked to make a booking before coming even thought they had a yearly pass, and my ticket collector didn't give me a hard time about it, they just let us go without any hassle.
Totally worth checking out. This place is also pretty big, bigger than expected. Lots to see and takes about +1hr if you want to take your time and enjoy the views. I went in early February and it was great. Arrived to the park 30mins before sunset which was a great time to go, there was enough light to see all the tree and a mix of the lights. When it became dark it was a nice transition to see how things changed.
This place been evolved from a local site seeing spot to a global tour attraction, with great sky bridge layout on treetop and around the cliff. Stunning view from the bridge over the valley. Entree and food are quite expensive, but worth it if traveling from abroad. Other than nature scenery, great amount of info and knowledge about the forest are hidden within adventure huts. Great place for family and friends alike.
Loved the place. Kids will have so much fun here. The green trees, the capilano river, the tree tours, the wobbly suspension bridge are all so mesmerizing. Best for a day picnic. If you are Vancouver resident then you can buy year round membership for the same money as the day trip, which is on a higher side 50$ for an adult, 109$ for family (2 adults and 2 kids)
Capilano Bridge is not a full-day adventure. We spent 3 hours in the park and 1 hour in the gift shop. It was nice and interesting but for $50 a pop, I would say it’s overrated. I wouldn’t go back if ever I am in Vancouver again. We enjoyed our day but won’t do it again. To get your money’s worth, make sure you listen to the totem talk, nature talk, do the Suspension Bridge, Treetop Adventure and Cliffwalk. And check out their gift shop, cool souvenirs to choose from.
Such a beautiful spot at night, especially with the lights. For how detailed and clean the space is, the price is worth it as well. I think this would be a magical date spot and a cute spot for a photoshoot.
A must go to place if you're in Vancouver. It was fun and cool. A little tiring since you'll be mostly hiking up and down. Recommend place to go with family and friends. Make sure to wear something comfortable if you plan to visit.

Nice light display at night. The tree walk is also nice, scavenger hunt for the kids were fun for them.
This is impressive. Don't stop going even if is raining.
Wonderful experience, Amazing ecosystem! The experience worth the price. Better to go during week day which is less crowded.
We went here for the first time and Christmas Lights were fantastic. Every area had lights and that to different types of lights. Suspension bridge walk was so beautiful and exciting! Coloured Lights were focused on the water which was flowing near and below bridge and it looked so mesmerizing. The wooden path through the forest was splendid. Treetops/treetop bridges were also decorated with string of lights. Overall the Christmas light display was amazing!! Definitely recommend! Would love to come back here in Summer to hike and explore the park during daylight.
An amazing adventure! A great place to visit. You can take an entire path through small suspension bridges connecting beautiful trees. There are some other parts in this park, including hiking routes. There are buses from Canada place in downtown that take you to here for free. On the way, they pass stanley park and lion's gate. You can also return from Capilano to downtown with these free buses.
Amazing Experience. We had a chance to experience Canyon Lights and that was something. We would like to come back in around summer in daylight so that we can see around. Tickets are $54 per person, but BC residents it's an year's pass
first things first - it’s quite pricey $57 (with tax) for an adult ticket. If you’re from BC you can get it stamped so that you can use it all year round which is great! I was staying by Canada place and there was a shuttle that picked up every 30 minutes on the hour and dropped you right in front of the park. It was about a 15 minute ride each way - so not far at all and the shuttle was free! the bridge itself is really beautiful but super scary when you initially get on it especially if you’re scared of heights. I was pretty scared but when I got on the bridge again to go back to the entrance it was not bad at all. I felt when there were more people on it it felt a lot worse and swayed a lot. It takes about 4-5 minutes to walk across at a regular pace with people in front of you. overall, yes I would recommend it if you’ve not done it before! It’s a pretty unique experience.
Really nice park to visit. The suspension bridge is fun to cross, the canyon is narrow, and deep. The walk through the tree tops is awesome. If you can, then do come and see this place during "canyon lights". It was spectacular, a magical place. This was worth the ticket price, specially if you're from BC, then you get a pass good for the whole year!.
Great experience! The views are breathtaking. It is definitiely worth a visit.
Visited for the Canyon Lights Christmas experience December 10th at 6pm. What a magical experience! This my third visit to Capilano Suspension Bridge and I've enjoyed my previous visits thoroughly, but the Christmas lights add a whole new dimension to the experience. I highly recommend a visit while the lights are still shining and if you're a local and you don't mind the wait when leaving the park you can turn your ticket into an annual pass.
Great for the whole family and everyone who are not afraid of heights. There are shops and restaurants inside if you prefer to walk around inside.
No wait
Had a really great time, the lights are beautiful. It's well maintained, some good trails. I will say NOT a place to bring someone in a wheelchair, as nothing is handicapped accessible. I had a lovely time and will definitely be going back
Great place! You can do the Skywalk, Suspension Bridge, Treewalk or walk through the forest. Its especially beautiful in the dark with all the lights on. You can grab something to drink at the cabin, or have a dinner inside. BC residents het 10 percent discount. Re-entry is not possible. Parking is 6 dollars for 3 hours. There is a free shuttle to downtown, no reservation required. The park is not that big, you can see everything in 1-2 hours. In my opinion, it was a bit to expensive.
Definitely worth visiting! Must go after the snow! You will be amazed ! The magical world will pop up in front of you!
I don't do well with heights so it was uncomfortable when a lot of people got on the bridge and made it swing, but there are some truly fantastic views. Treetop and cliff walk were both great. The whole thing is well organized. Price of admission is a bit steep, but BC residents get a season pass for that price. Definitely recommend visiting.
I went in January during the light show. They did a great job! If you want to avoid crowds don't go on weekends. It's worth visiting.
This is a must see! Great place at great value. Food at the restaurant is amazing ????
Great adventure! But the admission fee was more than I expected it to be!
Absolutely amazing. I was hesitant when I saw the admission price, but after reading some reviews I decided to give it a go. It was totally worth every dime. In addition to the main suspension bridge there are a lot of other walkways and bridges throughout and a cliff side suspension bridge. There was also a part that had Owls you can see up close. There were two brief guided tours, and the paths were immaculately clean and we'll kept... No graffiti, no trash. If you are interested in going, I HIGHLY recommend it.
Really well laid out trail and the friendly staff keep it well maintained. We were lucky enough to go the day before the lights are taken down and with the snow it looked even more spectacular. Would recommend, especially for BC residents who can get a year's pass for the same price as a day admission right now.
What a magical time, my sons idea! I can not wait to go when they play Christmas music too. It was just a wonderful time we had at Cliff Walk!
Highly recommended for any out-of-town visitor to see and learn about our forests. Also a great visit for locals and their young families or if like us, aborted a Grouse ski due to overcrowding.
Great place, specially during December season with the lights
Wonderful lighting natural park, with a nice and breath taking suspended bridge. I highly recommmend you to visit this inheritage.
The park is fun, and you get a rush from the time you step onto the bridge right until you get off. The sway is refreshingly scary at times! You’ll pass the suspension bridge twice (enter and exit) so it’s good to get pics while you’re swinging in the breeze. The cliff walk has a nice lookout spot where you can see out and below you; it’s a bit freaky, and the tree top walk is also great. Nature all around you including staff with birds of prey. Lush air and waters. A bit pricey at $54 for what it is, but worth the experience.
Awesome place, especially in Christmas. They got bunch of lights with water. We arrived here at night since the free shuttle from the downtown wasn’t on time. We’re waiting for an hour actually. But it’s still worth it to visit. Coming here at early evening is the good choose.
Had a wonderful time with family! Two places for eat, gift shop, hot chocolate at another side of canyon, 6$ for 3 hours of parking, by the way 3 hours enough to explore everything there including restaurant. For BC residents much cheaper to by annual pass.
Interesting place to go. You can go in the morning or afternoon but it is not for all day
Definitely a place you want to check out if you are new to Vancouver. It’s a $55 ticket to cross the bridge and walk around a bit. They have a tree top walk which was pretty cool. I gave 4 stars as I believe the price is too much for what it is.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE SMALL KIDS. You are basically paying $55+tax to walk across a suspension bridge packed with people. You can go through the entire park in like 1-2hrs. It’s mostly designed for families with young kids where they can go on the Treetop adventures and learn about trees and birds and insects. It’s only worth for some nice Instagram pictures if that’s what you’re into but otherwise I’d suggest going to Lynn canyon if you want to cross a suspension bridge. And you don’t have to pay anything there. Definitely a tourist trap. The only slightly worthy thing there was getting to see birds up-close and ask their trainers questions about them. Pro-tip: if you go to Grouse Grind before, there is a $4 coupon on the receipt for the gondola that you can use on the admission price if you end up going.
One of my favorite spots. Often shoot up here for an afternoon after work - can be as long as a 3 hour walk around or 20 minutes! Great views all the way and amazing staff.

Beautiful place in the city, surrounded by lush forest and amazing suspension bridge. Family friendly outing location.
Yes
Nice experience!!! Adventurous place with lot of activities including suspension bridge, treetop and cliff walk. Unfortunately, couldn't do cliff walk because of lack of time. Stunning and breathtaking views. Worth taking annual pass. Enjoyed canyon lights which makes this a magical place. CliffHouse Restaurant has good ambience, did not try the food, but next time planning to try it out. Must visit and great way to spend your day and just get out and explore.
6/10 daytime : I feel its too much of a Canadian cliché. Very family oriented and they are overdoing the wood theme. 11/10 after sunset with lights. The music was Valentine related but the lights were better than all of Moment Factory's Lumina from Quebec. Worth the detour and price. Bring your camera!
Wonderful experience. Absolutely gorgeous place, though you can expect to pay an arm and a leg just to be in nature. Bring your own snacks and drinks.
Very pricy and was very very busy. Took 13 mins to get off the bridge because people couldn't go up the stairs nicely. Super pretty with the lights but not worth it for the price 115$ for two adults. Not including the drive and gas.
Pretty nice but overpriced and usually very busy. Wish the prices were kept at $30s. Make sure to check out the cliff walk by the entrance! Great place for families, there's also restaurants and a small concession store on the other side of the bridge.
Amazing experience and for us it was one of a kind. Place is kept very well. Suspension bridge, cliff walk and treetop pathways are great. Tickets are a bit pricy though.
This park is one of the best experiences I've had. I can't wait to bring my family next time. I though this would be just a suspension bridge and some info. But it was waaayyy more. Cliff Walk Suspension Bridge Tree Top Adventure Were the most exhilarating things in the park. You do have to cross the bridge to get to the Tree Too Adventure. But it's worth it. And it's safe. There is so much to see and learn and enjoy at the park AMA members get a discount on prince. And the price is worth it. There lots to do and see if you don't want to do the cliff walk or tree top adventure. And it's so beautiful and secluded in there. There's a couple restaurants and a large gorgeous gift store. Easy way to spend half a day honestly. I went alone and it was so fun. But I will take my kids and husband next time.
They have a variety of bridges and lots of fun walking on those. Dog friendly. Beautiful lights and very well decorated. Highly recommend
Yes
What a great experience! At first I thought the ticket was so expensive but it includes the tree top trekking and the edge walk. It's such a serene, fun and jaw dropping experience. This has been one of our faves visiting Vancouver. This is the most well planned, excellent quality park we've ever been to. Loved everything about it.
A nice trip, they’ve added a lot of other attractions and made it very family friendly with activities for kids. When it’s busy it can feel a bit hectic on the bridge and other areas. Try to come during off peak hours to not feel rushed for the experience. You do have to pay to get in but if you’re a BC resident then you get unlimited entries for the season.
A must see and a must experience!! #conqueredmyfearofheights.. My 7 year old son couldn’t get enough of this place! My little monkey he is!!
Great! Just amazing to go at Christmas time for the lights. The parking is super easy at $6 per car. The whole area was lit up with lights creating an amazing walk through the huge trees. There is hot chocolate and "beaver balls" (mini pancakes) around the park. Highly recommend the hot chocolate located over the bridge. Free rain ponchos were available around the area, which is a wonderful touch and very thoughtful.
I loved the views we recieved however the price of admission was quite high! I'd definitely recommend re considering if you were planning on paying full price
Natures beauty at its finest. Lovely walk along the Capilano suspension bridge and a tasty ice cream you can buy on the other end of the bridge. If you’re looking for a peaceful sound of nature, this is the great place to go. Just a little pricey when it comes to the entrance fee but it’s gonna surely be worth it.
Very cool, the bridge is just a start, and it ends up being a very scenic hike through the tree tops, as well as the cliff walk. I love watching and learning about the birds. The price of admission was well worth it
Great park. Amazing sites, peaceful and fun bridges. The main suspension bridge sways a lot but it's safe. Highly read in the fall. Very beautiful but wet.
Such a great place to spend the day. Expensive entrance fee but AAA will get you 10% off each ticket. The park itself really is spectacular though. The tree Bridges and suspension bridge were great. Spectacular views. Go towards sundown so see it in the day, grad food , and then check out the night all lit up. It's well worth it. Free shuttle rides back to Vancouver too. So all in all not bad.
Such an inspiring experience. Even though it seems a bit tough but it was worth it. The staff was super friendly, caring, and welcoming. The park itself is just AMAZING... you can't get enough! It was magical and wonderful! So happy I had a chance to visit this place. :)
You could learn a history in North Vancouver and indigenous of Canadian Nice view Free shuttle is available from Canada place
Very unique experience! Had a great time exploring. The serenity and sanctity of the woods combined with the view and history makes this a must see. Pro tip: if you're staying in the waterfront area you can catch a free shuttle from Canada Place or a few other hotels in the area.
Excellent sighseeing place ! Treetop travel is amazing and suitable for yound kids. Have free shuttle bus from downtown to the park. What's more, BC resident can exchange annual pass in service center. Will definitely come back during different seasons !
Such a cool experience have been a couple times. Very overpriced. Even once you’ve spent like $60 on a ticket it will still cost you $15 to get the most basic of lunches. But the place is absolutely beautiful and such a cool place to go explore. Parking is easy to navigate too!
I was here as a child then teen BUT MAN have they done some brilliant upgrades! So much better. Really great perspective from up in the trees. So nice to be able to walk down in the forest. Wonderful for whole family. Very interactive for kids.
Second time at this park and I really enjoyed myself! The suspension bridge itself is a bit too busy, and there isn’t all that to see in the park, but the greenery is lovely and I’d suggest for those visiting Vancouver to go here.
Really nice park to visit. The suspension bridge is fun to cross, the canyon is narrow, and deep. The walk through the tree tops is awesome. If you can, then do come and see this place during "canyon lights". It was spectacular, a magical …
This park is beautiful, well preserved and has lots of nice view points/ amenities. I give only 3 stars because of the entrance price. I understand that they are trying to fund the park but it is still on the pricey side for what you get (the park is rather small). BC residents can avail of the membership option getting 365 days entrance for the same price as one visit ticket. We got this but after going once we can't justify going again even though it is free for us for 1 years.
What a beautiful place, the price to outsiders seems steep, but once you're In. The majestic beauty of it all is worth the price. Considering that if you're a resident you get a years pass for the price of one visit. Would highly recommend and go again!
One of tourist should visit when coming Vancouver. The bridge , kids love the tree path adventure, loved to see owl, during Christmas season there will be light show here. No need spend more time here. One hour is enough. Worthy to come if travel to Vancouver.

Great place for the family. We all loved the experience. Getting there early is recommended as it got really busy around lunch.
Second visit already, still stunning beautiful. Crossing the hanging bridge is fun. Christmas light setup are beautiful after night.

One of the best places to experience the beauty of nature & breathe some purest oxygen on the planet. Must visit place !
One of top attraction near Vancouver. I loved the bridge, the forest, but most of all the cliff trail. The place is clean, friendly staff.
Up to 10 min
The park was amazing. We were lucky to experience it covered in snow but I definitely want to go back in other seasons as well.

The Capilano Suspension Bridge in Vancouver is amazingly beautiful, breath taking and relaxing. You'll enjoy crossing the bridge, just be cautious on taking pictures on the bridge some local hikers gets pretty upset when you block the walk way lol.
One of the best Suspension bridge walk to be experienced. And it's a must visit during Canyon lights to experience that Christmas magic. Well maintained and regulated entry. But use your own caution to experience this as the place is super crowded. You cannot cross the bridge without bumping into other people.
Very nice place to spend a few hours. You go on the suspension bridge and then you can go on a walking track to learn more about the rainforests or you can go on the tree-top adventure. Some trees are really big and amazing to watch. Kids will like this too. and it’s totally safe.
I took child here years ago, back then I was upset that I wasn't aware it was not wheelchair friendly anywhere. Someone who never been to this city with a toddler in a wheelchair there was more on my brain ???? I carried my child around back then. 2021 I came back with a friend and it was nice, the masks mandatory outside is weird but not as packed as before
Visited on Jan 01 2022, the view was fabulous with the layer of snow everywhere.
Great morning of waking through a rainforest. Nice sights and friendly staff make the visit enjoyable.
Awesome place to visit. Beautiful rainforest located in the center of crowded city vancouver!! Feels superrbbbbbb
December is a perfect time of year to go. They had the lights up and the weather is cool so you are not sweating climbing stairs and such. They did such a great job decorating and of course the staff was very friendly. They are following the covid mask mandates and they have hand sani all over the place.
Had a BLAST at the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. All COVID-19 safety procedures followed extensively by the park, making my son and I feel very comfortable. The park had many offerings such as its well known Capilano Suspension Bridge, the new Treetop Trekking, and the thrilling CLIFFWALK! The gift shop offered many different gifts, and their fudge was very good (I'd recommend the pistachio).
Very good place. Around 2 hours' walk is enough
Yes
Bad experience. You pay a full price at private corporation, the front desk mentions nothing about attractions/trails that are not open, but gladly takes your money. Really wanted to see the raptors exhibit was met with 3 empty bird cages. This would have been fine only I was immediately met with trail closure signage after. Again, a private company that misleads customers with no signage mentioning attractions/trails open on their front page or at the front desk. I asked for a partial refund. Spoke to staff, waited and then spoke to her supervisor, and was told to wait again for her manager (the heck?) from an administrative building. I'm visiting from Toronto, and would highly not recommend.
Lovely view. I totally enjoyed the whole experience. Take care if you have phobia of heights as it is usually crowded so the bridge swings on a high height. The side hill walk is nice too so don't forget to check it out.
We absolutely wanted to visit Capilano's suspension bridge. We really loved it! My wife, who is afraid of heights was a little worried at the beginning but everything worked smoothly! If you're a BC resident you can have the annual pass for the same price and your guest will have 15% less on their entrance fee so do not hesitate to ask for it!
was a very nice walk. We caught dusk which made it very pleasant to see the surroundings at daylight and all the lights at night. Was perfect timing with thebsnow on the ground.
Such a wonderful place to visit , nice view, nice restaurants, an unforgettable experience! Whenever you go , you will love it !
Best outdoor Adventure place in North Vancouver,
Magic beautiful place, specially at Christmas season, tons of lights everywhere, pet friendly and good affordable food. It's a must see at North Vancouver!
Very beautiful natural scenery... The suspension bridge is amazingly long and makes the heart flutter but feels happy when you through... Its a really fun place... Clean public facilities... And you can nuy souvenirs invthis place... Unforgettable experience... The coolest thing, if you manage to cross the bridge, you will get a certificate
This is definitely an amazing place to explore at least once in a day time and once in an evening time. It is an experience. Very close to nature.
This is an excellent family friendly location. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but it was busy the day we went. Once inside the park, there was more than enough space to be socially distant and 95% is outdoors. What a remarkable history, and a lot of fun traveling many feet in the air from tree to tree. The edge attraction is also spectacular, being able to over look a beautiful river and trees. Well worth the cost, great way to spend two to three hours. I would add this to a must see list for families traveling to Vancouver.
Such a magic place! If you have the chance to visit Vancouver during Christmas times Do not miss this attraction. I felt in a living dream during my visit in the canyon of lights. Definitely a must do in Vancouver. Try beaver balls and enjoy a hot chocolate. My advice is take the shuttle or bus to avoid parking problems.

This place is breathtaking! Went with the kids and we all had fun! The staff were very polite and helpful.
Oohhh... how beautiful and peaceful! Magical place, definitely worth 50$. Stunning, breathtaking views! When we went there it was lightly raining and still had an amazing time! Everyone should visit at least ones for the experience! Additional ⭐ parking space is great! We were traveling in the big tow truck and it's easily fitted in the spot. Amazing I love it!!
Totally worth it! You can easily spend about three hours here - the suspension bridge, tree top adventure and cliffside walk. Disappointed that I couldn’t experience canyon lights owing to COVID restrictions.
We were privileged due to White Christmas. It was an one of its kind experience. The price VS the quality can be improved in the Restaurant.
Breathtaking view. My first time visiting a rainforest and it was spectacular. The air was so clean. We took lots of good photos. Very nice staff, there were story points in every attraction. Kids friendly place to visit.
Really great for a date night with your handsome/beautiful significant other. There is hot chocolate and snacks. Bridge is a bit scary with everyone on it but if you go at night time its a less crowd

April 2019 was a magical experience. The bridge wasn't too crowded and everyone was just so dang nice! Good amount of history to learn about the Natives and the land. Do not pass that up. The brideges in the trees were super fun for my then 9 yr old. Cannot wait to go back ????

This was a ton of fun. Great walk through the rainforest with ponds, educational stations and lots to keep kids engaged. They had a large hawk at the raptor place which was a thrilling surprise. The bridge and treetop walk and cliff walk are very cool, high and excitingly exposed (totally safe though). There's food and beverage (incl. beer and wine) on site. It seemed expensive until I understood just how much was there... it's good value for the price.
2021.11 $6 parking 3 hrs and $54 ticket. To me is a bit expensive. Is it worth it, well if you hv time staying there for 2 hr or more for all the mini trail and going like Xmas season will worth it. Coz they have light decorations
Such an amazing place to visit. Went there with some family and friends for the first time and it did not disappoint. Seeing the different species of flora was really nice as well as taking in the fresh air and sights. This was definitely a trip to remember and will definitely be coming back in the future.
Amazing place. Our family really enjoyed the suspension bridge park. Very unique and adventurous.
Ohhh heaven for nature lovers! Here you can enjoy a good family quality time with your friends, parents, kids, lovers! I loved this place, because you have so much to explore here! Suspension bridge which is kinda breathtaking part, then little bridge which are attached from one tree to another. It’s feel like you are a part of jungle, nature! They decorated this place with lights ???? wow which looks magnificent! There is a cliff bridge on the other side, and a very beautiful gift shop as well if you want to buy something for your friends and family.
Super fun activity for kids and adults. The cliff walk, suspension bridge and the tree house walk is awesome and worth of the money. The suspension bridge walk is thrilling and one should be ready for swings in midst of the bridge. Eating options are good and especially the ice cream/coffee option post crossing the bridge is rewarding. Tree walk is a great experience for kids. Parking is a nightmare and prefer shuttles or drops if possible. Else be ready to do street parking on nearby locations. Souvenirs shops are good with plenty of items, costly as usual. 3-4 hours should be good enough for the entire trip.
Amazing place to bring kids and family. It might be cold as the place is surrounded by water, plants and mountains. BC residents can get 1 year pass when u buy your tickets for the first time.
Lovely park. For kids there’s lot to learn, amazing place, history of bridge and information about forest, river, all natural sources. It’s almost a day trip, have coffee shop, restaurants and also ice cream shop.
One of my fav Vancouver attractions. Must visit. BC residents can get annual pass for price of general ticket. Loved the cliffwalk Can easily make a picnic out of this. There is a souvenir shop and a restaurant inside. Does not feel too hot on a sunny day because of the shade from the beautiful cedars and douglas firs.
No
Whilst not for those who are nervous of heights, we thought this was a very good (and quite safe) family adventure. The bridge does swing quite freely! The other walkways are very solid and stable. Lots of extra interest features. Allow at least 90 - 120 minutes. Free shuttle to/from Canada Place / cruise terminal.
Awesome experience, several lookout points to visit with a marvelous view! The ticket price is pretty expensive.
To whom it may concern: I implore you to not come here. First of all, the parking lot for this attraction was approximately 47 kilometres away, serviced by 2 shuttle busses. It also happened to be a free parking lot under a shopping plaza. This reminded me of when I host friends at my condo, ran out of spots, and had to tell them to park at the nearest shopping mall. When I finally got in, I was going to propose to my lady but the sway of the bridge made me drop the ring overboard. I could not ask an attendant to look for it, because there were too many people in front and behind me, modelling and pretending to have a good time. Unfortunately for myself, when I tried to do the same, the lights shut off and I could not flex for my Instagram photos. Meanwhile, the girl in front of me had already taken 437 photos. I would not recommend this experience!
Awesome adventure! Covid measures taken seriously. You have to book your ticket online prior to getting there. If you’re a BC resident, with the price of one ticket you get an annual pass. It’s better to purchase this option as a BC resident because they have many events during the year and you can attend with you annual pass for free. There’s Sufficient paid parking just outside the entrance.
Wonderful place, a must visit, extremely clean. Spectacular views
Went there in the mid of Winter during the new year time and had a great experience of lighting there. Entire park was decorated with lot of light and is seems amazing. The bridge was a fantastic experience for me and the hill side suspension track was amazing.
Such a fun experience. We were rushed on time in Vancouver and wanted to get in some nature sightseeing, and this was a great place to do it. We took the free shuttle from downtown Vancouver and arrived on time. The actual bridge itself is fun to walk across (though it can get pretty crowded) but the cliff walk and tree walkways are definitely a must-see. Refreshments available at the cafe in the park. Decent coffee too. After the visit, you can either take the free shuttle back or take a local bus just outside the park gates to explore north Vancouver.
Capilano is Amazing! It's one of the best place I've been so far. Especially now from Feb 4-28 they have set up a love lights with red, pink and colorful Christmas lights almost everywhere ???? in the trees and bridges. Wear your best outfit and camera for the best shots
It is one of the most beautiful places in BC. Amazing suspension bridges! They have a great light show. It is a must-go in Vancouver!
Decided to visit Capilano Suspension Bridge Park after 17 years and totally impressed by the Canyon Lights. The lights fit beautifully in the natural setting of the park. Park staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend a visit to this place and enjoy the fresh air and a walk among the tall trees.
Weekend
Absolutely amazing. They've done a lot of work to add to the park since I went as a kid and it's a great place to spend time but also very much maintained as much natural beauty as possible. Admission isn't cheap but it's worth it!
Beautiful bridge with the scenery to match. So many paths and Amazing views around every corner. Staff were friendly and attentive, we enjoyed our moose balls ????
This was an absolute delight to witness. I came here along to explore the wilderness and to walk across the famous bridge. It was an experience I will not soon forget. Although it was crowded at the time, everyone was helpful especially the employees. They made sure the line went by smoothly and made everyone's day. Great fun attraction for kids and families.
It was a great experience only reason for 3 starts is because it was not as long and large as expected. It's quite short distance compared to the pictures but it has lots of different places to explore. So in all fun time.
It's nice, but too easy and small. Kids play. And very pricey
Been to Capilano many times. 1st time with Christmas lighting. Not to be missed. Great job with the lights team Capilano. !!
A fun experience where you can learn about nature and enjoy amazing views. The staff was very friendly as well.
Busy, but bearable. Beautiful!!! Wonderful Christmassy outing to do with family or friends. Probably takes 2 hours to get through, which goes by quickly. Parking can be tricky, allow time to find parking.
This was probably the most scenic and beautiful event of our entire stay. There is quite a bit to do too; including the suspension bridge, a cliff-type walk, and a tree-top walk. Since we came mid November they had a lot of the Christmas/Holiday lights up which definitely added to the ambiance and the walk around. My wife is normally afraid of heights but everything was very well secured and she wasn’t scared or anxious at all. I would pick to do this on the very best weather of days so that you get the best views. They also had a good amount of unique gifts at the shop and the “beaver balls” (mini pancakes) were pretty good. This is the number one thing I’d recommend people do if coming to Vancouver.
Definitely worth visiting. The bridge might not 'wow' you but the bridges between trees definitely a nice experience. The river around the place is relaxing and gives it a more natural feeling. Parking is $7 (flat rate) and worth ~3 hours. The pass is $46.95 for adult before taxes. They give discounts to some auto clubs i.e., AMA (Alberta), etc.
Really fun place to just walk around. The lights are really nice and there's lots to do.

Visited here back in 2000 and was a treat to return again and see all that they had added. The bridge is nicely lit up. Going across the bridge and feeling it swing was fun again, even 21 years later. The whole place is a great way to spend your day and just get out and explore.
This place is absolutely magical. The Christmas theme lighting made it a bit more special indeed but even during the day this is such a great place to be. The bridge is quite high and yes, it moves a bit but gives you an amazing view. Definitely worth the visit Parking on site, metered, flat fee for 3 hours. Buy your tickets online and skip the queue
Wow, its now one of our top 3 destinations when in Vancouver.
The place is great and a must visit attraction for everyone not jist tourists or people from outside BC.. I would recommended going there more than once and also taking a professional camera to take good photos and videos that will last with you forever it's an experience that you will try to repeat more than once I would also highly recommend going with a group and it is a total different experience. You don't need to buy anything from outside you can get food, dessert and drinks from inside they also have small shops that sell souvenirs for visitors. If you are going to go more than once I would recommend going once and daytime and other time at night. Also in Christmas it truly looks magical over there with the lights and decorations they set up.
The suspension bridge and surrounding area was beautiful. It is out of the way to get to, but There’s a free shuttle bus from DT to take you there and back. The site has a lot of activities for younger children to enjoy (from bird education, tree too trekking and others) and may be great for families. Without doing any of the activities, just walking through the area was about an hour.
absolutely stunning place to visit....I hope everyone gets a chance to visit during the times they have the lights on at night...it's absolutely dazzling totally worth every penny
Fantastic place to visit as a couple or with your family/kids with plenty of activities including a suspension bridge, treetops adventure, and cliff walk. There are some educational components throughout the park as well including some slug exhibits and some real hawks and other birds that they show and teach you about. You can spend lots of time here but you can also get through in an hour or so. Lots of variety and worth a visit for sure. Parking on the opposite side of the street. Little shops inside if you want to buy anything.
Amazing views. I can see why is Vancouver #1 destination. Best time to go is at 3pm for lights and pics.
No
The winter lights were stunning!!! I had bought tickets in advance and was subsequently dreading going because the forecast was freezing cold weather. So so glad I bundled up and came. The bridge itself is gorgeous at night time but the rest of the park is something else! I loved the tree walk high above the ground. The lights were extraordinary. Even with lots of people on a sold out night, the park felt large enough to accommodate everyone outside distanced safely. The hot chocolate is a must try. Great family friendly activity
A bit expensive but the lights are pretty. If you go around sunset, you'll get to see the pretty lights before and after it gets dark. ????
Amazing I can't believe I did it im scared of heights so this was fun
Super awesome place to bring the family. Lots of nice views and the staff is super friendly. Make sure to take tones of pictures, this place is awesome!
Very safe and absolutely amazing view. I highly recommend to get the yearly pass if you live in BC.

A fancinating place that visitors must go, better experience before Christmas with lights, lots of lights.
Great experience for a first timer - they were putting up holiday season lights so everything was extra pretty. We went around 3:30pm on a Wednesday and it was great because there were not a lot of people so we could take all the pictures we wanted.
The place is done up well and the lights among the trees are really beautiful. It bodes well that if you're a resident of BC, you get an annual pass which can be used for as many trips as you please during the following year. If you're not a BC resident, the 60 bucks for a singe trip might be a bit too much! Nonetheless, could be worth taking the kids here, specially during the holidays!
Always fun! Great place for kids to enjoy and run around.
Definitely worth a visit, the way they have created the tree top adventure without any damage to the trees was impressive.
Was expensive but WORTH EVERY PENNY! we spent a good few hours here. We were the first ones on June 24th 2020 and it was perfect, beautiful and so relaxing. The view are amazing and I love calling this beautiful province my home.

A blast — beautiful scenery. Recommended. But expensive and parking is also pay-to-park 1 hr and 1/2 — if you want to check everything while taking your time. If not crowded you can hit everything less than an hour. Only tip: Get there before anyone.
Came to visit with family on August 9th, 2020 for the summer season. Excellent COVID-19 safety measures. Be sure to reserve a time online in advance for entry. There’s an Agents of Discovery App for kids to play, interact, and explore at certain areas around the park. We enjoyed walking to the treetops adventure, seeing an owl at the Birds of Raptors Ridge, going on a cliff walk, and visiting the Trading Post. There’s much more to do than crossing the suspension bridge! Hope to be back soon!
Good place for visit. Lots of walk and fun. Advisable for kids.
So much silly fun, the lights were lovely. Always a nice time.
Awesome. Kind of crowded for an event under restrictions. People were carefully observing masking and sanitizing.
JC One Liner Review: A fabulous activity if you can do it. This bridge is located close from downtown Vancouver, only 15 minutes away. You will spend around 2-3 hours to walk around, take pics, hang out and talk to your loved ones while walking. You can definitely find good photo shoot spots. When I first heard about this Vancouver's iconic Capilano Suspension Bridge, I thought it would take at least one hour drive to get to it but man, just 15 minutes? Just do it! Parking was easy. There is a parking lot right across the street from the entrance. There were many empty spaces, and we paid less than $10 for it. Ticket Pricing was around 47 CAD which converted to ~36 USD. It could seem a bit expensive for a 2-3 hour activity but I had great time with my friend inside the park.
No wait
A nice day out with for the family :) admission includes a 1 year pass as well. The park isn’t too big to be overwhelming and it’s not too small. Just right ;) it’s pretty mobile even the tree top excursion wasn’t too much to handle
Visited with out of town family - was great to share a local tourist destination with them. The prehistoric looking forest and kids tree top adventure were easy hi lights. Certainly worth the stop with the right people!!!
Nice but members of staff will need to interact more with visitors by providing more guidance on what to expect. The shuttle driver from Canada place was very nice with his explanations. He said he was a school teacher so his students are lucky to have him. Thanks
This is a very impressive place. I think it’s a great place that offers a lot to do and see. We did the suspension bridge, skywalk, treetop walk and walked around the shops. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, but it’s very commercialized. The price is a little outrageous for me. I certainly wouldn’t go back unless it was 50% off. The suspension bridge is extremely beautiful and I enjoy the adrenaline, but with so many people on it it becomes less special. The skywalk was a beautiful structure and the engineers should be proud. The tree top walk was also fun, but it was just overwhelming with the people. I cannot even imagine it in the summer. It’s a stunning place and if the price was lower and it was less commercialized, the place would be perfect. If you’re dying to go, then hit it up once, but I wouldn’t say it’s a must do. Go enjoy a nature walk elsewhere with less people around and that won’t cost nearly as much.
Weekend
Valentine's day display. Rainy day in Vancouver. The lighting was great and Abigail was telling some interesting things about history and wild life of this place. Have to be reasonably good on foot. Lots of climbing and stairs but also beautiful views. Personally, I find the entrance fee slightly high.
This is a nice place to visit. However, the admission fee is relatively expensive. Although there is a discount for families, but it's still expensive.
While pricey, you definitely get what you pay for. So much effort has been put into making this place feel magical. It's not only beautifully lit, but the landscapes provided gives you the unique BC forest experience. Somehow they have created an ambience that lightens everyone's spirits. With 3 separate beautifully lit walks (not including the bridge itself), education, and refreshments, the admission fee is worth it (plus includes an annual pass).
So lovely all done up in Christmas lights! Great something warm too drink and take your time wandering through. Such a wonderful idea for a date night! Go later at night if you want a quieter night, earlier in the evening if you want a more family oriented environment!
What a great place! We came to this place to celebrate our anniversary from Montreal! Everyone, from the start of our journey, were very nice with us. Great stories we listened, very nice places to see. Do you want to go to a magical place a meet the magical people of Vancouver? Go to this place. Thanks to the people who helped us with our pictures, the ladies in the store, the guides going around in the park, the drivers!! Omg! Thanks for the story and your good vibe! Thank you for being part of our souvenir!!
I was my first time going to there. I thought it's gonna be a nice time to spend at the park. But for surprise it's a really short walk and more than expensive almost 60ca$ only to walk through a bridge. I don't recommend to go there. There are better things in Vancouver and less expensive.
I had the opportunity to visit when I was driving from Vancouver to Calgary with my parents. My Mom was too afraid to go across because she is afraid of heights, so my Dad and I went. What an experience!! I would strongly recommend visiting at least once. What a picturesque part of the country. I will always remember visiting the bridge and walking in the woods with my Dad - such a nice memory. Peaceful. Gorgeous. Would definitely visit again.
The lights were gorgeous✨???? and such a fun thing to have when C-19 is active. Having the option to be outdoors with crowds, with safety precautions, but still being able to experience community…. It was really awesome.???? Currently getting my annual pass! This attraction is gorgeous all year round. What a beautiful place with rich, lush nature!???????? Blessed to live here! ????????
I always enjoy my visits to the suspension bridge, each time I go I see something new.
Over rated, the suspension bridge isn’t that high and really not that much to see. Tree top wasn’t that high either and nothing crazy. I think it was ok for a walk in the park for maybe 15-20$ but for over 55$ wasn’t worth.
We had so much fun in the park! We went through the whole thing twice. I loved the Treetop Adventure most. It felt like being on Endor (for the Star Wars fans). Out junior high aged kids had a blast too. We packed a picnic lunch and ate at one of the many benches in the park. There are a couple of food establishments on site though and both looked great!

Wow! It was so wonderful even with a little bit of rain and fog. The Valentine’s Day lights were looking awesome and it seemed like they put a lot of effort into all the decoration. Recommendation: go there between 4:30-6:30 to see it during day time as well as when it’s dark!
My recommendations for having the best trip: 1. Get the year pass! The year pass and the day pass are the same rate. Also there are some perks of getting a year pass. 2. If you are new to Vancouver or haven't explored Vancouver despite living there for some time (like me), I recommend you to take the free shuttle to the bridge from Canada Place. You will get a small tour of few places in Vancouver which is on the way to the bridge. The driver will tell you some amazing facts of the areas along the way. 3. If you would want to spend some time on the bridge (to take photos or enjoy the view), try to come before 12pm. I came by 10am and the bridge wasn't too crowded. 4. To keep kids entertained, a booklet with activities/questions can be found near the cafe. Once completed, you'll get a sticker when you return it near the bridge. 5. There are lots of spots to take instagram worthy pictures. 6. Good if you visit alone. For the best experience, visit with group of friends or family or just bring your dog (may need to coax with treats them to help cross the swaying bridge).
An absolute must stop! We had a great time going through the whole grounds and it was all amazing, especially the Dr. Woods activity for our son. The cliff walk was incredible as was the chicken burger and the end.
I was not expecting this as an experience. I was very happy to realize it was a vaste beautiful park. More than the main suspended bridge in the middle. The tree house experience in the trees with the lights on the tree was magnificent. I truly enjoyed my experience and would recommend this activity for any couple or family or even friends.
Wonderful overall experience. Staff was ultra helpful and the views are wonderful.
Very nice walk very educational. But a little bit to expensive.
The park layout is well thought out. Tree tops walk and the trails were in the woods. Light shows during Christmas made it magical. Admission is on the high side but worth it.
Omg it was so much fun!!!!!!!!!! My fiancé, kids and me bad a blast absolutely loved the whole thing. There was a bunch of cool facts about the ecosystem, trees, other plant and wildlife posted around the trails for you check out. Along with such a cool trail system through the trees and ground on the far side of the bridge. We also did the "cliffwalk" kids and fiancé loved it I was a bit freaked out but the view was worth it. Absolutely so happy we got the seasons pass vs a one day admission. Must visit for locals and tourists!!! Awesome "staycation" idea for this year.
Good experience but expensive. Treetop walk was very crowded, even on weekday morning.
The parking lot was overflowed, people were all over the place shoulder to shoulder, the overflow parking lot provided was way far off from the park. People had to squeeze into the shuttle just to get to the park. They really should have restricted the number of visitors due to COVID, I have been to the park many times over a decade, yet this was the worst experience I have had with Capilano suspension bridge park. I wish I could give it zero star.

Most fresh air we’ve had since the whole pandemic started. We went during the week (Thursday) and it was popular, wouldn’t hazard a guess what the weekend days would be like. Mask protocol in place but there is only so much the staff can police people that forget or refuse. Apart from that, it’s a pleasant 2 hour night walk with some interesting lighting displays.
In day time you enjoy the serene view of mountains and at night forest illuminates with different colours
#Capilano #Suspension #Bridge #Park Capinano Suspension Bridge Park has so many amazing views and it may give you feel of a Rain Forest. Here you can see some trees over 1300 years old in very healthy condition. This is a must go place if you are visiting Vancouver specially with kids. Be prepared for weather and your hiking or non-slippery shoes.
Wow, I really enjoyed my time at the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Originally I though the ticket price was high at $55 CAD, but the quality of the bridges, safety items, the card for grounds suggest that they aren't just pocketing all the money. The bridges, walkway, features and steps were all in really good shape. Felt safe during the entire trip not to mention how beautiful the site is!
We went to the capilano in mid December. It was not snowing by then but weather was super chilly. We didn't know there is free commute to and fro from the Downtown. You can hop on from the Canada place. Buses are in 30 mins in interval from 9 to 6 I believe. We bought our ticket at the counter and we were told to collect the year free pass on our way out. Yay! Year free pass is only for the residents and not the visitors. The festival of lights was magical experience. We spent more than 6 hours there because we went early by 12PM. Actually it's possible to cover everything within 2-3 hours . Plan accordingly. There are two restaurants and one Cafe with good options.
Such a beautiful place to go. Face all your fears at this place and become one with your self. the gift shop is very cool lots of great things to get as gifts. the Restaurant though is way over price an not worth the money spent that's for sure and nothing special. Other then that its a must to check out.
Ooooohh WOW ! did not expect the ice cream to be this delicious!! You have to try the lemon yogurt cookie ( it has pieces of cookie inside) and strawberry lemonade ( I've never tried a strawberry ice cream with so many fresh strawberries blended inside! ) Its soooo good I really didn't think it would be this good! Wow! ( ice cream shop is inside the gift shop!) And the fudge is really good too just a little too sweet for me but I absolutely adore Capilano Bridge! This place is awesome! Its definitely worth it to be members here..my first year seeing the Canon Lights display such a spectacular sight. Felt like I was in a Star Wars ( the movie) special production for the holiday season...Best time to go is the last slot of the evening not too busy. 10 months ago: We are now official members here! We love this adventure walk into the lushious Canadian rainforest! A beautiful place to wonder through the tree tops and learn something new with the tour guides on site. The gift shop is also a nice place to wonder through.
So many lights. Fantastic date night. Get there early as it gets busy.
Weekday
Lovely activity for kids and families. Lots to learn about the history and nature, but I would not recommend going on Saturdays as it gets way too crowded and the Suspension Bridge becomes impossible to walk. The Suspension Bridge and Cliffwalk path could trigger people's fear of heights as the bridge shakes and the path is made of a see through metal surface.
Good experience. treetop adventure is great . However price seems to be too high which was $230 for four people. But the good thing for bc residents is that you can get an annual pass at the exit for no extra money.
Overall a great experience! Beautiful rain forest! I do feel that the tickets are slightly over priced!
Price is a bit up there to just walk around. But it’s cool. They could add so many more thing to do and I wish they had more to do. Overall it’s a cool experience and was fun. I would recommend going early in the morning to avoid people. Because the less people the more time you have to see an do things. Plus less people means the scenery is prettier too. We went in August.
It is good for one time experience and I think everyone should go to see something different
Beautiful, breathtaking, clean. Definitely a must if you are a tourist and visiting Vancouver. We were there for 3 hours exploring and it definitely did not feel like we were there that long. Only thing I could complain about is the price of admission (around $53) but then again it's totally worth it.
The tickets are expensive, but it is worth it. For 2 adults (Non BC residents) we paid $57.70 per person (taxes and fees all included) and also note that you need to pay for parking separately (we paid $6.35 for parking). It’s a bit high of a price tag, but it was well worth it. We arrived early (9:30am) it wasn’t too busy just yet, but still good number of people. The highlight of course was the Capilano Suspension Bridge which is just marvelous. It is a bit scary to walk across, but I felt more comfortable on the return (you need to come back on it to exit the park) I recommend definitely taking lots of pictures (make sure your phone/camera are securely held - Loopy case on my phone came so handy) Once you cross the bridge, there’s Treetops Adventure which was also very fun & beautiful. There were Owl talks happening there too. Also don’t miss out on the Cliffwalk! It was also very nice - a few more photo spots. It’s a great place to come and enjoy the nature - very close to Vancouver!
Fantastic park and conservation centre. We went later on a Sunday and it made for a much better experience than some of the other photos where the place looked packed. So beautiful to experience what nature has to offer, the suspension bridge and cliff walk were truly one of a kind experiences with breathtaking views of the mountains and forest. It was awesome to see they took conservation and education seriously as well. Plus, if you visit and you're a BC resident, you can apply for a pass to visit an unlimited number of times FREE for a year. Will definitely go back!
Beautiful views with a fun environment for the whole family! All the staff was super kind and informative. And as a bonus I happened to be there after they had set up the lights throughout the park... so cute!
Capilano Suspension Bridge with lights looks like a piece from heaven. You can feel the Christmas there as the time stopped in one of the legend stories.
What a magical place in the morning. The sunlight through the trees is gorgeous! The whole place gives off a Disney vibe- in the best way. Plenty of helpful staff, super clean, very well maintained. People holler about this being a tourist trap, but I thought it was very much worth the cost. It is NOT handicap accessible and expect to climb a LOT of stairs! Tip: ask about a student discount!
I was really impressed by the free shuttle bus driver Micheal’s tour of the city. He was funny and very professional. So grateful to have him as our bus driver! :) The capilano suspension was definitely breathtaking, along with many tourists that marvelled at the beautiful trees and the suspension bridge that made us sweat by its height. The staffs were so kind and loving and snapped a new pictures for a solo trekker for me! I stay so grateful for their kind gesture! I love Vancouver!!????????????????
This was a great little walk. The bridge was fun, the cliff walk was fun. Watching the squirles was a neat. They have bathrooms, gift shop, coffee / snacks. Parking is a seperate cost from entry. We enjoyed every part of this. This is worth the drive if you can make it.
Such a cool history, I had no idea before coming! Highly recommended for anyone in the area.
Visited here at the end of winter. We hopped on the first (free) shuttle bus they offer out of Canada Place and we were they as soon as they open. Good time to go as they are not as many people and we had the entire par to ourselves, however it was raining so less people visited. We had a great time, and the whole park is beautiful. A great leisure stroll if you have free time during your trip. The bridge itself its amazing! Great photo opportunity.
Amazing! Must go! One of my favourite places in North Vancouver. Amazing staff specially the staff member who explained everything about the native statues! I was so impressed by his knowledge! I wish I could remember his name!
If you go to Vancouver, then this is definitely one of the must visit places. The suspension bridge, the tree top adventure and the cliff walk....all are very good... Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes Make sure you follow me and check out the pictures....I have taken pictures of some interesting information
What a great place. So much more than just a suspension bridge. Can appreciate the time and effort to make all the beautiful trails and Skywalks. Incredible. The Owl and falcon were very cool to see. Had a great day there.
An iconic destination in Vancouver. Beautiful Rainforest with treetops and indigenous history. Great place for families, adventures and photographers. There’s a gift shop, a restaurant and paid parking across the street. I really enjoyed it!
Wonderful. Organized. Lovely. Amazing views. And breathing the air with the trees was so fresh! Nice adventure
The views are stunning and if you’re hungry the cliff side restaurant they have there is great! The gift shop is full of lots of stuff and most of the items are local wares instead of junk from overseas. We had a great visit with no regrets, but it’s worth mentioning that it looks a little bigger on the map than it is in real life. It’s a bit pricey for what it is in a literal sense, but for many tourists like us who have never been in the rainforest before I think it is a worthwhile experience. Randomly we also saw a couple get engaged there today on the treetop adventure. If you’re seeing this, congrats again!
We took our family for a nice afternoon and fully enjoyed the bridge and cliff walk! The lights add a special touch, as do the gorgeous totem poles. Staff is delightful and always smiling! The kids loved stopping to play the games and learn about some of the animals in the area. A great way to spend some time together as a family.
Up to 10 min
Lots of fun and activities there, much more to explore and nicely preserved historical place, amazing to see ancient trees and plants, must be visited
If you like line ups you will find this magical. We mistakenly thought this would be a nice way to spend the evening looking at the light. The tickets are way oversold. There was no parking so we had to park 2km away and take a shuttle. The we lined up to get in, lined up to cross the bridge, lined up to take the cliff walk. All in sub zero temperatures. Not fun at all.
Lots more to do than expected...and I've been there before! Was good fun with 6 and 7yo.
Highlight of my trip in the Vancouver area! First thought was "it's a bit pricey" but after 5min I felt in love with the place! Monday morning, the light in the forest was perfect and there was not too much people. Could have stay all day long there! ????
Reservation recommended
Very relaxing place to be. Beautiful scenery, friendly staff. Little expensive, but if you are a BC resident you can buy an annual pass for the same price as a single ticket and then go back other times. We plan to go in winter and check out the lights
Very nice experience! Clean and neat place! Very accessible place! Parking lot is organized and large enough to take lots of cars, it is not expensive as well! Walking on the suspension bridge was wonderful experience! If you are resident of BC then the annual pass for 57 dollars which is very reasonable price! Highly recommended!
Great for families and people looking for some close to home nature. Not recommended for avid hikers. Very well organized and clean environment. Lots of stuff to see and appreciate the forest and natural environment around us. Expensive for what it is though.
Great place to visit specially during the summer time. Looks beautiful.
Was an intetesting experience, scary as *uck, and breath taking. I loved it, but not sure I will be going back soon
Great spot for sight seeing and good spot for beginner hikers as well as advanced hikers
Visited during February on a trip to Vancouver. Although it was cold and a little wet, it seemed like a great place to visit during this time of year. There weren't many people, so I was able to get some nice family pics without hassle or people in the shot or in the way. Lots to explore, so the hiking negated the cold. But the damp conditions made some of the features feel more dangerous. All in all, a great place to spend a few hours exploring.
We went there to witness the Canyon Lights and they were breath taking! A must visit place!
Honestly, I always battle with the price factor on this one. Having said that, the quality of the park definitely merits the ticket prices, and if you’re a BC resident you just kinda know you’ll be back here more than once per year, so the annual pass makes sense, especially for the built in discounts not just for Capilano and it’s stores and foods, but also other tourist attractions around Vancouver as well as a few restaurants and lodges. The park itself is always a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. I just found out today that it’s actually kind of awesome to go just after a good rain too, very fresh air and an amazing mood, and there’s always so many ways to get a good photo in if you’re an amateur photographer like me. Always enjoyable, and I’ll be back soon!
Take the free shuttle from Canada Place in downtown Vancouver and visit this wonderful park
Awesome the scenery is amazing The staff was fenominal
The tickets to go see the lights were expensive and not worth the price compared to other places. A ticket does not guarantee a parking spot, so we had to park in a residential area a few blocks away. The park was crowded with people, and social distancing measures were disregarded.
Took a spontaneous trip to Vancouver and this was a fantastic experience! I’m afraid of heights but the excitement and the beautiful view was completely worth it. There are a bunch of trails and beauties of nature to explore. Absolutely loved visiting the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Note that I did visit here before COVID 19 so I’m not sure how much has changed with the experience or hours of opening.
Beautiful place! Don't bring a stroller..not stroller friendy if you have a baby. Bring a carrier for them :)
Spectacular. Second to last day so very crowded. Should have had time entry. Getting on and off the north shore was long and tedious. I remember now why I don't go very often.
Great place to take the kids and family to enjoy some really nice Christmas lights. Well definitely check it out again

Went for the Love Lights, and it was so beautiful!!!! Lights were even on during the day, but it is more magical at night. Parking is across the street from entrance, was $6 for 3hrs. Went around 4pm so we could experience the lights during the day and night sky. It was a weekday, so wasn't very busy and we had great photos without people in the background. It was chilly at first but with all the walking you warm up really fast. Super romantic yet family friendly. Totally worth it go to especially if you're a BC resident so you get an annual pass for the price of one visit. My only wish is that it stayed open longer because once the sky gets dark around 5pm we only had 1 hr to enjoy the lights since it closed at 6pm. We spent 2 hrs there, got to see everything, but I wish we stayed longer. Overall, TOTALLY WORTH IT TO GO!!!
Great place to visit. Views are outstanding
Oh Capilano...such potential....amazing lights, pleasant staff BUT, and this is a massive BUT, it didn't seem like there was any health and safety protocols in place regarding COVID19. Social distancing is gone out the window as your ushered within a hairs breadth of the strangers in front of you. On top of that their free shuttle bus is...unreliable...to say the least. We waited over 40 minutes for a bus to pick us up only to call the park and be told that we should go to Canada place (as opposed to one of their hotel pickups) because the buses won't drive by if the bus is full or if they are running late, 20 minute walk/jog later we're finally on the bus with the other baffled parties that we we're waiting without any real acknowledgement about the whole leaving us on the side of Robson st. Its a shame because the attraction and the lights are stunning and it is so lovely to get to see them. If you can time it right so you miss the large crowds while also not getting left on the side of the road waiting for the bus then I'd recommend giving this place a shot!
For me, it was lackluster and underwhelming. I guess this place is perfect for kids and family. But this park is nothing compared to all the national parks/ nature parks I have been to, not to mention the crazy expensive tickets just to go in. It’s the spot that swimming with tourists. Anyway, will not go back here again.
One of the best places to visit it’s worth the experience to walk through the bridge although the price of entrance is a bit higher but it’s nice. Also it’s nice for the kids to explore walking between the trees also. Nice place ????
Such a great space with a calm and peaceful forest, even with the amount of people here you still get a sense of the size and importance of this place. We visited in September, and although busy with several tour buses, getting there early really paid off as it was packed as we left - still not as busy as summer periods. The bridge is a good experience, as is the treetop walk, and the clifftop experience where you walk out from the edge. Overall a little expensive but still a good day out - the free shuttle bus service from downtown worked great for us and the driver even dropped a few of us off near Stanley park for the afternoon.
Great place for a walk and adventure! Arriving at 9am when they open is best.. less people. I've also heard it's beautiful at night with all the lights on but I didn't see that, it was just suggested.
The Christmas Lights are probably my favourite overall attraction in the whole of Vancouver right now. It’s absolutely stunning with so much to see and do. You pretty see everything you would in the day, however there’s endless mesmerising lights covering every square inch. You can see what you want, at your own leisure as many times as you want. You should allow a extra 30 mins for parking, as anything close is usually full. The place is clean with lots of COVID awareness etc

Simply one of the coolest experiences I've ever had. So beautiful (particularly the area/attractions on the far side of the bridge) and such a unique place that can't be missed. If you're lucky you might spot some bald eagles fishing in the river below the bridge. Even my husband who is deathly afraid of heights said he'd do it again!
Worth the visit - One of the highlight of the trip for my 9 year old niece!

Love canyon lights besides coming here anytime
Really nice place to go. The bridge and cliff walk are really impressive. Unexpectedly, the gift shop was full of little treasures!
One of top attraction near Vancouver. I loved the bridge, the forest, but most of all the cliff trail. The place is clean, friendly staff.
Yes
It's a must to go see the Christmas light display at the Capilano Suspension Bridge! In must have been an incredible amount of work to get the entire forest covered in lights like that! Kid friendly, fun, interactive, beautiful! Can't recommend enough.

Light up the night was the opening night of the Canyon Lights exhibit running over Christmas until the new year. It features lovely illuminated displays throughout the park. A very different vibe from the usual summer, daylight experience. Absolutely magical.
My sister and I took our grandchildren there. It was awesome. The kids had a great time.
the fee as of August 2021 was almost 50 USD per person, it is a bit expensive but it is worth visiting. I would definitely visit it again. Being in a forest quite like this is just amazing!!
