I was here for the Toronto Caribbean Culture Carnival and Parade aka Caribana. It is so much fun. I've been going for years and have always loved it since a little child.

Dale Lutes

Loved the butterfly garden. Lots of monarchs and a hummingbird. Walk along waterfront. Bike trail. Place to buy beverages. Washroom facilities. Parking. Relaxing. Dogs and I had a great day.

Budapest Park is a wonderful area to enjoy anytime of the year and today was amazing with full sun and warmth. Great spot for families and children. Walking around or biking the trails. Walk around the shoreline on the beach or sit and take in all the amazing views.

Suzanne de Waard

Its a wonderful area to have a walk and a nice place close to the beach. Several places and areas to sit. There normally is a pretty cold breeze in this area, so do recommend wearing a extra layer when going to this area!

Katrina Weitzel

I loved the butterfly garden, although I'd like for more people to keep in mind that touching the butterfly's wing(s) can hurt it and prevent it from flying. I saw a couple people dangling a monarch to get a photo, and it made me sick to my stomach. There are many other ways to get photos, beautiful ones at that, and your fingers in the picture just make for a weird unnatural pic anyway....not to mention you're hurting a beautiful, harmless creature.

Cute little lakefront beach. Close to the pedestrian bridge and boardwalk. Good place to go floating.

Manny-William Williamz-Breadner

so long as you're mindful of your own health n safety, giving the nature of our times, one can feel safe and enjoy the scenery, especially the wide expanse view of Lake Ontario. plenty room to move 0 about. there have been Muskoka chairs installed here n there which I found great for kicking break n reading.

You can access the water which is a great plus in hot days, some people do kayaking or SUP. Apparently there is no renting you have to bring your own, and you can't go too far? You have to stay inside the barrier. The beach is not very clean. A lot of bird feathers and some dog owners walk and bath their dogs and occasionally forget to pick up their poop. The grass part is good to relax and read.

Beautiful place!)

Lovely. Took one star off because the water smelled rancid. Seriously. If I could bottle up the smell by the shore and put it in a candle, people would buy it for their worst enemy. Aside from that though, walking along the boardwalk was nice. There weren’t too many bugs after dark.

Akash Rohith

Best place to go with family and friends and best place to spend time. The view is amazing.

Canadian Traveller

Large sandy beach with a long boardwalk. The water is calmed by a breakwater so its perfect for paddle boarding and rowing. Lots of green space too to set up for a picnic.

Bodhisattva Pal

Nice water front park for spending your afternoon. Not much crowded.

Watch out for the City of Toronto Agent giving tickets if you BBQ or break any rules. Otherwise lovely part of the park, need public bathrooms off seasons and more all seasons, water is lovely , tress and shade, parking , kids area and well kept.

Sophie J

Shame about the plastic on the beach, otherwise this place is absolutely wonderful whatever the weather.

Dean Zaghloul

Close to the outdoor pool, with a kids playground, on the lake, boats walk and picnic tables. How can anyone find this less than perfect, unless you want to play ball or a rough sport. Have fun & keep it clean for everyone to enjoy!

Jayveer Parmar

Budapest Park is a beautiful little park with several memorials honouring Hungarian culture on the northern shore of Lake Ontario. It's certainly worth a detour and a stop to learn something new and take some photographs.

Kristina Hedley

Very busy on the area due to the airshow. Hard to find a place to sit, but pretty good view from there for the show.

Only a few meters away from the inhabited area, one gets into another world and creates a little holiday feeling. Trees, beach, a converted view of Lake Ontario. Ideal to spend your lunch break there.

It has a butterfly garden and it’s like a lookout place where you can hangout by the water. Nice place for a summer - early fall date and has a lot of ducks. It also has a wooden boardwalk that you can use to walk inside the park

Many opportunities in take great pictures of Canadian Geese and beautiful Swans. Picturesque lake front with lovely views of CN tower and Toronto's skyline. Best time to visit in my opinion Dusk.

Its a perfect little spot for swimming and sun bathing! The beach could be cleaned a little more. Lots of debris laying in the sand. So watch your barefeet!

This is an Incredible part of the lakeshore boardwalk in Toronto. Come walk this beautiful path to expirence some of the most beautiful full views of the city and its skyline. If you prefer biking or rollerblading trails for that along this park are available as well. Walks during sunset here is guaranteed to be romantic! And a wonderful picture opportunity aswell. Area can get really busy, find the perfect time to go.
