I recently injured my knee running and weight training and was struggling with even simple movements like going up and down stairs. Shane was able to get me in quickly for treatment and after the first appointment, I had a huge improvement in both pain and mobility. I am very happy with the treatment I have received from Shane and will continue to see him for my chiropractic needs.

After about a month with a pain that moved between the back of my head, side of my neck and one shoulder blade I went to the doctor. The X-ray he order showed degenerative vertebrae. The doctor suggested that physio wouldn't fix the problem, but should help. I'm not that old so I was devastated. On the way home I was driving by College Park Chiropractic and decided to stop. I had been to Dr. McCormack years ago and quite like him. He's professional, but down to earth -- knowledgeable, but will let you know if he can't help you. Anyway, I asked if he could look at the radiologist report and let me know if he could help me. I waited and he fit me in. He read the report, but also pulled up the X-rays -- what a relief it was when he said the degenerative condition of my vertebrae were actually less than he would expect for my age (and explained that people, as they age, experience various degrees of degeneration). My problem, according to him, was mechanical. So ... two treatments and a little bit of time later, I'm good as new. I'm so glad I thought to run things by him -- in an hour in a half I went from devastation to relief! As with most medical personnel, I hope I don't need to see him again ... but if I do I know that I'll be in good hands!
