Great place to stop and get a break from the heat. They have covered picnic tables by the water front, lots of grassy areas. The beach is small but nice and the water is shallow for a long way out so great if you have little ones. The poutine at the snack shack is awesome and big!!! Worth the stop.

The trail is flat and accessible for people with strollers, requiring motorized assistance vehicles or wheel chairs. The boardwalk is pretty well maintained and provides many access points to beaches, parks, and other outdoor entertainment. I only gave 4 stars for two reasons: 1) often there is garbage and broken glass along the trail/beach by the picnic tables and the tree line 2) there is quite a height drop from the boardwalk to the beach. I brought my older parents there last summer and they could barely step down off of the boardwalk to the beach without having to hold on to my shoulder for balance. A ramp or something might be a useful addition. All in all the boardwalk is well maintained (structurally) and a very enjoyable walk to take regardless of the season!

Walk along the lake on a wood walk way with many flowers, trees and art work to look at. You can even stop in at the Waterfront Inn restaurant with its big deck overlooking the beach.

Very clean and well constructed. The lake has a breathtaking view and the boardwalk goes for a few kilometres! There is a snack bar, volleyball, basketball, and multiple playgrounds. The perfect boardwalk!

Wonderful walk along the lake. Kids love the parks and the beach. Bring some food or order at the chipstand and eat at one of the picnic tables. Nice mini-put there too.

Came to Lisk to attend a funeral ???? of my dearly departed Aunt. We decided to stay the night in order to play it safe with the wildlife. First impressions were ok. Toni at the front desk was quite personable and pleasant to deal with. Room was clean enough for the price we paid. Stayed in Room 6, others in Room 3 and Room 26. Upstairs is double beds and seems nicer than the single digit rooms. Parts of our room have been updated and some things could be fixed up nice. We stayed during a hear wave and blew a breaker running the A.C. however the manager fixed it within the hour. Overall for the money our stay was worth it. Make sure to walk the boardwalk at the waterfront. It's quite nice.

This park is beautiful , you can walk, bike ,roller blade , its pet friendly. The lake is great to look at and swim in. Had many great visits with my hubby and grandkids.

Picturesque boardwalk and bike trail along a beach/lake temiscaming. Lots of attractions (relative to the size of community): 28 on the lake (very nice restaurant), Mini golf, skate park, ice cream stand playgrounds, and sports fields.

Was well kept and quite busy with people well spaced and respecting COVID-19 health protocols. Seems to be an issue with people bring unleashed dogs to the beach and running around disturbing others with leashed animals and small children alike. That said does anyone know if cleaning the beach is allowed or is there some sorta environmental reason the organic and inorganic debris is collecting.
