My Girls LOVED this play area.. a lot of room for the young ones to run around when they are not playing on the play structure. Plus the new slash pad is the biggest one we have went to so far and we have been to a lot. I know this might not count but towards the end of play time my girls like rolling or doing cart wheels down the medium size hill on the green lawn. So far, out of the 3 years my girls and I have lived in Sudbury this is my favorite.

Clean however, without trees planted around both water park and play climb/slide structure, I cannot see any "cooling down"/picnic in shade any time soon. I would like to see wood chips ariund olay structure and swings to procide some "forgiveness".

Absolutely love the people the run the outdoor rink!!! Thank you for your time and dedication to our kids. My 3 kids spends almost every minute at the odr when when are not playing hockey.

Park has equipment for older and younger kids. There is a splash pad. Outdoor hockey rink and a soccer field. There was some garbage (wrappers and slushy drinks all over the place when we came). Outdoor rink is paved and has basketball hoops that can be used. Portable toilet on site. Overall, nice park.

Morel Family Foundation Park is a place to bring your children;the volunteers that maintenance the ice rink and the changing area are awesome. Sundays are strictly for skating,no hockey sticks,pucks or nets.

The park is good. Easy to access and within a neighborhood with lots of kids. Excellent play structures for a variety of different ages. The splash pad is a great idea - however as of June 2019 it wasn't working 100% and needs a sensor repaired. My biggest complaint is the lack of shade. There are no trees/shades. Ideally a perimeter or even a row of trees could be planted. Alternatively, fabric sails could be used to make a shade.

This newly renovated park, donated by the Morel Family Foundation is a busy neighbourhood meeting place. There are beautiful play structures, swings (one of the swings is handicap accessible), and a splash pad. There are benches to sit on and lots of space to picnic. The outdoor rink doubles as a basketball court in summer. There is a washroom facility.

My own experience is a little different then others I guess because I volunteer there but i would have to say we are working hard to keep the grounds clean and the ice in skatable condition and stay tuned we have many many different things in our minds to bring to the public and it will be great
