We offer you all the opinions of people who consumed the services and products of Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park (Park) in Saskatchewan area (Canada).
At the moment this firm has a score of 4.5 out of 5 and that score was based on 127 reviews.
As you can see it has an average rating is nearly the best one, and it's based on a very large number of reviews, so we can conclude that the score is very reliable. If there are many people who bothered to leave their review when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to give feddbacks when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park corresponds to the category of Heritage preservation.
Disappointed there was no beach area. Other than the slippery cement boat launch, there was no place for me to launch my kayak.
The views are great! Went there for lunch time. The facilities could use a tune up though.
Big lots, lots of trees.
My wife and I love the Saskatchewan Landing! We come here most often, the water is nice, being as it is the slow flowing river. There are two beaches to go to. A golf course, a really great paved path to walk or ride a bike. Designated hiking trails, a good little store with ice cream and now sells alcohol.
Beautiful lush grassy picnic areas. Nice huge beach front (although the lake bottom is a little mushy and weedy). Park for kiddies. Your choice of Sunny or shaded areas. Picnic and grilling areas. Only went on a day trip and checked out the western beach, but definitely plan to return to check out the trails.
Lots to do here! A very well kept park in an amazing setting. Lots of hikes in the hills so get even better views! Bathrooms are always clean and park tidy. All who work there are pleasant. Riverside is our favorite.
Beautiful campsites, friendly park staff, and marina and convenience store staff super helpful.
Not much here for amenities and facilities.
Every year we always camp here, great place for the family, for your dogs, staff is so friendly and so clean and well maintain i would highly recommend this campsite.
Quiet, clean and comfortable. Plenty of trees and grass to have an enjoyable stay. With a lake to have plenty of water fun and fishing.
Bearpaw campground: I just had a great experience camping here with my friends. The sites are all nicely spread and with decent amount of shade provided by the trees. I liked that they had flat gravel areas laid out for your vehicles but you could also extend your camp towards the trees were the ground is softer. The beach has a few pebbles, but the sand is smooth and water seems perfect for lots of activities. We saw people in paddle boards, boats, just swimming or in floaties enjoying the sun. Very pretty and not far at all from Saskatoon.
Beautiful. Been going here for years. Three beaches, a store, and park washrooms. Highly recommend
Awesome camping place and awesome beach
Wonderful park with large rv sites with room to walk around. Nicely stocked store.
Great view, love coming back.
Quiet, scenic, great camp sites and lucked out with the weather!
Beautiful campground! We were pleasantly surprised by the great campground. We have driven by countless times on the highway and never would have expected such a great campground, beach, and amenities. We're already planning on coming back again.
Great spot. Decent golf course, nice lake and clean facilities. Would definitely return.
Stunning sites! Highly recommended.
Sask landing is one of my favourite places to go camping. Do not trust where google maps takes you though. I followed google maps and the mark takes you to Stewart valley, not sask landing. Hope that gets fixed soon.
Great campground. Lots of trees and privacy. The lake was muddy when we were there so fishing was difficult. The lake was also very windy, however the campground was quite sheltered from that said wind.
Lake Diefenbaker offers some spectacular landscapes, beautiful beaches and during the winter the ice fishing is great. The park has multiple hiking trails that take you through many stunning coulees and provide opportunities for some truly stunning views. If you're driving Hwy 4 and are in need of a quick refreshing dip and belly flop or cannon ball into the lake is the perfect means of beating the summer heat. ????
Just a beautiful prairie/desert like experience with an amazing lake.
Beautiful camping sites. Lots of space.
Sagebrush Campground had great facilities and some awesome views. Spacious sites with decent space between - each with a firepit, picnic table and power hookup. Flushing toilets located throughout Sagebrush Campground as well as a bathroom and shower facility centrally located. Water access also located at shower facility. Don't have a camper but noticed there are 2 dump stations at main entrance as well. Playground on site as well as amphitheater. Hiking trails, golf, mini golf and boat rentals just minutes away.
Great hikes, nice lake. Worth the trip!
Love the camp ground and the fishing is excellent!
Awesome beach. Beautiful sand and lots of shade. Great for boating, swimming, kayaking and swimming not to mention the fishing. Host of the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games for Open Water Swim and Triathlon events. Aug 13th to 18th.
Nice place to camp out.
Great park. Everything is clean and it is a quiet place, excellent fire young families.
Such a gorgeous park with multiple trails, a marina, golf course, resort village, rivers and lake.
Nice historic place to come and look at
Loved it, great to bring our dogs to. Cacti did catch me by surprise but was another exciting find
Great camping, good fishing, and an excellent golf course
I've count at the Landing a number of times and it's always been an absolute Delight. The golf course is in great condition.
Loved this gem of a place hidden in SK. Will surely return for a longer stay.
Nice but covid closed it down
I was very optimistic that this provincial park would be a great destination but was very disappointed. Camped in Buffalo Hollow and got to hear the constant hum of generators from 9 am to 11 pm. I was also hopeful that the beaches would be more extensive but it seems that they shoreline hasn't been maintained after an event (paths were eroded or completely gone). I did really enjoy the hiking on the south side of the valley. There are some beautiful views and vistas that are worth the hike. I think I will give this place a try again, optimistic that fewer people will be using their generators in the non-electrified campgrounds.
Excellent beach with nice sand and lots of places to have a picnic. The Green Space allows for lots of activities as well. Loads of parking
Love it here love the scenery,I always enjoy stopping by or even just driving by is beautiful
Great park, mostly larger trailers and families, easy access to the river and cleaner than it is closer to lake diefenbaker (late in the season). Wonderful convenience store. Some of the sites are very big, but others seem pretty close together so keep an eye on the map
Beautiful campground. Incredible lake.
Nice level campgrounds
I come here every summer and always have a great time! The river is great and so are the campsites
Beautiful spot. Our campsite was surrounded by trees, the beach was a short walk.
Awesome place! Gps should have been directed to the main gate since this park has 3 gates.
Worst experience I ever had at a park. First the lady at the gate to register was not helpful at all and couldn't answer any of our questions and honestly seemed not knowledgable at all about the park. No warning about ticks and after our hike on one of the trails we were covered by them! Left before dusk to stay at a motel instead because the ticks were that bad!
Love this place. We try to come once a year and take in the driven at Kyle. It's a good drive from Saskatoon but worth the quiet.
Beautiful place! In all seasons.
We stayed in the Sagebrush campground and our site was huge! Lots of spots there were a nice size and quite private. It took us a couple days to find the beach by the Bearpaw campground, as there are no signs up for it for some reason.
Great place to bring a group of friends to tent for the night. Although, they re-did one of their beaches that I always used to go to, now instead of sand, its dirt and isn't nice anymore :/
Site 170 in Bearpaw campground. By the way Sask Parks new online booking system bites the big one!
Awesome place to spend a day boating with friends and hanging out during the summer. We rented a boat for the day and they were really good to deal with. Wasn't an awesome time to get any fish biting during the time we went out but we had an awesome time out on the water swimming and tubing
Very exposed and windy. Played back nine but greens were close together on #14 as we got confused as we ended up on the wrong one. Would like to see consistent flag hole colour for front nine and different colour for back nine. Greens were very soft, straight.
This place is a rare gem. Really beautiful. Historic site in a river valley. If you're driving through Saskatchewan it's worth the detour off the highway. We camped in the riverside campground. Very nice. So nice to be away from the highway noise too.
What a great park to camp in! Very well kept, great facilities. Will go back and definitely recommend.
Great park. better than Grasslands in my opinion.
Staff was amazing accommodating our switching spots, camp ground was lovely and right on the water. The hiking trails were all fun and educational. The fish weren't biting, but we can hardly blame them for that lol. Great place to camp, my family will return.
Nice camp ground. CO at check in was not very friendly and missed giving us basic information and camp ground map. COs are not on site when you need to complain about noise.
Amazing services, camp sites, golf, and year round water access! What more could you ask for?
Favourite spot to off leash with the dogs. With precautions and care for all others, must respect. They will leash up for company. Do not encourage chasing so watch closely and far for any creatures. Part of the fun of my adventures is keeping it from going south in a porcupine flash. Yes be careful it is not tamed here. And is more glorious because it is not disrespected. Can see ahead of time who is walking with no surprises. Have extremely rewarding heart stealing soul cleansing lung filling scenery walks here. Warm dry air that day can be a cool wind others. Beautiful. Any trash found goes out with us. No fires. None. Leave it thrive.
Beautiful park with lots to do. Whether you want to boat, swim, golf, or adventure, the Saskatchewan Landing has something for you.
This is our second time here and both times have been relaxing and enjoyable.
Great place to get to know southern Saskatchewan and learn about the river. Lots of fun stuff like boating and camping available at the Sask Landing Park
despite the worst mosquitoes I ever experienced, this place is awesome
Huge lots, beautiful beach, convenience store, free firewood
Great hikes. Everything is really spread out. We didn't mind it but would have liked to be able to walk to more stuff.
A beautiful campground a beautiful view of the lake nice and quiet clean showers clean washrooms free showers flush toilets a Little piece of Heaven here.
Beautiful place to camp. I really enjoyed our 8 days at the landing
Nice setting but people live there in trailers for the entire summer season, so it's a different style of camping—more like a trailer park.
Gorgeous area, nice walks. Could be a bit better marked though
Awsome place to go for a hike. They say you need to get a pass. We where there over the weekend drove all over the place to fined a office that's open to pay. With no luck we just went on with our day. How are you supposed to pay if they are closed. Also all the bathrooms where locked. No happy. Beautiful views tho.
Our family loves camping down here or even going for just a day trip to the beach. The employees are all very kind and accommodating. Beautiful place!
So beautiful and vast. Great place!
Beautiful, quiet park with great lake to swim in!
Go great times during fishing tournament!
Great area to explore and the fishing is not too bad either.
Nice place for group tent camping. Not so great for reception though.
A short hike that offers lots to learn. Parking lots are small, but we were the only ones there when we went. Out houses were clean, and the area is well signed. Not a challenging hike, but the hills offer a wonderful view of the beautiful coulees. I would go again if I happened to be in the area.
A good place to relax. I was tenting and they put me in the seasonal section during week when no one was there and I loved the solitude. The other side looked crowded.
It's beautiful there a definite go back again
Beautiful... roadside turnout for the most part, was a descent size and clean.
Nice clean campgrounds, plenty to do
Lots to view in this valley. Very scenic!
Passed through a few times and the scenery is beautiful. I have worked out here and it was nice.
One of our favourite campgrounds solely for the sights and sounds. The campsites overlook the river and rolling hills; definately recommend a stay here!
If your a hiker this is a worthwhile drive, as you know they do the beaver flat 50 race here. 50km of trails off the Goodwin House on the other side of the bridge. There are 2 trail heads colored red and green from the Goodwin House, 2 past the equestrian camping sites yellow and white.
A nice lake. A place to enjoy the view
Super quiet at night! Nicely treed area to camp. Boating is amazing on their waters!
It was great. There are lots of really nice campsites, and the beach areas are nice and there isn't any lakeweeds in the area designated by the buoys. There's a few hiking trails and a little museum too. It's pretty cheap to camp there and everyone was very friendly.
Beautiful park, lots of hiking and the marina has lots of rentals.
Beautiful park and plan to stay here regularly!
Feels like you're in a different country. Beautiful hills ????
Nice campsites, clean facilities and good location
We camped for six nights along the water front in Riverside Campground. The sites in this area range from wide open to "some" trees along the water, to densely- treed spots on the inside of the loop. Many sites, including ours, are very very narrow and close to neighbour campers. Having beach right out our door would have been amazing had the campground and beach not been literally covered in red ants. Gazillions of the little biters! Other campgrounds are available and some provide lake views as well. Not sure if they too have ants galore. The park café and store has necessities and good food. The showers houses in the park are few and far between but were clean. We rented a pontoon boat from the Marina and had a great time cruising a small part of this giant lake. Saw pelicans, grebes, gulls, and cows in the lake :) Finding the beach was an adventure but once we found it, it was a lovely place to hang out. There are actually two separate beaches. Water was clean. No amenities at the beaches except a bathroom/change house. The beach is on the west side of Hwy 4 about 2kms down. Well hiden and poorly-signed. There is also more lakeside camping over there but unserviced. Be careful when booking to pay attention to the width of your site. We could easily hear our neighbours in their trailer at normal conversation tone. There is a fire ban on now but had we be able to build a fire we would have had to roll in our awning and not have our canopy over the picnic table. Some great hiking spots in the park, a nice mini golf, and 18-hole golf course.
Very clean. Friendly staff. Lots of wood. I wish they would develop a beach on the south end of Bearpaw. Way too far to walk to beach. That would be the only complaint. Beautiful spot to camp
Great campsite, stayed in Riverside campground, would highly recommend booking the site at the far end- definitely the best available!!
It's awesome. Clean campgrounds and there is very often something going on. Clean beaches and clean store. Many public washrooms.
Well maintained. Lots of paths to hike. Free firewood. Lots of opportunity for water sports. We stayed at Riverbend campground.
Really nice park! I stayed there for three days. Mountain , Lake and beach.
I absolutley love this place! Very clean, nice beaches and good parks for the little ones
Excellent. Best part was sask landing fishing adventures is absolutely fantastic and amazing.
Thanks to Beaver Flat 50, Sask Landing is great spot for run, camping and site seeing.
Clean stalls to camp in,some very nice ones. Electric sites are nice and you can fill on the way in y the dumping station or two sots in the campground. Also nice playground equipment for kids.
Spots are small, very cramped and overpriced with paying for the park sticker as well
Nice and quiet with electric. Running water close by. Got busy Friday evening. Got noisy neighbors around 10pm.
Been here a couple times now. Will be back. Thx...
Absolutely love this park, so amazing for kids and families. Adore the nude beach!
We were there right in the middle of poplar tree seed shed. A terrific nuisance. Spots seem fairly well laid out and swimming is close by. Really liked how wading is so easy for the young ones. This is not a northern park with relatively private sites but certainly has more space than any private campground. We prefer to go north.
Nice provincial park (Gov't funded/run). Lots of camp sites, book online if you can. There is flushable toilets at all the outhouses. The main service building has washer/dryers, 3 showers and 4 toilet ( in the ladies). Store beside the service buildings, which has a great selection of booze, food, snacks, icecream. Also some toys and children's activities and water toys. Great boat docks with 4 spots to load/unload. Marina right there as well. Golf course and mini golf down by the marina and boat docks. Down sides, the main beach is on the other side of highway 4 from the campground. Though there is a beach within walking distance from most of the camp sites. Also only garbage cans are far away, and you can't change the water temperature in the showers!
Sask Landing gives visitors a unique angle of the province. A park to add to your list for a future visit.
Excellent campground. Beaches are beautiful, place is well looked after, excellent staff at checkin. Stayed at site 33 at riverside... great spot, lots of room. I would suggest a bug tent for anyone coming here. During sun up the little flies are brutal. They will take a chunk out of you before you know it????. All in all great spot for a week of camping ????????
Thanks to the Dudars and Prairie Sky Running for organizing a wonderful weekend in an amazing park! What a great place for the Beaver Flat 50!
Really well maintained. Friendly ppl.
Rode in the park right after the Equine Campsite closed for the season. Regretful we were unable to camp there as the facilities were way beyond our expectations. Terrain wild and wonderful, challenging and rewarding. Looking forward to accessing the camp and corral, and great riding in future!
I stayed in the group camping area, on the West side of the highway that passes through the park; I liked it much better than the rest of the campground. There are lots of trees, great flat sites, a nice beach, and its generally pretty quiet, if that's what you are looking for. Good facilities in the park. Had a really great tour of the history of the place with one of the interpretive guides.
We usually stop here a couple times a year as we are passing by. Some sites are well treed, some sites are not so level, some have lots of room and great views. I would suggest driving around and checking all areas of the campground to find the right site for you. There is one that will suit you. I believe all sites are just power. If you get a chance hike up into the hills next to the campground, excellent views. We like the beach area on the west side of the highway. Nice sandy beach. Also some camping sites on this side of highway. Overall we like this park and will camp there again. 35ft MH with toad.
Its a great place to take family. Definitely would suggest this for a quick camping trip.
Surprisingly great place hidden off the beaten path. Huge campground, beach and water were pretty nice. Mature trees around campsites. I hadn't been to the park in 30 years, I am going back next year for sure. Nice golf course, restaurant and convenience store. The convenience store sells burgers and ice cream and beer surprisingly. Great place!
Beautiful. Much different view from northern SK camping
Absolutely beautiful park
Overpriced and not what it was advertised. On their site they said breathtaking scenery and sunset. Can't even see the sunset, as the camp faces southeast. Its just a normal campsite at double the cost. They closed the hiking trails for fire hazard (not sure what the correlation is. Just ban smoking.). Beach is OK, but water isn't really swimmable. Bathrooms are filled with bugs and so are the campsites.
Very peaceful place. Beautiful trails, great fishing and boating on the river. Awesome beaches and green spaces. Beautiful 18 hole golf course with pro shop and restaurant.
Nice park, but poor service, very nice store and friendly staff, just park staff that gave bad service
Large sites. Most of them well treed. Easy to get your trailer into. Golf course, Marina, store, mini golf.....lots of amenities
We were there today...what a beautiful place...Campground was a little busy...but still had lots of room...6 people fishing..... June 15/16
Beautiful place for a hike or picnic.
It was good. No matter where you go people are friendly. Big hugs and smiles
Had a great time. Nice shower facilities. Caught 6 fish shore fishing. Beautiful landscape. Reasonable price.
We enjoyed our night at Saskatchewan Landing Campground in the park. We stayed in Sagebrush. Went for some nice walks on a paved path to the "cabins". The campground could have been mowed much better. The topography was amazing for Saskatchewan!
We did not see the whole area because it is closed
Beautiful campground. It was great going in June. Not many campers
First time stay enjoyed the park will come back
Beautiful spot! Looking forward to exploring more!
Nice walking trail west of the house on the south side of the lake.
It's an ok park but it's basically a field with some small and dusty campsites. Not too much to do and it can be boring if you stay more than 1 day. Fishing is good though. Local people seem to enjoy it but I suspect they've never seen a campsite outside of Saskatchewan.
A great place to go for camping g hiking horse back riding etc.
I go sight seeing and go fishing
Very nice beach!
Falling camping is great at Sask Landing. Quiet and peaceful, a great way to end the camping season!
