We've got the information of real people who used the services and products of Danielson Provincial Park (Park) in the area of Saskatchewan (Canada).
Right now the firm gets a rating of 4.3 stars out of 5 and this score has been based on 127 reviews.
As you can see its rating is really good, and it is founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the valuation is quite credible. If people have bothered to give their opinion when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to place evaluations when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park is included in the category of State park.

Beautiful views. Well maintained walking trails. You can do the full circle trail (4.4km) in about an hour. No beach area to speak of, but it could have been high water time from the damn. Lots of people wind surfing. It was breezy but not windy. Very much enjoyed the day tour and would come back and camp here. Mostly electrical sites.

One of the best places for swimming. Lovely beach for enjoying the sun and playing volleyball.

Disc golf is a great time! Top of the Dam diner is delicious, and their tourism centre has some cool displays! Recommended that one checks out Coldwell (their non powered campground) for privacy and a true camping experience! Enjoyed my time at this park!

Beautiful place, wonderful water and super fun place to go too. Kinda okay on the fishing side, but you really need a boat for it.

Went on fishing trip and caught a few fish and enjoyed our day with our kids

Nice sandy beaches, not very crowded. Good fishing too. My first choice if i want to be somewhere nice for an hour's drive.

Awesome beach with some rocks, you can swim across to a separate beach. Has icecream, a restaurant and a comsession and a severate places to launch boats.

The disc golf course was fantastic, it was well kept and scenic. Would love to see a course added to Douglas provincial park.

Amazing place to visit with get fishing experience and parks and rv camping

The beach was one of the best experience we have had at Danielson, clean and not crowded at all. Highly recommended!

We have been camping yearly due to the convenience of proximity to Saskatoon, huge campsites, small and quaint, varied places to explore, and beauty of being close to a lake that doesn't ever seem busy due to its size. It is nice to go somewhere where the park office staff actually recognize you! Love Danielson Provincial Park and area!

The place was nice, water was not salty and was nice to swim in. BUT the cafeteria thing, nah man. Let me just list some. …

It's trails and freezebee-golf course are gorgeous. There are plenty of areas where to play croquet too

Spent the night in overflow. Quiet , great views of the lake.

Nice quiet campground. Lots of hiking trails.

The lake is the pest place to swim. The water is clean and there are enough space to sit and enjoy a sunny day! There is an ice cream store you can enjoy. This year (summer 2020) there was a private water park floating on the water and it …

Self checkin, open year around, well laid out camping spots but could used some more trees between campsites. Good fishing in the area too.

Love the beach. Peaceful, quiet...has a info centre with a small restaurant. The place also have change room.

A very quiet and pretty park with a nice boat launch into a lovely area of Lake Diefenbaker. The park also skirts the Gardiner Dam.

Beautiful place just wish they had more beaches near the park but very nice place lots of trail's good for fishing and really nice camp site's

This park has a beautiful, 9 hole disc golf course. I make a point of playing multiple rounds every time I'm in the area. It is a shame though that their store has closed. It would be nice to get a cold drink, as it's usually very hot and sunny when I'm there! You've gotta try that course, if you haven't got discs, as at the park entrance gate and they'll hook you up.

Very nice beach, Clean, and cold water

The lake and its water was fine. It was just the customer service that made my experience bad. Having one bathroom in a park is inconvenient. The service in the little snack store was slow and poor. People who ordered before other people had to wait for an extra 10 minutes.

Very hot when I went and the water at the beach was very low. But otherwise it was really nice and fun.

Nice quiet park but cell service leaves much to be desired. I think Sask Parks and Sasktel need to get together to make some improvements. It's not just Danielson it's also Douglas and Sask Landing, if the parks are full your data services just suck

Went camping to Danielson park, very enjoyable place, alongside with Diefenbaker lake and its buitiful nature. On the camp ground you get access to free firewood, shower and washroom. Good fishing and if you drive to public beach you can enjoy a nice shallow bay with a clean sand. Definetly coming back next year, love the place.

Nice provincial park near Diefenbaker lake ! They have a visitor's info area. And loads of parking and picnic spots

This is the right place to be with the kids because of the jumping castles on water for kids etc, to play on. It was too crowded this weekend and we had to pass because of reduced social distancing. I would definitely recommend this park and hope you decide on the safe crowd yourself.

Pretty bare for a campground. There's little to no separation from you and the camper beside you. Complete lack of trees. This park doesn't even have a beach, only a boat launch. …

December 14, 2021 seeing geese just driving through

Great camp grounds with acceptable pricing along with a pretty good beach, the beach has alot of rocks, would recommend brining sandals to the beach so you don't hurt your feet.

Great beaches, good amenities for being as far away from Saskatoon as it is. A great day.

Fantastic campsite and Also for Day tour

Nice place but the last 20 kms. or so of the road , if driving from Saskatoon (We followed Google Maps) is pretty broken & lonely. If travelling in a group it is ok , if just a couple / family , keep this in mind.

Nice place, but wouldve been excellent if they have a wash bay area and wifi zone.

Nice place for Day picnic/Fishing, nice beach

Beautiful in the Summer and Winter. Like all provincial parks no direct hook ups. One of my beefs. Great fishing and nice beach also concession. The Gardnier Dam is right there fun to look at most interesting if the water is flowing through it.

Was fun and peaceful, very warm but that's why the lake is there. Luckily I applied enough sunscreen so I don't have any burns????

Great spot to swim for the afternoon.

Beach and weather were perfect. Aqua Play Center was a blast. Food prices are a touch too high but great to have a choice

Very clean washroom facilities, lots of fire wood available, sites all very clean, all the neighbours were courteous of others.....had a great a weekend out with friends!

Beautiful beach and fairly close to Saskatoon. Great place for families

It's a lovely park for a day trip, a nice, big beach, and a lovely place for a picnic. I just wish they had a park for the kids.

Campsite was good. If you don't golf...there isn't a lot to do. The beach we went to beside the dam was very rocky...not a comfortable place to sit or walk in the water. Bathrooms were fine. Little concession at the museum was adequate but $$.

It's beautiful and lots you can do and see

It is pretty minimal park. If you want to go boating on lake Diefenbaker then it is a good place to stay. But there are basically no services. Depending in where you are coming from or what your interests are you may be better off at Douglas or Palliser parks.

Great place lots of amenities l, beach was kind of rocky by visitor center but was told its sandy further south of dam

Its good the water is clear and very clean .one downside is it needs shower stalls in the beach area ...you need yo go to yhe camping part before you get a shower ...

Gorgeous water! Great tourist and information building. Just whatever you do don't swim in the water near the turbines in this picture. I almost lost my girls and dog in our dingy. The undercurrent is terrible there. Go swim in peace on the public beach. We went to the bad rocky danielson beach so we could gave our dog along.

Had a great time. Water wasn't too cold. Beach wasn't crowded.

Great place for kiteboarding!

We spent a couple of long weekends there. It is a lovely park, with some privacy between each site. The sites are a little uneven so pack some wood or something to level out your trailer. Other than that we had no complaints, staff were friendly, and we'd definitely go again

The camp sites are spacious and fairly private. Showers are warm and clean. The main beach is a small drive though, which may not be that handy for all, but lots to explore and lots of fun !!

Paid 10 dollars for a day use pass was told after I paid that they don't allow dogs. Yet they saw my dogs. After all that I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Lake Diefenbaker is beautiful as always. Can't wait for the marina to be built at Sandy Shores

Very quiet and relaxing campground.... great for boaters. Have a 15min drive to a nice public beach.... great getaway.

It is a nice park. Could use more trees to define sites. You need to travel to the Dam n Visitation Center to go to the beach. Don't get me wrong the Damn n Center are definitely something to see. Would like a closer beach. The boat dock at the park is great though.

They have disc golf here! Starts very close to the park entrance. The camp sites are large here - geared towards people with big trailers and boats. Nice and clean bathrooms. Overflow camping has a view of the lake.

Camping was good, sky cleared up that night

The main beach, close to the damn, is great for families. But note that the inflatable water park thing takes cash only ($11/hr kids, $13 age 14+) (there are also family rates). And bring food too, or pay $11 for a hotdog + fries at the concession, $13+ for a hamburger.
