Just came home with a grilled chicken ceasar salad and it was the worst ever,, consisted of a bowl of iceberg lettuce,, 6 croutons, 1 teaspoon of cheese and no sauce,, chicken was hot and contained bones,, paid $13.95 for this very unappetizing piece of garbage and this is where I am putting it,, this was at the St Hubert on Taschereau Blvd,, it will definitely be the last purchase I make there,, be sure I will tell my family and friends not to go there YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS

I ordered at 6 pm. Called back at 7:14 to see where it was, they said the driver was on his way. Called back around 8 and ask for my meal to be free. I waited 2h 30 minutes for my meal. After the manger agreed to give it for free. When it arrived everything was cold and disgusting. My sauce had spilled all over my nuggets making them soggy. Called back and asked for the manger once again. During our call he hung up on me. Absolutely upheld by this service. Never ordering here again.

We left 5$ , she didn't do anything or bring us our food. So tried to tell me that I was suppose to leave the amount of the taxes I paid as a tip. Well NO. And she kept saying are you sure that is right. Did I or was I having problems with the buttons NO. I put her in her place, put it that way. If she does that to innocent type people she is making a truck load of money for no sevices. I've been to other St Hubert and have never ever been told that. All leave what I see fit. Peiod.

DAY #2 go back to the store try to place the order, “same girl” I had to show her on my phone what order I would like , she takes my phone and punches everything individually, tells me instead of the price being 191.00$ it is $220 some odd dollars, I explained the menu is $191.00, calls the manager says no problem I will give it to you at the 191$ price? I mentioned it’s listed at that ????? I write very clearly the address and delivery time of 11:00a.m as my customers finish at 1:00 p.m the day of delivery . I pay.....mentioned again do you have everything you need and I do not need to worry , I get yes yes no problem I will call you tomorrow and confirm everything. DAY #3............no one calls to confirm!! I end up calling later in the afternoon to confirm, wait in the phone for 15 min and I get the scripted answer yes yes everything should be fine. DAY #4........... expected time of delivery 11:00 a.m, NO FOOD!!!!!......... Call the location again, 10 min on hold and I get , oh sorry there was a mix up and we are starting your now!!!???!!!! As you can imagine I have my clients waiting for food needing to leave in less then 2 hours, no food and I am Absolutely livid!!!! Once again let me speak to the manger and of course he is not there again! .... In today’s market where competition is fierce and right next door to there location there are two other chicken places that we have used in the past for catering and never had an issue , I spend days calling st Hubert and confirming for 12 people ???! I would think someone would actually care at st Hubert, well I guess not. We do thousands of dollars in catering a year None of which will be used at ST HUBERT BBQ.

I can’t comment on the food since I never got any. We went to the counter but there was no cashier. We rang the bell 4-5 times. One of the employees in the back saw us but scurried away without saying anything. We then went to the restaurant side and stood there. The bartender didn’t even glance towards us. No waitress. St Hubert is famous for its chicken. My daughter raves about their ribs so I decided to bring her today despite the fact that I am vegan. I figured i could find a salad or something. She loved the ribs and the service was excellent, however they where out of a few ingredients so the vegetarian salad was very limited. I was a little disappointed as my first two choices where not available, but one can not be too picky when they have chosen a life of veganism. The decor was quite nice to boot.

Had to order curbside pickup because the location wasn't offering delivery (wierd?). Second time ordering from this location and the wait time for curbside pickup is abysmal. I ordered ahead of driving and arrived by the time requested and it took 50 minutes to get the food out of the kitchen. With no delivery and only doing curbside orders possible, it should be faster to get food out.

On Victoria Day, my husband and I had supper here. There's the new-ish table d'hôte menu, two for $30, which the waitress took the time to explain. We didn't get her name, but she was extremely good. She came to see us very often, as well as her other tables; our glasses were never empty; as soon as we finished our coleslaw, she asked and brought us more; whenever we needed something, it was brought to us right away. Recently renovated and no more playroom for the kids. Honestly it was the only reason my family went there in the first place. My 5-year old even said "this isn't my favorite restaurant anymore, I don't want to come back" It does look very fancy inside now though, and they have Goose Island on tap, making the beer selection much better... The food is decent, but it's nothing special either. It doesn't stand out in any way, and without the playroom I don't see the point.
