They suggested some great places to take our photos, offered to make a butterfly release for our photoshoot, and even gave us a nice surprise in the middle of the garden! We did not expect it at all and it really made us happy! We will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this place! Worst service ever they sold me bad weed when plants got bigger i realized that the leafs of plants were not the same as others. I called them spoke with the manager called Luz worst and meanest girl i encountered told me off on the phone yelling at me not wanting to listen to me finally she decided to give me 5 other plants to replace the ones they sold me that were bad weeds. She said it was my responsibility to clean the weeds off plants from the pots when i bought them not theirs. Never heard of that since i went to Charbonneau l'expert and other pepinieres and they always clean them at the purchase of plants. Finally i go there to pick them up on Sunday and i live far from that gardening place and they tell me they dont have any. I call back on monday to speak to manager Luz yelling at me again telling me i'm incompetant that its all my fault and to treat her employees with respect i told her i always did respect her employees doesn't seem i am getting no respect here i asked her to get a refund and she yelled again and hung up on me and never answers the phone to me no more. Worst place ever not professional they don't know how to respect clients. I would love to speak to the owner Michel Corbeil about this.
