Breathtaking views, great hiking trails and scenery????

Dannie Avellaneda

Beautiful national park, I can’t believe we saw seals and we walked around took about two hours RT! Truly amazing. Also what I loved about this place is that you just need to drive around to go to your trails, plenty of parking and staff were friendly. I recommend coming here when visiting Rimouski. This place has a special place in my heart!

Israa Hilles

Beautiful park, I want to stay more ❤️

Cathy Bogaart

We first did a hike (Chemin de Champlain) which we found not very exciting/worthwhile, although it did have a view of the islands and peninsulas. Then we went to a few beach spots which were better for interest. We saw seals and a heron. We walked at low tide to Ile D’Amours which was nice. While I didn’t love the hikes, it was an interesting spot for the photographers in our group.

Pascal Lecurieux

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The scenery is just breathtaking, they have wonderful options for hikes and plenty of room for camping. I recommend "Le Grand Tour". It is the most challenging and beautiful hike over there.

Rebekah Hwang

We did the Grand Tour hike and it was absolutely breathtaking. Basically you're hiking/climbing rocks along the coast of the park. You can only access this trail when the tide is low. Make sure to come early to enjoy this amazing hike!

Edi Patricia Nava Quintero

You have a lot options to walk. We choose the trail close to the river.. you can rent bikes too

Maybel Rd

Wow ! Great views , easy to walk trails and even got to see 2 deer and one deer’s butt ???? I suggest to go early and skip the people , best time is sunrise 6am !

Najib Ridouane

Great Park with lot of Activities! Great trail, try Le Grand Tour!

TEAM U.G.X.P

Amazing views . Great place for biking lovers

Hossein Azarpanah

The Grand tour trail gives you magnificent view of the river while you walk right next the forest. The trail has no elevation, but it is difficult as some parts of the trail has no path and you should climb the rocks for a couple of meters.

Alexandra

Lovely! Great signals and easy process to register. Even off season during the month of November it’s a beautiful park

Chris Stephan Trouillot

Very beautiful place to visit, now i know where my tax money goes

ralph mardo

I just went there today, and we had planed to go with our dog there, there was only one zone for dogs and it's only a way going up in a forest without any water view, then, we decided to go another zone where there was water, and we didnt know it wasnt a dog zone, because of the map which was harldy to read and understand the zones. At the end, there was a parc worker who cam, and gave us a ticket that is more than 50$, and he ruined our day. There was only one remark that said dogs arent alowed 2km far from the place that we went to.... This parc is expensive, we paid an entry too... This is only my opinion and review about the park :( didnt enoy it at all

xiao susan zhang

Sososo pretty. We love it. We spend time there for whole afternoon.

Mike and Leslie Ouellette

Beautiful quiet place. Our site was electric only with water at a spigot nearby. Nice and quiet.

MD Nabi Salehi

That's a best place for camping, even for someone with no experience, Thanks Bic

Dan Silverman

Beautiful park. Very accessible trails for walking or cycling by the water. Lots of deer!

Hugo Lopez

Beautiful national parc, bring your hoddie/coat if you're visiting by end of August and it can get windy. Large selection of hiking trails, toilettes available everywhere, and lots of options for parking and pic-nic. Don't miss the Pic-Champlain hike, nice 2H hike to get into nature and recharge. There's toilettes and a nice view point at the end of the trail.

Asaad Jumeer

Great place with amazing scenery to contemplate the fauna and flora of Quebec. However, too many people do not respect basic courtesy and hygiene...some even used the beach as their toilet. Please make sure you check your spot is clean before settling down. Otherwise, buying tickets was easy and if you don't have a season pass, have cash as it'll be faster.

Atomic Bee

Simply breath-taking, we camped at the Rioux campsite, close to a bay. I recommend it.

Simon Veilleux

Amazing 'lunar' landscape! Well worth hiking at low tide!

kristof tuerlinckx

Such a peaceful and quiet place. Also nice that you can help to clean the beach.

Eric EL ROHO

One of Canada’s best kept secrets. Amazing park that needs to be seen!!

Sabina Mihailescu

I will definitely come back!

Tim Ryeland

We really enjoyed out stay here, although we expected more privacy from the front camping area which was rather open and you could hear the highway the park was lovely and there was so much to explore. The bike paths were fantastic as were the hikes and the views. Next time I think I'd try to get a site deeper into the park for a little more nature.

Mackenzie Grenier

The park is really beautiful and nice to visit. Our campsite was big and very private. There was a lot of noise from traffic at our site, could be a problem for some people.

Florence Stehly-Grondin

When we went, there was fog but it was still beautiful. There was almost no mosquitoes, it was a little cold, but it was ok with warm clothing. We had to walk 1.5 km with all our stuff to go from the parking to the camping site and there was no water, exept for the little creek at the camping site. In the end it's all worth it with the private beach and the beautiful site.

Claudia Leduc

Really pretty and relaxing great for all ages and families !

Sahana Cadersa

One of the most beautiful places I've seen on earth. Loved the landscape with high tide and low tide. The rock formations were stunning climbing along the cliffs. Breath taking. Made me love Quebec. This is a must visit, a true gem. So clean as well. Full of herons and seals!

Martin de Bernardo

Great Park. We enjoyed riding our bikes on the trails in the park.

Miles Thompson

Very nice National Park to bring the family or go hiking. We stayed in a ready to camp tent, comes with mini fridge, gas cooker, electric lighting and power outlets. Beds are comfy, pillows included. We had trouble finding out exactly what was included but we’re pleasantly surprised to have power and a proper fridge. The beaches around the coastline are very nice, great little sandy beaches with trees close by for shade. Good for swimming too with little ones. Wish we had more time to explore. Remember to bring bikes as they are a must around here.

Andrea Recinos

Beautiful spot for a quick stop and stretch your legs, or have your lunch and stay a little longer... theres 2 picnic tables. You can walk along a rocky beach and theres an area of big rocks that you can climb( at your own risk be careful). Depending on the time you can watch the water rise or drop. There was little shirmp by the ends of the beach and if you stay still they come and snack of the dead skin on your feet.

Pedro Patricio

Good park but not good for not being pet friendly. Only 1 trail allows dog. I don’t get that. Better to continue going to south Gaspe.

John Mandrake

Beautiful and secluded. A wonderful nugget of natural beauty. Beware the mosquito however, with enough deet you'll make it through. The hellspawn are not entirely dissuaded, but are at least slowed down. Its also freezing near the water, bring a sweater, yes even in August.

Olive

Well-marked trails, with excellent scenery all around. Lots of interesting wildlife, depending the time of the year you come.

Heather Caldwell

$64 to sleep for the night beside the highway with our dog in an open area with nothing but grass between all 15 of our neighbors. No drinkable water, you have to buy it. No flush toilets, porta-potties. But if you have a reservation for the campground deeper in the park, everything is nice. Cash-grab Quebec park system much? Would do your best to avoid. For anyone coming from the rest of Canada where National Park means operated by the federal government, Quebec has their own system of "National Parks" that are provincially operated and not to the same standard we've been used to across BC, AB, SK, MB, and ON so far.

Nathalie Pedro

One of the most beautiful places in Quebec

Michael Parr

Wonderful natural park for hiking, strolling or a just a family picnic on the tables by the water. The trails are well marked and they have maps as well. There are bike paths too. The hiking terrain can be uneven, irregular and steep if you climbing to the look out points, so use caution and consider your fitness level. The views are great at the bottom too in any case. Wear good hiking footware.

Grace Hyojeong CHAE

Everything was perfect before we've got bitten by bunch of mosquitoes in a forest. We got bitten each over 5times by one.

Alexandre R

Nice place to hike, staff is nice, for less than 10$/day to access the site, nit really is worth it!! You can bike, kayak, hike, paddleboard, and different activities available on site

Peter Silva

many breathtaking views from many spots, lots of wide paths for cycling on bikes with 2" tires. the Pic de Champlain is more of a foot path (unless you take the road.)

Anastasia S

Awesome place! Must visit, beautiful views and many trails.

Inga Rozin

Amazing place for hiking. Next time we will stay for few days.

Mathias Rousseau

Beautiful park, that I had the pleasure to visit as a stop on our way to a road trip to Gaspésie. My girlfriend is from Rimouski and knows this park inside and out. Views and landscapes are spectacular, offering kilometers of hiking trails and camping facilities. The Pic Champlain is a reasonably challenging hike which will take you about an hour to get to the lookout point at the top. Beautiful views on the St Laurent River and surrounding areas. Additional trails are also available in the low lands, and along the water's edge. Highly recommended.

Martha Cox

It is a beautiful park, based on past experiences. However, they currently seem to have very poor management of access numbers. Yesterday, i entered the park around 10 am and drove around unable to find parking at any of the main points of interest. I was not even able to get out and explore, except at a minor pullout. i It was a complete zoo with people parked willy nilynalong the road in some locations. I actually forfeited 2 nights of expensive camping and drove home to Montreal. That is how unpleasant it was to have the site so over populated. I go to national parks for peace, not aggravation.

Yanic Szoghy

The landscape is amazing. The camping experience is horrible. It's beside a busy highway, no wooded area. Very poor campground. They call themselves pet friendly, but you can't do anything or go anywhere with your dog. Very disappointed!

David S.

Utterly spectacular environment. Beautiful sea scapes, great hiking and amazing wildlife spotting. This is a small park but it is easy to spend several days exploring. There are many wonderful accommodation options in the park besides camping, check out the ready-to-camp options as well as the ECHO cabins. I can't recommend this place more.

Jody Heath

Amazing Park. Visited for one night and day only, wish I could stay way longer. Beautiful scenery, awesome hiking and bike trails, campsites were perfect and the washroom and kitchen cleaning facilities were super clean. Park staff were incredibly nice.

Tarek Riman

Small park yet it has a lot, and there is a lot to discover. Great place to bike, hike and relax. Great mountain and picturesque areas right next to the Saint Laurent River.

Samuel Platel

What a wonderful parc to visit and enjoy! They have great trails with a variety of difficulty levels, historic buildings and several points of interest. I was especially impressed with the rock formation jutting out into the St-Laurence river. Tons of photo opportunities and plenty of wildlife to observe (if you know where to look!).

Elchikaah Haly

Great experience and breathtaking views. I even got to meet few deers and they didn't seem to mind my presence. Walking around isn't too hard even with my wounded knee.

Armen Harutyunyan

Very beautiful parc to visit at any time of year. Lots of trails of different complexity and amazing views

Daniel Wal

Visited the park on August 6, 2017 with my wife to do some hiking and seal watching - we didn't leave disappointed! The trails are beautiful and seals could be spotted on the rocks. Friendly bilingual staff helped make our experience great

Gill Niblock

one of my favourite places to visit in QC. Just beautiful - good for walkers and cyclists alike. Also good for wildlife spotting ... seals and birds

Louis R

Wonderful place, landscapes are awesome. You can swim in the crystal clear water even though it is quite cold. Many birds and seals. On the other hand, camp sites in the Riviere-Sud-Ouest area where we were are very close from each other and are missing intimacy (mostly compared to other SEPAQ locations). Final note: next time we will bring our sea kayaks but surely we will go there again (probably in a different sector).

Jon Fleig

Outstanding St. Lawrence River shore ecosystem, including a colony of common seals. Excellent cycling, hiking, and kayaking experiences for the whole family. Enthusiastic and helpful staff, especially Jean-Marc. Bloc sanitaire clean and well equipped (at least at Camping Tombolo). Level campsite.

Khaled Reza

Very nice calm and quiet camping ground. You get to see wild fix in the morning...

Jinbon Lau

Great park to visit with wonderful views. Lots of wildlife as well. We spotted foxes, seals, and deer.

Anton Pachkine

We spent an night anchored out in the bay. Beautiful place, well protected from S, N and E winds and waves.

Amelie Beaudroit

We adore this parc. There are only 2 walks that you can do with dogs but 1 is around l'île au massacre and it's gorgeous you can dip your toes in the Saint Laurent and listen to the gentle lapping of the waves. The rest of the parc is just stunning, absolutely recommend it!

Vahe Vardanyan

another beautiful park of this region!

Hazzel D. Derige

So beautiful! We hiked cap à l’orignale, grande tour and pinède! I can’t begin to explain how incredible this place is!

Savyo Relavio

Places to see, ways to wander, and signature experiences. The place is really beautiful with full of greenery and mountains. Good place to visit for small trip

Meghan S

My boyfriend, our puppy and I visited this park during our Gaspesie tour. Although our options were very limited, given most of this park doesn't allow dogs. There are a few entrances to this park, so be sure to do your research ahead of time to better plan your day. There seems to be many water-related activities available at this park too, but we couldn't access any of these beaches due to the no dogs restriction. We really enjoyed our hike up towards Le Pic Champlain, which was very pleasant and well-indicated.

Devon Moaiki

Simply beautiful and the Sepaq workers were very helpful in chosing a hike

Rik Roe

Must see, must hike. Take the time, and enjoy. Sunset is a must. Take in as much of this landscape as you can, beauty of the province is all around you here. The march to the summit is not for everyone, but well worth for the panoramic splendour.

Neal Irvine

Beautiful. Spectacular views. Definitely worth going during the summer months Campsites (La Coulee) was extremely remote and private Be aware, there is a 1.8km hike from the parking lot, so no vehicle access. Best accessed via canoe or kayak.

Monica M

This place is amazing! Plenty of activities to do! From camping to biking, kayaking and hiking. The staff is super friendly and they are bilingual. The staff suggested for short hiking in Chemin du Nord- at Ferme Rioux. I love that we get to walk in low tides, discovering all kind of sea creatures. Make sure you wear enough layers, it can be windy in certain area.

Menachem Akwa

Very beautiful view. a lot of fun as hiking, biking etc...

Adam Hollett

Wonderful park with good facilities. If you're camping, bring insect repellent. There may be a lot of black flies. Trails are well marked and the staff are helpful in French and English. Don't miss the tea room and the hike up Pic Champlain.

Margarita Ibbott (DownshiftingPRO)

If you can see this spectacular provincial park with the fog at bay, you will love it. It took us three tries to see the beauty of the St.Lawrence River, the mountains, the bays and the islands in Le Bic. It was worth it. A MUST see park. Great for hiking, biking, camping and exploring.

Max Blanchard

Nice hikes and views. I gave four stars because of the price / quality ratio. I have seen better camping sites with cleaner services at better prices. In the end it’s worth the visit and take the time to enjoy the park.

Mohamad Bakhach

Very beautiful parc....reminds me of jurrasic park

NGUYEN Thanh Van

Wonderful and peaceful place. We arrived at the park at 3 PM. The tide was low so we could walk along the beaches. Scenery was great but we didn’t see any seal. Got back to the car we saw one fox and one deer though. There are a lot of wild roses and another flowers. In a quest for seals we got back to the park at high tide time about 11h AM. At the cap Caribou there were two seals napping on a rock. At the Pointe aux Épinettes there was no one. At the far right of the Baie des Cochons (mont chocolat beach) there were a bunch of them. They were quite noisy, it was funny hearing them. I wondered why this bay has its name “Bay of Pigs”. In any case the seals stayed in distance from the beach, bring your binoculars.

Zoe Larouche

Fantastic parc but NOT dog friendly. We had reserved 2 days for walking with our dog in the only trail where he is accepted. When we were all set in our RV at site #33 Macreuse, we found out we could not walk to the only trail were dogs are accepted. Catch 22: dogs are accepted but you need transportation to get to that trail (only one trail accept dogs, and it is away from the St-Laurence river so you will most likely miss seeing all wildlife). Also, site at Macreuse location are very closed to highway and it is difficult to get a good night sleep with trucks passing every few minutes of the night, avoid that area if you can. On the positive side, the staff was understanding and they reimbursed our second day in full. In conclusion, do not come to the Bic provincial parc with your dog.

Laurence Faivre Cormier

Really nice Park. If you time your hike with the low tide you can get further in some trails. The views are awesome everywhere you look!!

Lucie Duchesneau

Great for hiking and biking 5 stars. Campsites 3 stars. No potable water.

Colette Gagne

Great cycling trails and beautiful sunsets.

Lior Askal

Obviously a must when you're visiting Rimouski! Beautiful well maintained trails, great options for all types of hikers, bike trails and an overall peacefulness. Will definitely come back!

BEN

We stayed in Revere du dud ouest campground. Spaces are very open and very large. There is significant highway noise from 132. The park is hard to say because much of it is not dog friendly. They do not allow dogs except even three designated areas. One is a trail about 6 km. In general all the national parks are more restrictive in Canada regarding dogs bee as compared to the US. At least in the US The dog can remain in the car while you drive around. The price for two nights with entrance fee and hook ups electric and water it was 115 Canadian.

Gabriela Fournier

Amazing park. My husband and I did the grand tour and we were both super happy. The views were spectacular. Definitely coming back camping at this park.

Georgina

This park is absolutely stunning. Make sure you bring binoculars or a long range zoom for your camera so you can see/take pics of the seals sunbaking.

Maggie Shao

Great park to see seals. make sure to take a binocular with you.

Laurent Delarue

Exceptional scenery. Bic is a unique national park. Wildlife is really abundant and we were lucky to see a fox. Other visitors saw a group of seals. Camping there in a yurt was a great experience too.

L Tan

Only drop by for a short visit, it's very beautiful, would love to come back again!

S S

Beautiful park to see wild seals! Good facilities as well. 20 mins driving to a town with plenty of restaurants and stores. The only downside is the camp ground is either very close to the high way or beside the beach, which could be noisy or very windy for a tent, but should be OK for a camper. BTW the shower is coin operated. 4 quarters get you 4 minutes. Seashore is beautiful!

Azat K

One of the high lights of the Riviere De Loup area... All landscape range from ocean to woods. But be ready to work for it. Some hiking is involved. You can observe seals, listen to them fight over a sunny spot. Take a walk on a sunny beach. Have lunch of some guys summer house its part of the park. Please see the images for the what awaits

Chafik Bouhaddioui

Amazing vue and trail. Don't leave the region without a short visit, you will not regret it.

Anush Stepanyan

Great views, I loved the flowers! There are nice bike trails! Reserve the tickets before coming to the park, online.
