While not exactly what I'd call a 'park', this browny-greenspace has trees along its perimeter, a small playground area with structures, and a unkempt crusher-dust-and-weeds sports field. The majority of the park is a poorly maintained mix of weeds and rough/wild grass, with a decrepit and pointless 1/4 section of chainlink fence from a bygone era. The park could be put to better use as a small community garden (moderately expensive), or a dog park (relatively inexpensive, after initial costs for fencing).

Even though the city has let this park get run down it is still used by the neighbourhood kids. It will be a sad day when they take over the park and start construction :(

Undeveloped park area with no facilities whatsoever. Has major potential for being family friendly. Named after long time Cathedral resident and local activist Lucy Eley. Property was formerly Victoria School and an adult educational school.
