Quiet area, great views of the ships, clean public washrooms, covered picnic area,playground facilities

Great lookout as the ships go by, wish the City would turn on the fountain, would be great for photos.

Nice place to watch ships being raised or lowered in the Welland Canal. Park right beside lock for kids to play while waiting for ships to pass the lock.
