The park is a mud pit with sand surrounding it. We had to take our dog to get a bath on the way home. We asked at the pet store and they didn't like any of the parts in the area.

Not a good place to let your dog play. It's nothing more than a dusty pit.

Less grass and more sand that is ideal (especially when it rains you have a wet muddy dog rather than just a wet dog), but otherwise the frequent pups are friendly and playful. There are peak times where it's better to bring your dog, usually around noon and 3pm, most other times it's completely empty. Good because they have fresh water in the summer months and places to sit with shade.

Good fenced up dirt place for animals and it does have quite times where no one is there. Kinda nice depending on your situation. Make sure dog has shots due to parvo thanks

"Dog Meet Ups" are one of the most awesome and enriching activities in the city! This park has a wonderful collection of dog friends and people to make your dog happy and have fun. This park could definitely use some evening lights. I recommend laying down some grass and a nearby coffee shop could be awesome. When this park is flooded with mud, rain and empty of furry friends, however, I find the Channel Walk directly across the highway to be an awesome alternative. See you there every day! This fenced-off-leash dog park is literally under water right now because of snow & ice melt(01/29/2021). It needs a lot of fill to be usable, or maybe wait until it dries out after the winter. No reasonable owner would let their dog into this park to play. There may be some decent on-leash walking on the trail behind the park by the creek, but I didn't venture in to see because it was such a disaster getting there it would have taken me half an hour to get the dogs car-ready again.

It's pleasant being near the creek. It has both a dirt area and grassy corner. The only problem is that it's quite small.

Attractive setting, well maintained, with lots of parking (a big plus when the weather gets foul). Replacing the turf with sand has really improved the park.

It's dirty and muddy and I wish it was all grassy instead of sandy and small. The big dogs are out of control. The owners don't pick up after their animals.

This park has no grass. There is a bench and a picnic table. Waste pick up bags are available. I wish more people would pick up after their dogs more reliably.

It's a great location for me as I walk over with my dog Angus and get a stop at the creek. It's a simple fenced dirt yard with a few picnic tables and a water hose that is currently turned off. Good people seem to always be there with some fabulous dog friends. This is my Angus after our visit there.
