We offer you all the opinions of real people like you who consumed the services and products of Riverain Park (Park) around Ottawa territory (Canada).
As of day this firm gets a score of 4.4 over 5 and the rating has been calculated on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is really good, and it's founded on a very large number of opinions, so we can think that the valuation is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are pleased with the service, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to put scores when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park belongs to the category of Park.

I love taking my dog for a walk there but the bikes have taken over and has become dangerous to walk there from the tennis courts to Presland Rd it is not enjoyable any more. It is beautiful but unsafe for seniors and small children.

A very lovely park by the river that includes a baseball diamond, basketball and tennis courts, play structure, horseshoe pit and swing set.

Small but lots of fun for kids!

Great area for Letting your dog off leash

Many cute birds in spring

Lovely park by Rideau River

Lovely waterfront park, great place to picnic, there are tables and benches, a ballfield and nice play structures. There are lots of geese and ducks here and nice views on the waterfront.

Great park with lots of geese and sport facilities. Please don't bike too fast here as they are lots of children on the bike path.

This is one of the beautiful parks in rideau. It extends for so long. You could keep jogging for about theee kilometers looking at the river, the ducks, the sun. You could sit and watch the sunset too. There is a court where you can play …

Love this park since the first time we played in it as kids some 21 years ago! Yeah its been 21 years since we came to ottawa/canada. Demographic is so diverse and thats one of the many perks of this place. Whether you take a romantic stroll or unwind on your own i promise you wont regret it.

The Riverain park is a very large park with lots of space for relaxing as well as several purpose-built infrastructures in place. Great view by the water, and also a bike trail running through it. Opens up to many residential streets as …

Tireswings and birds... what more could a kid ask for? Easily accessible by bicycle, great way to tire them out!

Stunning river so much animals and friendly people most of the time and there's a pub with food further ahead, they're fixing the park etc so it will be nicer soon.

Park has been cleaned up, beautiful access to water. Dog friendly

Beautiful park, goes along the river and there's a cool bridge with interesting metal orbs

I play softball here. There are strange people that hang around, drink beer, and yell at us as well play. Sometimes it motivates you to hit that homerun, but mostly it's just annoying. Would not recommend.

Nice park. Great views of the river. A bike path, play structures and a baseball diamond. Plus get pics of beautiful Canadian geese.

Is good place for walking or jogging.

Clean and very well taken care of. My kids absolutely love going to see the geese, and the baby geese at this time of year. they repaved the parking lot, and they have two baseball/softball diamonds which are in excellent condition. I would recommend a visit!

The roads in this place are very unfriendly to pedestrians. There are only bicycle lanes and no walking lanes. Bicycles are ridden very quickly. It is not safe to walk and social distance cannot be guaranteed. In addition, roads are being built everywhere in this area, and the dust is flying. Will not come again.

Beautiful bike and pedestrian path meanders along the river.

Great for doggy adventures ;)

Nice quiet area. Medium sized play structure. The swings are a bit of a distance away closer to the bike path and slightly down a hill. Nice views and beautiful walk along the bike path. The path quite busy so keep a look out for bike riders.

I love walking on the path and to watch children and big children play. Either on the swings to basketball to baseball.

Nice little area to read or play with your dog. I once tried fishing around this park with no luck at all, not even one bite. Be mindful that it is also a favorite spot for homeless folks, they sometimes bring in their tents. There is 2 small bench at the end of the isle where you can comfortably sit and read.

Calming river spots to really enjoy nature along the bike path.

Nice small park along the rideau river next to the footbridge and across from the Strathcona Park with the outdoor theater in the summer. Company of Fools will be playing during the summer of 2019.

Really calm waters and you can see some really cute ducks :)

Has a basketball court, a nice river, bike path and a playground for children to play in

Lovely place to walk

Good. Construction right now August 5 2021, their making it bigger and installing water playground. Near my house. Great place to visit. I recommend it and will come back soon.

Great place for kids, great view of the river makes a picnic enjoyable!

Nice park, peaceful with never too many people walking around

Free parking on weekends. Play equipment. Close to the River and bike trail. Lock your car and dont leave valuables visible.

Great place to play baseball. Views and the grounds are great!

Simply wonderful to drive by.

A great spot for a picnic

Great place to visit on a hot afternoon!

The city has really fixed up this area. There are nice paths, and a great walking bridge over the river.

Very nice park with picnic tables, benches, city parking. Right on the banks of the Rideau River and minutes from downtown Ottawa. This is a great place for seeing migratory birds in the spring.

Two tennis courts, two baseball diamonds with a fenced back in the outfield, horse shoe pits, basketball court, kids playgroud and access to the river are all things that you can expect that this great park. There is also a city of Ottawa parking lot at this location to make it that much easier to bring your family here. Enjoy!

Not bad place to go for a walk with the kids or the dog. A little sketchy once the sun starts to go down. Be mindful of the folks off path down by the water.

Two excellent softball diamonds, and scenic jogging path along the canal.

A beautiful park along the river

I love this park: clean, accessible and beautiful located a hundred feet from the Château Laurier and American Embassy in Ottawa.

Has a pretty good dog park

Peaceful & relaxing walking as well as beautiful scenery

Great welcomed addition to Vanier and Overbrook communities and their furry friends. …

Beautiful, spacious park located along the Rideau river. It offers many bike-friendly trails, spots for picnics, and expansive green areas. Perfect park for relaxing and enjoying the serene nature.

We played at the tennis courts there. There are 4 courts and a rule that enforces a 30 minute playtime if there are too many people. With 4 courts I have yet to come across there being too many people. The courts should be avoided when it rains as the ground becomes super slippery.

Amazing free parking everything wilderness and more park. Downtown vanier ON!

Beautiful riverside park, lots of picnic tables. Canada geese and its quiet

Great place to go for a stroll its a well kept trail.

I went to that park last week when I decided to go on the swings which was my will, but today I wanted to go on the swings again, but I have to ask: are the swings really open? If I could go on them, I would get the virus by mistake! Is …

Currently under construction (and controlled by the geese) but the amenities should be really cool once it's done!

When the construction is completed It shall be ????

Fun place to play softball, but there's a creepy "maybe homeless" guy who stares at the women

One of my favorite parks in Ottawa. Childhood memories. City councilors keep getting dumber. Crossing the rapids has been going on for 40 years. No signs, WARNING stay out of fast moving...

Great area all around! There is a nice playground for the younger kids, basketball court, baseball diamond, allot of open space, shallow water spots, free parking in the evening after 6pm and all day weekends. Really only thing that's a downfall is all the Canada geese poop around the open field areas and that's why I only give 3 stars.

Nice park by the Rideau River. Lots of activity areas, parking, mature trees and bicycle path.

I really love this park I've been going every since I was a kid

Nice long park that stretches along the Rideau river. It has a lot of open space, with tennis courts, ball diamonds, playgrounds, etc. It would be nice if there were lights along the path, like there are across the river, however.

Reasonably clean park...However parking enforcement and Fees associated with adjacent parking lot depleted a star...

Sketchy neighborhood however, great access to the water and walking/biking trails.

Nice area by the water, just wish they would install lights along the bike path.

Fun for softball- I wish they had a bathroom!

Great place to have coffee and relax

It was ok

It's a great park to take long walks along the river.

Needs a public bathroom

It's super peaceful and great for everyone of all ages

This is a beautiful place for a picnic with the family they're are parks and a beach also beautiful sights and a snake bar to boot bike path is close so it has access by bike all over the Outaouais region I personally take my family there for fun and relaxation with a great view and beautiful sunsets

Best park in the city. Bike paths, the river and beautiful scenery. A must walk. Especially with your dog

Really nice softball fields. Only problem right now is no parking as they work on renovating the lot. Also off-leash dog zone in the ballpark is awesome.

I take the kids here to play sometimes at the play structure and go see the ducks. It's alright but there is bird poop everywhere. Could use a little landscaping by the city. Would be nice if there wasn't as much graffiti nearby as well.

I go here for tennis. The courts are new, but the lighting is poor if you wanna play after sunset. I hope they'll fix it by next season.

Nice and quiet easy to do social distancing

Love to come relax at this park. They really did a good job cleaning it up and making it safer for pedestrians and bikers too. I go through it often day or night and have never had any issues. Be warned, this is goose territory!

Amazing and we'll maintained walking paths.

One of my favorite places. Near the rapids & Adawe Bridge .

What should be a nice riverside park is often ruined by several congregations of homeless drinkers and drug users.

Nice little park on the vanier side. Usually swarmed with geese . Little park for kids and a baseball diamond

Beautiful place to go. I visit there frequently to take snapshots, videos of the scenery as well as the different kinds of animals and birds.

Nice clean and very quiet . Great place to relax and do some reading.

Nice shady park with walk along river. Lots of wild life and parking available. Paved pathway good for seniors and handicap persons.

Always a good place for a stroll and see some wildlife.

There was a gas bar where you can buy a cold drink.

Clean to a certain level given that winter is ending and the cleanup in most places hasn't started yet. Parking is played during the weeks but free after 5:30 or 6 once the government workers are gone home.

I always enjoy the tranquility of this park

Innercity paddle. Scenery, birds and view of condo buildings from the water.
