You know that we do not usually bother to set scores when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park belongs to the category of Park.
The off leash area is not exactly a play pen like the other dog parks I have been to. Its an ordinary walking trail where dogs can be off leashed but theres also a trail for leashed.
Seems like a good place so far. The parking is adequate and the trails I have been on so far are good. …
Very awesome for an off leash hike. Many trails
The dogs love running free and meeting new dogs and people along the way. A great experience every weekend!
I loved this place... beautiful landscape... good off-leash area, my dog played and run, we had much fun.
Lovely park and lots of space for dogs! My only complaint is the the steps to get to the main park area can be really icy and dangerous in the winter. Otherwise this is a great place to visit for a hike, and if you have a dog there's a large space for dogs to play off-leash and a few different trails to hike with your pup.
Awesome place to take your dog and let them off leash where they're able to meet other dogs and be interactive with freedom.
I liked it went after a snowfall and it's really beautiful. Has so many paths lots of friendly dogs, and people too!! I really like coming here it was a nice place to go for a walk. During my walk I found a makeshift shelter someone had made its pretty impressive lmao ???????? they have nails and tarps on the ground and a fire pit in the center of the "shelter". Haha overall was a fun experience!!
This is the best park we've ever been too. We take our girls every day, meet human and dog friends and enjoy the nature trails. If you love nature and want a safe, clean and extremely well looked-after park, this is for you. HUGE thank you to all the volunteers who care for and add wonderful amenities like new benches, memorial markers etc. You are wonderful people. When you go, please remember to poop and scoop the park is looked after by volunteers. ENJOY!! :0)
Always a good place for dogs to run.. Bring your own water & water bowls
We love this park for walking the dog! It makes us feel like we are far away the city. The paths are interesting and the off leash area for the dogs is a great place to socalize.
Somehow only the nicest dog owners go to this park. Everyone is so friendly and it's such a nice place. Just make sure you know your way out!
It's spacious and clean. Lots of long trails to hike, not all areas are off leash fyi????
Great place to bring your dog. Friendly people and dogs too. Just make sure your dog is ready to be let off the leash. If you're not sure how they'll handle being off-leash there's a fenced in area where you can let him run around to play while not having to worry about them running off.
Great place to bring your pup for an amazing off leash trail walk.
Large network of trails in the woods that allows dogs off leash. The trails are not fenced in so you need to have good recall but there is a small fenced in area for those who do not
Met lots of friendly pooches and people. Lots of great trails to keep each visit interesting. ????
One of my favorite dog parks in the Durham region. Most owners are kind, and lots of wonderful trails for walking, biking and nature exploration.
We like there at dog park and very nice and u can meet the different dog????????????????????????????????, me and my husband want to go there and very close at our home,. My dog very like there.
Great place to explore with the little ones and enjoy all the puppers running about. Some great geo caches in the area as well!
Fun, friendly, well thought out space. Perfect for dogs big or small. I especially liked the fenced in area for my tiny Chihuahua. Lots of big trees in the fenced area for cover in the summer months, and perfect for dogs to smell all the smells they love
Love this place , I take my dogs 2-3 times a week, beautiful and well kept. I have not never had an issue with agressive dogs. They also have bags if you ran out you will always can puck up after your dogs my dogs and I always have a blast . Highly recommend this park
Fantastic dog park with large fields to gather and watch the pups play and there are lovely trails to explore that lead into the conservation area. There is a nice creek that winds its way south through the park, perfect for water loving …
Lovely trails, a fenced in area for dogs that aren't quite ready for being off-leash, but still wanting to run around with other dogs.
Nice park overall. But some ppl just let their dogs chasing/bullying other dogs w/o saying anything. Just happily stand there watch and smirk. Watch out for this pair. Bully is everywhere.
Such a great place to socialize your dog and train them for offleash recall. We really enjoy taking our 6 month old dog here and all the dogs we have met have been well behaved.
I will like it right now. Very nice ~Yours Truly , Boniel D. Peniel
Love this place. Tons of amazing people walking through with equally amazing dogs. The whole place should be classified as an off the leash park. Let them be free.
Good for a walk. We bring our dog.
Great place to let the dogs run. There is one spot that is very steep and every time I've been there they sanded the path so people can go down it without slipping on ice
Clyde, my dog love it here! Such a beautiful park
Best dog park ever! Highly suggest for all dog owners.
Great dog park. Amazing scenery, nice trails. All dogs are well behaved and the owners are always nice. Lots of space to walk and water for the dogs to play in. Hills for exercising and tipis to look at. Tires to climb on. Good parking and 3 separate entrances. Garbage pails located throughout the park for disposal of dog bags.
It’s a lovely park. The poor rating is more for the disrespectful dog owners that frequent the park. A lot of dog owners have trouble keeping their dogs on leash in on-leash areas?! They don’t understand that some dogs are reactive and will …
Very nice place to do walking, running or to take your dogs for a walk in an open space full of trees, water stream and pathways to walk on.
Absolutely love this place. Reminds me of very much of hiking trails in British Columbia. Dogs have a lot of fun walking off leash & trails can go for hours.
The Conservation Area is a great place to enjoy a pocket of green within Oshawa and our dog absolutely loves the freedom to run and socialize with other dogs. A great place to bring your dog.
Great off leash dog park. A lot of long trials packed into a decent space. Highly recommended.
Amazing spot for nice trails. Great spot to go for a walk with your dog's. Even just to go for nature hikes! Beautiful!
Been here twice. Great for the dog! Thought it might be busy but I suppose people go out on all the different trail options. Such a nice place for walking your dog
Good sized forest trails and open field areas. Off leash and fenced in area available. Lots of extra dog bags located in the fenced in area. Great place to bring our dog to burn energy and play with other dogs. There were various garbage cans throughout too. Only suggestion would be a water station.
Great off leash park and fantastic hiking trails
One of the largest off leash dog parks we've ever seen. Several different trails of varying lengths, fenced areas for play, creeks, valleys, and more. Stunning, your doggos will love it! …
My dog loves this place and has met many friends. One time a woman brought out a bag of sausage bits and started yelling at everybody when she got swarmed... LOL... Don't be that guy!
I have been hiking my dogs here for several years and the love it. I have never had a problem with any other dogs or owners; everyone is friendly and enjoying the outdoors. I would love to see more of the forest zoned for off-leash use!
Doggies! Doggies! Doggies! Always so many happy paws on this off-leash trail. Friendly atmosphere, great trails, beautiful scenery. Free parking, with plenty of space.
MJ enjoys running around the park and making new friends. Jasmine is happy just to be included but prefers to not make new friends ????
A great place to walk your dog with miles of trails and an off leash section. Forest, fields and a stream. Beautiful!
Our dogs love going there for a hike there, which can easily be over an hour - if you take the long way around. It can get busy at times, but there's room for everyone, with: an on-leash area, a brand new fenced in area and a massive off-leash area. Calmer time to go is between 10am and 2pm, on weekdays. Enjoy!
This park is a great place for a walk. Lots of treed paths, paths along creek. Great place for your doggie love to run and play and meet new friends.
Great place to take your dog(s) for a walk, lots of off leash areas to let them roam free and play with other dogs. Tonnes of space, lots of walking and beautiful sceneries.
Beautiful place the trails are really nice ...its quiet and peaceful nice walk, really good trails
Awesome place to walk your dog and go for a nature walk with kids.. good people and pets to interact with.
Tons of hiking trails (obvious and not). 2 pkaybareaa for dogs which are both readily accessible but also not unavoidable if that's your reason for the visit. (although you are pretty much guaranteed to encounter a couple off leash dogs …
Honestly, I love this place and always will. Even before I had a pup of my own, I still went with friends or I would just take my friends pups for the day. It's a great place to socialize your dog and to get their energy out. The only thing I would say is that some people are complete meanie's and if you ever see something that you think will harm a dog, or others. Report it immediately. The women in charge who volunteer their time do an amazing job and I am so happy they do what they do, so thank you ❤️
A great place to come for a walk. Most people are very friendly, with friendly dogs. The park is well taken care of, with lots of walking trails.
It's a beautiful spot, but visitors are becoming very sloppy with their litter. Lots of dog waste bags thrown into the woods on either sides of the various trails and hanging on branches. Not sure what the point of caring enough to clean it up and then tossing it where it doesn't belong.
The dog always enjoys her time here!!! We tend to avoid the dog play area just to be safe and avoid any puppy fights ????
Nice fort stashed in the bush well hidden...
A great walk. The creek and shade make this a great place on a hot day
Great for dogs, their owners, and people without dogs too! A lovely forest to walk through.
Such an amazing place to walk, explore, and the dogs love it! My favourite place to take them.
Part of the off-leash trails. Great area. Lots of space. There are doggy bags on site at the park(s) as well as streams and wooded areas in the surrounding area.
Love this conservation area ❤ Great place to go for hikes & dog walks ???? …
Very busy parking area and in the park, but plenty of room. Safe and secure for dogs of all sizes. Closed in off-leash Areas and well maintained paths.
This park is a great place to bring your dog for a walk/hike
Great park to bring your dogs
I absolutely love taking my dog here. Beautiful park and walk and most the time nice people and well behaved pouches. I will caution though if you have a smaller dog try to take them during the week and avoid weekends. Being that sometimes on weekends you may find dogs that aren't as well socialized. (Small dog owner)
Amazing walking trials. My dog Ollie loves the off leash trail. I love doing the walk with my daughter. Good exercise for us all
We walk the trails on a weekly basis. Little bit of country in my backyard. The community Centre is great for small gatherings and the playground is good for little ones.Only issue that was never addressed is the poor signage for the …
This place is HUGE. We have been coming twice a week for a few months and still manage to find a new area to see with our beautiful dogs!!
Best dog park in Ontario. Extended off leash trail system with wooded area, creeks and clearings where dogs can play
This place is the best trail walking place I've been too, everyone there is so happy having their dogs play with ours. Overall I had an amazing time here and will continue going for years.????
My dog absolutely loves this dog park. She has not had any issues with other dogs. 1. Other dog walkers are so friendly, we're all here to keep our dogs happy. …
Great place to take your dog. Is is very highly used. Could use more parking spaces. I would prefer it to be totally off lease for dogs however cyclists wish is was no dogs. Solution: need more parks.
Terrific place to go to to bring the dogs go for a walk by yourself or as a group or a family. We love going here because of the nature and the wildlife. There is lots of walking trails and places to hike when going here. It's fun for the whole family or as a couple or by yourself.
Hiked in to watch the sunrise. Will be back to hike more of the trails. It was nice to see the dogs around as well.
I always bring lots of water and fill up the bowls for the hard playing dogs! They are very appreciative! People need to clean up after their dogs more! Great place! My girl LOVES the park!
My dog's favourite spot
Love it! My dogs love to run freely and into the woods. It has a creek, hills, woods and ample space for everyone.
