Nice water park with lots of splash toys for young and older kids. It's well maintained. There is a nice beach in front of the park, with clean and calm water. They have on duty lifeguard during summer (starting at 11am) even on weekdays. The parking lot is mainly (and free) for residents only (needs a permit). Visitor parking is $50/day from Friday to Sunday.

Love this park. I have been going there since I was a kid myself and now I take my own kids there. It has an awesome playground and a nice big splash pad and the water is right there for the older ones that like to swim. It has something for everyone walking trails, baseball diamond, ice cream and fry stands, and events through out the year.

A great place to take the kids to. Splash pad is great, beach to relax on and a nice place to swim, added bonus a nice path to go for a walk. Special events like fishing derby, rib fest etc, check it out this summer

This is a great beach for families and small children. The lake here is very shallow and good for introducing little ones to the water. Also in the park is a splash pad and a couple of playgrounds for kids of differing ages. There are life guards on duty from 11 am to 5pm. A change room and washrooms available as well. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the day.

Beautiful little place. I didn't go to the beach area, but I overlooked. Very pretty and clean! Lots of benches throughout the park. Nice picnic tables near the water. There is a sandy beach volleyball court. Ice cream station as well.

So peaceful. Lake is amazingly clear and calm. Amazing place to chill by yourself, family BBQ, loved one and especially for children. They have the beach, splash pad and park as well as an ice cream parlor. Get there early to ensure you have a great spot on the beach or picnic table.

The combination of available parking, trails, a fair sized beach, multiple swimming holes (although these have smooth round rocks everywhere)ball diamonds, a splash pad, playground, picnic areas, change rooms and restrooms that is really, really tough to beat. Wonderful place to spend a few hours for any age.

Nice park to stroll around the paved path, just watch out for the temperamental geese.. almost guaranteed to get hissed at once. And watch your step. Lots of goose poop. Other than that, if you are a Gordon Lightfoot fan there is a nice tribute sculpture here.

I'm a regular at the park. I enjoy the walking and biking around the paved path. It's a nice paved flat path that's easy on my old body. When it's open, I indulge in an ice cream at the ice cream stand. On those days where it's really hot the beach is nice. It has a change area, a place to shower off the sand and these days they have a floating play area. Tudhope Park is very similar to the kurpurks found in German cities. Just as I liked roaming around them, I really like wandering around Tudhope Park.

Pros: Lots of parking space. Splash pad + free access beach (with lifeguards) + good sized park means the kids won't get bored easily. Lots of places to sit, many of them in the shade, close to the structures. Didn't try those floating structures but they do look like a lot of fun. Cons: Trail was average. Overall great experience. Would definitely try again!

We love this place! It has: trails, volleyball nets, baseball feild, park, splash pad, beach, change rooms, bathrooms, bike repair stop, outdoor exercise equipment, picnic tables, fake grass, lifeguards, restaurant, outdoor shower (for rinsing off the sand) and a turtle exibit what more could you ask for in one little area?!

It is a recreational facility, with swimming, beach volleyball courts, walking and riding trails, baseball and summer day camps in the summer months. In the winter the building is transformed into a curling rink which is the home of the Orillia Curling Club. There is a very good restaurant on site..

This place is simply gorgeous! The view alone is beautiful and there's plenty of shade to keep you cool during a midday picnic. The grounds are VERY well kept and there wasn't a spec of litter to be seen when I visited. It's quiet, breezy and very welcoming. 10/10 just lovely.

Nice open park its has a base ball dimound walking and jogging trails that connect to th Canada trail. It also has a swimming beach, which has washrooms and change rooms. Just off the beach it has a play ground and splash pad.

Fun place but needs older, more attentive attendants. Woman hurt her knee after a fall and attendant asked if she could "walk it off" instead of calling the boat to take her to shore. - Where? Also, no ice available onshore to treat injuries. People sitting in middle of raft (including attendant ) make it difficult to get around obstacle. Onshore attendant confirmed that this is where most injuries take place. Lots of fun, but with all the opportunities for injury, attendants should be better trained and first aid a priority.
