It's an awesome location, but it backs onto other residential properties without fencing. There's dogs tied in backyards and it's just not conducive to a leash-off environment. It seems to be turning into a bit of a scrap-yard/outdoor storage area as well (campers, trailers, rusty old equipment, sheds, etc...). I don't wanna screw up a good thing for people, but I'll be contacting the City to see what's what as far as calling this a dog park.
