I do like this trailer park/home. The only issue I have is the road going up the hill coming off of highway 12 (towards Edgar way). You drive up that road and the pot holes were so bad that I called the township and complained about the road. Later I went back up that way and they started to fill the potholes but the tar or asphalt was so sticky it was so bad on my vehicle. There weren't any signs warning me so I ended up in a bad situation again. All the little rocks got stuck under my car. This doesn't have anything to do with my opinion of Fergus Hill...the homes are well kept. Its clean and from what I have seen...great for families and seniors. It seems like a cute place to live.

Was a nice community when I bought my house 5 years ago. Now the type of renter that has been allowed in is not good for a family to be raised around.
