Amazing unobstructed beautiful views of the Oceanside. The day was perfect and we enjoyed a little bite to eat while taking in the sights. The kids enjoyed climbing on the rocks and trying to get the best vantage point. Plenty of birds, boats and people all taking advantage of what the island has to offer. This was our first time here but definitely not our last as this seems like it could be a great area to view sunrises and sunsets so we want to check that out.

One of the best viewpoints on Vancouver Island. This wonderful park provides an easily accessible (from King George Terrace) scenic viewpoint, from which to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean, mountains, and the oceanfront landscapes, with trails across a rugged area sloping steeply to the waterfront and beach access. Trails are steep and rugged and proper hiking footwear is recommended.There are many benches all over the viewpoint .

One of the best views in the city and the twisty drive through this gorgeous neighborhood is a bonus. Climb down the tiny stone steps to adventure out on the rocky hill and you'll be rewarded with hidden nooks filled with wildflowers such as California poppies.

Trafalgar park is an amazing view point of the surrounding area that follows an outstanding array of incredibly maintained houses that follow the road from beacon Hill park. We had a deer jump out in front of our car as we drove to the view point and it just stopped and looked at us calmly. The houses along the path are magnificent in their glory and so well maintained. The road will lead you back into central Victoria, but what a ride.

Such a beautiful park with an amazing view! A very short distance from DT victoria and nice to just go for fresh air! No hike involved for a beautiful view either, which can be a plus for those who don't like going through the trails to reach a scenery. What an amazing nature we have on the island! So lucky to live in a beautiful place.

Really nice place to catch the sunset drop, few places to get the nice view of east side of island, also small track of stairs to go downstairs and have a brisk walk, I like the spot to get few nice time lapse videos from the rock, also parking is always available, not many ppl know abt this place only few locals so pretty much nice spot to have a coffee and sandwich and talk about slice of life.

Trafalgar park is a beautiful view point with a cute beach and some interesting rocky terrain. It's rarely frequented so it's great if you're looking for seclusion or an escape from tourists.

So beautiful. A little stop along the shoreline, up on a hill, so offers nice views of the neighborhood below it. Fantastic views of Olympic mountains, as well as some of the mainland range, as from everywhere in Victoria though. Worth visiting for a quick stop, or for exploring the rocks on the shore/catching sunsets

Fantastic view here and never crowded. You're a lot higher up in this little lookout point so you get a good 270 degree view of the straits. It's also too far away from the cruise ship docks so you don't get as many people clogging it up.

This is one of my favourite view points in Victoria. The scenery is breathtaking with an over view of residential Victoria, with the Salish sea and the Olympic mountains as a backdrop. The sunset lights up the sky in the evenings and at night the moon twinkles like diamonds on the waves as boats silently glide across the waters.

Calm overlook along scenic drive east of downtown Victoria and James Bay. Get onto Dallas Road and keep driving east. There's a walkway down to the rocks and benches there. Worth a visit! A hidden treasure.

I love this viewpoint. It provides a lovely view of Oak Bay and Victoria and out into the sea towards Washington State. On a clear day you can see Mount Baker in the distance. There is a little map on a cairn which shows what you're looking at in various directions. There was no wheelchair parking that I saw but some of the parking spaces are quite large. There is a water fountain that is shut off in the winter. There are steep stairs leading down into the small rocky park. Nearby and below on a point is the Chinese Cemetery which is also a truly gorgeous spot.

Among several beautiful coast parks, this is perhaps the most scenic. From a parking lot up top you can walk down a steep rocky trail to the beach.
