Laurie Park is a hidden gem so close to the city. Situated on Grand Lake in Oakfield, it feels like you are camping in the wilderness. The sites are large, fire pits are perfect for evening camp fires and the lake is accessible from several places for swimming. The facilities are clean and well cared for. Showers are in the main washroom building and there is an indoor dishwashing room as well.

Another great day at Laurie Provincial Park on the day side of the Park.

Nice park but with an airport, train and water contamination it was not great for camping with kids

Grand lake is surrounded with beautiful picnic areas that you enjoy your day by having a bbq, swimming in the lake, kayaking, walking or simply relaxing!
