It's a small park and got many people enjoying their afternoon. The ages here are wide... You get from kids to seniors. It's nice to see all happy faces. There's a library just besides it. You gotta watch if you are taking the kids there since it is very close to the main Street. Many restaurants and shops are close by.

Very nice and big park. Great place to have a picnic or to take children to play. If you're lucky enough you can see bunnies and squirrels. The only thing which I don't like is that there is a bit of trash every here and there.

Did canada day here .. Its the not bad especially if You live near by and dont feel like commuting far out .. Smaller park but some pros ypu wont have to walk. A mile or so to get to your vehicle and park is free. Cost effective near by alternative

Great little park with basketball courts as well as two tennis courts as well as a baseball diamond to play at. There is another field that is fairly large with lots of room to play football or any sport that requires a lot of space. If you are looking for some open space near Lawrence and Keele this would be the spot!

If you love parkour, this place is perfect for that. Love the scene, but my biggest issue is the sidewalk/roads in this park. The roads and sidewalks need to be level and maintained more consistently-- I sprained my ankle twice going for a jog in less than 6 months. 10/10 would still go to sprain ankles. Oh, and garbage and broken things— The place is a bit dirty and need to replace the wood fixtures as they’re rotting, heavy, and could fall on pedestrians.

Great place to take kids. Many different swings and lots of field space to play games in. It has a recreation centre and a library on both sides which is great. Never used the other facilities because the kids I take have so much fun in the park, even in winter time.

This is a nice big park, there is 2 baseball diamonds, big kids park and a small kids park which need some serious redo it's old and beat up, there is a small splash pad, a tennis court, a basketball court with more than 2 basketball nets, a big soccer field that needs to get repainted alot of grass that is nice plush green, there is another baseball diamond with another park and basketball court but it's by the school that can also be used, there is a community center and porter pottys also a ok amount of parking spaces there is also an outdoor pool that I'm not sure if it's open right now, and a library on the premises the park needs some work but it's still good to come buy with family and enjoy the outdoors.

Beautiful, quiet park behind a busy Lawrence Ave. We came for the snowhill which was just the right size for our kids. Steep enough to get some speed, but short enough that they didn't need to be carried back up the hill to go again. Lol. This will probably become our go-to park for tobagganing now.

Beautiful park in the summer. There's a basketball court, a tennis court, and an all-round sports court (which people have used to play soccer). The playground has recently been renewed in the last few years, and there are a few swings if you like it. Amesbury library is also nearby with the Amesbury Sports arena which has huge parking space. The splash pad opens in the summer and I see lots of kids and their families go to enjoy that. The pool is not too large, but good for kids learning to swim.

I've attended the Canada Day festivities for over a decade. There is usually an ice cream truck there in the summer. They have upgraded the playground multiple times over the years. It's a great park!

I love this place. It has a great accessible indoors with various programs and friendly staff. They have a gym and couches. The basketball courts are awesome, I've always found space to play. The park is beautiful, and there are loads of picnic benches with shade to hang out and eat.

This park is beyond beautiful. Large feilds, a baseball diamond, a brand new playground, Bocce courts, soccor feild. They are very good at keeping this park clean kept up. This park can get super busy at times but other than that it's a beautiful place to relax, walk the dogs, take the kids to play. They also have a small arena, that has an outdoor pool and a small splash pad, I have not been to either as of yet but I hope to get there very soon.

Nice community area. There's a library and a sports complex with a pool and indoor ice rink arena nearby. As well as a community centre with an indoor and outdoor basketball court with many events planned throughout the year. Also huge fields for soccer, baseball and a playground for kids of all ages. And a clean outdoor water fountain. I bring my kids here often for a walk or to play.
