Lighter park is a lovely area to walk. There is a community garden that sells its produce in the summer and a lovely garden created by a gentleman in the area. There are beehives and forest trials that cross a bridge and take you around the local secondary school. Dogs are welcome on leash.

Loutet Park is a great place to walk the dog and there are playing fields and softball pitches for sporting pursuits. Don't miss the community farm at the south end.

Nor a long enough walk (only 20 minutes or maybe 30 If you follow the perimeter) for energetic dogs. The fields are horribly muddy in the rain and dogs are not suppose to be on them. Also the main trail is above the cut on the highway so it’s extremely noisy.

Nice park, nice dog trail on the perimeter. Bylaw officers seem to drive around the area often, even on Sundays, so watch where you park.

Mostly playing fields with a small playground. Lots of space for events and trails in the forest area. Check out the farm (more like a big garden) next to the park when it's open.

Tried collecting some peats but was promptly accosted, no signage indicating this is unlawful

We go to ride bikes through the surrounding forest and bike park. Trails are great for walking as well. The rest of the park has lots of green grass, great for hanging out with friends or family. Nice playground for small kids. We have seen many birthday parties there.

Great place for walking and playing sports on there 3 large soccer fields. There is the Loutet Farm as well there, which grows an assortment of vegetables and other garden items.

I love this place. Nice and quiet. Not that many people around specially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Kids love the park. Although, today the garbage was not picked up and was sitting outside the bin.

Nicely maintained 3 grass fields with trail system around. There is also a farmer's market on weekends with items on sale from patrons who grow fruits and vegetables in the local garden.
